It is impossible to say enough good things about Amanda and her team. My husband and I interviewed around 5-6 potential planners for our wedding and were immediately drawn to Amanda. Easy to say it was the best decision we could've made.
Amanda truly goes above and beyond. We selected the partial planning package but Amanda was at our other wedding weekend events wanting to help out and pitch in how she could (we had to actively tell her to go enjoy her Friday night... the gal is DEDICATED to her couples). My mom suddenly passed away half way through our planning process and Amanda gave me the space I needed to grieve but she was also there for me when I needed a distraction and wanted to throw myself into planning. Amanda knew the right things to say and was my support system to figure out how to honor my mom at our wedding without making it another service dedicated to her.
I could go on and on about the ways Amanda & team went above and beyond, but just know that if you pick her & her crew, you won't be sorry (plus it'll be money WELL spent!!). Apart from her being the best planner in the biz, she's also just a cool girl. I thoroughly miss our regular meetings and getting to say hi and catch up! :) -

Amanda and Savannah were so helpful to us as a resource for our special day. We did the day of package, and the meetings we had leading up to our big day helped keep us on track and to consider questions we'd never even fathomed, and calmed my nerves when the inevitably flared up.
The week leading up to the wedding I didn't lift a finger. I didn't know almost anything about the logistics of vendor arrivals, nor did any vendor call me to ask clarifying questions. The day of, I just showed up where I was supposed to and I got married. The decor was set up and the timing was taken care of. It wouldn't have been the same without Savannah and her team making sure that every step went according to how we discussed. It was executed perfectly. -

If you are looking for a wedding planning team, look no further! These ladies are the best of the best. Our wedding was perfect. They made the process so smooth. We were able to sit back and really enjoy ourselves! Amanda is the calm energy you need in any wedding scenario and her team follows suit. Would recommend 100/10 :) :) -

The absolute best!
A 5 star review isn't sufficient for the level of service Amanda and her team provided us in planning our wedding and day of coordination. Like others have said, from the first phone call, I knew she was my girl. Amanda brings a calm, creative, and confident disposition into every aspect of her work. She is more than a wedding planner, I immediately felt like I had gained a dear friend. Her monthly meetings leading up to your big day help you feel confident that you are covering all of your bases, allowing you to truly enjoy your last couple of months as an engaged couple. I got feedback throughout the whole planning process about how laid back I was, and my response every time was: "our wedding planner is amazing." Our family farm wedding was absolutely PERFECT because of her team's vision and organization. Reading these reviews before hiring Amanda made our decision easy, because people don't write reviews like this for any ordinary service. Booking Amanda Claire & Co. was the best decision we made in preparing for our wedding, we can't imagine having done it any other way. Thank you so much ladies! -

How do we even begin to express how much we love Amanda?! Simply put, Amanda is someone we want in our lives forever. Months before our wedding, during our first call with Amanda, we knew Amanda was organized, detail-oriented, composed, thoughtful, and unmistakably empathetic. Planning a wedding during a pandemic naturally comes with its unique hurdles, but Amanda navigated everything with ease, and she consistently uplifted us.
The week of our wedding about 20 guests informed us they sadly could not attend as they either tested positive for COVID or they were exposed to someone with COVID. Amanda met with us in-person for more than two hours, and she just wanted to listen to us vent our sadness. Amanda absorbed every word and provided encouraging counsel and next steps. On top of managing everything for the wedding, Amanda also proactively took action and scheduled me (Jasmin) a massage, gave us a brunch recommendation, and gave us several hugs.
On our wedding day at Sunriver Resort, Amanda’s radiating smile illuminated every room she walked into, and she managed everything behind the scenes with the execution and finesse of an Olympic gymnast. We did not have to lift a single finger and we feel incredibly blessed for our wedding day experience.
The day after our wedding, while driving to our Jackson Hole honeymoon resort, we kept organically mentioning how much we already missed Amanda. Truly. We were missing Amanda and her positive demeanor. Amanda is in the best industry given her personality, values, and character. She is a bonafide believer of true love – and it’s true love fuels her palpable passion for wedding planning.
Thank you, Amanda (and team!). We are in awe of all your work and will always remember our wedding day as the loveliest, greatest day of our lives. -

My right hand gal - the best in the bizz!
There are truly no words to describe the incredible Amanda! My goodness, we just adore her! She is all things wonderful, organized, understanding, efficient, honest and just the dang BEST! Not to mention her fabulous team that is just top notch. Planning our wedding during the pandemic was an added stress to say the least... but having Amanda by my side made the process seamless. No matter what issue we came in contact with, she had a solution. She was my calm when I needed it, (almost every week haha) and my support; just like my girlfriends that I've known for years. I will never forget my 'hug' from her the morning of our wedding. Miss her just writing this. Hiring her and her incredibly talented team was beyond worth it! I will never forget walking into our Venue at Brasada Ranch, every detail was perfect -- she made our wedding dreams a reality! We heart her beautiful soul and that gorgeous smile that radiates any room. We can't THANK her enough for all she did! It's been a few months since our wedding and my husband and I STILL talk about how grateful we were for Amanda and how much we love her! She was by far one of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding. Not only did she go above and beyond in her support, but did everything with such kindness. From our first meeting to the day of the wedding (and after) she was there for every question, quick to respond, and quick to take action where needed. We had a very smooth wedding, but as to be expected there were a few small things that didn't go as planned but each time Amanda had a plan immediately and was so quick to take action that we were never worried at all. After our wedding our bridal party and even family were coming up to us saying how calm and down to earth our coordinator was. She kept everyone in line but did it with the most grace and calmness. She NEVER seemed stressed once! And that is so important because a high-stress or worried coordinator will rub off on those around them. We chose to not have a florist and gather our own florals (ordered most online since we did dried arrangements) and Amanda and her team set them all up and decorated the venue PERFECTLY. They truly have an eye for it and make it look incredible. Amanda was truly the best and I feel like we gained a lifelong friend in the process! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! -

We hired Amanda to officiate our adventure micro-wedding and it was a one of the best wedding decisions we made!
Amanda was so easy to work with virtually before our wedding day since we don’t live in Oregon. The ceremony planning process was easy with her and she developed a truly perfect ceremony for us.
On the day of our wedding we met her at the trailhead and even though it was technically our first time meeting, she fit into our group seamlessly. She was incredibly helpful with all the bumps we encountered getting to the ceremony location and helped us with all the changes/mishaps.
The one point in our day I know I’ll never forget, was when we had to make a decision to change the plan in the middle of the hike. Amanda came to check in on me, the bride, to see how I was doing dealing with the mid-adventure adjustments. She’s a true wedding professional, that feels like a long time friend, the way she approached me to just make sure I was doing okay.
Amanda is not only, easy to work with, professional, and a lovely human, but she is now a family friend. I would recommend her to anyone getting married! -

We had such a great experience working with Amanda for our pre-wedding coordination as well as the day of our wedding and post wedding brunch!
From our food/beverage selections, to setting up our decor perfectly, coordinating with our many vendors, to even arranging transportation for my grandmother and toting us around in golf carts…She was so personable and fun, prompt, and caring with every little detail.
Our day turned out more magical than we could have ever imagined! -

Bottom line, Amanda is a dream to work and she helped us plan the most amazing wedding. From the first moment we met I knew she got exactly what we wanted for our wedding weekend and she totally had my vision. She was with us every step of the way through our planning process and I absolutely loved getting to work with her.
Not only is she an amazing human who will make sure you feel like your wedding is the most important thing in the world, she has impeccable taste and will pay attention to every detail. I consider myself fairly picky and knew exactly what I wanted our wedding to look like. I was very nervous to hand over the reigns for all of the ceremony and reception details but it was clear that Amanda totally got my vision and brought her design talents to make it even better. I still remember walking into our reception space and being in shock that she took exactly what had been in my head and created it live and in person. In addition to beautiful design she made sure every moment of our big day went off without a hitch.
If you want your big day (or weekend) to be beautiful and you want to feel like every detail is taken care of, Amanda is your gal. We absolutely adore her and I cannot recommend her enough!
