Our Wedding Planner, Alana, made the experience of planning not only professional but fun and easy.

Throughout the process, it was obvious they have the experience and understanding of all things entailed with weddings and their connections and partnerships with vendors in Bend made it easy to find the best groups to work with for our special day.

The day of the wedding had its surprises (it started to rain after the ceremony), but with little to no knowledge of the on-the-fly items Alana and her team were tackling our day ended up perfect.

Lexy was absolutely amazing as our daughter's Day of Planner! From the first call we knew we were in very capable hands. She was professional, personable, and kept us on track every step of the way. Honestly there is not a single item that was left unattended to. We highly recommend Amanda Claire and her team. They truly go over and above to ensure that every detail is perfect. The level of accountability and professionalism was extraordinary. A huge THANK YOU for all you did to make the day perfect!

It is impossible to say enough good things about Amanda and her team. My husband and I interviewed around 5-6 potential planners for our wedding and were immediately drawn to Amanda. Easy to say it was the best decision we could've made.

Amanda truly goes above and beyond. We selected the partial planning package but Amanda was at our other wedding weekend events wanting to help out and pitch in how she could (we had to actively tell her to go enjoy her Friday night... the gal is DEDICATED to her couples). My mom suddenly passed away half way through our planning process and Amanda gave me the space I needed to grieve but she was also there for me when I needed a distraction and wanted to throw myself into planning. Amanda knew the right things to say and was my support system to figure out how to honor my mom at our wedding without making it another service dedicated to her.

I could go on and on about the ways Amanda & team went above and beyond, but just know that if you pick her & her crew, you won't be sorry (plus it'll be money WELL spent!!). Apart from her being the best planner in the biz, she's also just a cool girl. I thoroughly miss our regular meetings and getting to say hi and catch up! :)

Amanda and Savannah were so helpful to us as a resource for our special day. We did the day of package, and the meetings we had leading up to our big day helped keep us on track and to consider questions we'd never even fathomed, and calmed my nerves when the inevitably flared up.

The week leading up to the wedding I didn't lift a finger. I didn't know almost anything about the logistics of vendor arrivals, nor did any vendor call me to ask clarifying questions. The day of, I just showed up where I was supposed to and I got married. The decor was set up and the timing was taken care of. It wouldn't have been the same without Savannah and her team making sure that every step went according to how we discussed. It was executed perfectly.

If you are looking for a wedding planning team, look no further! These ladies are the best of the best. Our wedding was perfect. They made the process so smooth. We were able to sit back and really enjoy ourselves! Amanda is the calm energy you need in any wedding scenario and her team follows suit. Would recommend 100/10 :) :)

If you’re on the fence about hiring AC&Co as your wedding planner, consider this your sign to do it! Amanda and her team are fantastic. From the first few minutes of chatting with Amanda on the phone I knew she was the perfect fit to help us make our dream day come true (we also chatted about fly fishing and I was immediately convinced she had to be my wedding planner!). We had the big task of planning our wedding in four months from Michigan, and Amanda was so helpful in every question, detail, and logistical planning for every aspect of our wedding. She was calm, professional, but also made us laugh and truly enjoy the wedding planning process! The day before and day of the wedding Amanda and Savanah made our vision come to life and came in clutch with some last minute changes to the ceremony due to the weather. It was perfect. A 5 star review isn't sufficient for the level of service Amanda and her team provided us in planning our wedding and day of coordination. Like others have said, from the first phone call, I knew she was my girl. Amanda brings a calm, creative, and confident disposition into every aspect of her work. She is more than a wedding planner, I immediately felt like I had gained a dear friend. Her monthly meetings leading up to your big day help you feel confident that you are covering all of your bases, allowing you to truly enjoy your last couple of months as an engaged couple. I got feedback throughout the whole planning process about how laid back I was, and my response every time was: "our wedding planner is amazing." Our family farm wedding was absolutely PERFECT because of her team's vision and organization. Reading these reviews before hiring Amanda made our decision easy, because people don't write reviews like this for any ordinary service. Booking Amanda Claire & Co. was the best decision we made in preparing for our wedding, we can't imagine having done it any other way. Thank you so much ladies!

Amanda is amazing and she and her team were absolute rockstars during our wedding. We didn't have to worry about a single thing because she was beyond on top of it. We were able to just enjoy our day and trust that everything was taken care of which was so huge!! She was so helpful as we were planning and saved us with some of her recommendations. She is so kind, attentive, and fun to be around. Could not recommend Amanda more! She helped make our wedding so perfect!!

Amanda is hands down amazing. Our wedding went super smoothly and was extremely well organized thanks to Amanda and her wonderful team. We enjoyed meeting with her the year leading up to the wedding and working on tasks she assigned us. It helped us stay on track and not have last minute surprises the week of the wedding. She uses a program call Aisle Planner which makes it extremely easy to communicate, track RSVP and meal choices, and make a seating chart. Amanda is professional, extremely competent, and a hands-down amazing at what she does. We have recommended her to two others couples getting married next year and they both booked her after attending our wedding and seeing her work first hand. Amanda is incredible!

Worth. Every. Penny. A million times over. And these are words not only coming from me but from my, at first, skeptical husband. Amanda and her team made our day perfection. They created a scene and environment far beyond our expectations and dreams. Not only are they professional and made our day easy (not even kidding- it was a stress free environment start to finish) but they are SO FUN to work with and became friends along the way. We’re keeping her.
We cannot recommend Amanda and her team enough. Might already be planning a vow renewal.
