Becky was my day of Coodinator and I seriously couldn’t imagine my big day being as perfect as it was without her! We had a few meetings together before my big day, I told her my vision and to my excitement, it all unfolded before my eyes once I arrived to my ceremony venue AND reception venue. I felt stress free the entire day because she had absolutely everything covered from decorations, coordinating with other members of the wedding team, clean up, meeting with other venders to return items, it was the biggest blessing I could have asked for! Most importantly, none of my family had to stress about a thing as well since Becky was so on top of it! She is one of the most genuine people I have ever met and will definitely contact her again for future parities, showers, etc that I will need help with!! Thank you for everything Becky!!

We hired Becky to handle the day of coordination for our wedding of 140 people on a farm our in Applegate. Short story, she was amazing to work with and did an outstanding job.

Longer story, Becky was ready to be as involved as we felt comfortable with. She did not pressure us when there was radio silence on our end leading up to the event, but then handled the brain dumps I laid on her with poise. She took time to get to know both sets of families and set everyone at ease for the big day. I (bride) did all my own flower arrangements for the wedding, and because there were lots of left overs my family made more bouquets and accents leaving them around the property without my knowledge. Becky took pictures of all the new additions and showed them to me while I was getting ready just to be sure I was pleased. Possibly her biggest save was when she alone realized my dad (father of the bride) in his enthusiasm was planning a last minute musical duet with his buddy from out of town during the ceremony. Becky figured out something was up, approached both bride and groom about how we felt, then let my dad down gently and with no hurt feelings (he sang with the band during the afterparty instead).
