We couldn't have done better than Christina from Flawless Occasions. She was perfect! She was super easy to work with. Not too over powering but got the job done. Did everything we asked and more. I honestly can't imagine having gone through all that without her. Everyone should have a day coordinator and everyone should have Christina.

Hiring a wedding coordinator was one of my best wedding day investments! Beth created a custom package for us - since I am a little OCD and wanted to have a say in the majority of the planning, she was mainly our day of coordinator, but gave great vendor recommendations and was available to answer any questions I had about the planning process, whether it was regarding etiquette, timelines, vendors, contracts, budgeting, design, special requests, you name it. She was extremely flexible with scheduling meetings and answered my emails almost instantaneously. It was great to get her vendor recommendations - she never just stuck to one company, but gave me options for those she knew would give us quality service. She was extremely professional throughout the planning process and the wedding itself. It was a huge relief in the week or so before the wedding when I could count on Beth to follow up and confirm all the details with every vendor and not be bombarded with phone calls. By the time our wedding day came, I was actually pretty relaxed and unaware of any catastrophes that may have taken place. It was also a great feeling knowing a professional and not guests or ourselves would take care of all the set up and clean up. Thank you, Beth, for making our wedding truly "Flawless!"

Shawna from Flawless Occasions was our planner for our wedding. She was so great! She helped me with vendors and details months and month before the wedding. The week leading up to the wedding, she took over everything and became the point of contact for all of my vendors. You don't realize how great that is until your phone isn't ringing at all the day before or day of the wedding. She was with us at our rehearsal and was with us first thing in the morning day of. Shawna came and picked up all of my reception stuff (flowers, candles, candy bar, pictures, guest book, card box, EVERYTHING) from me and set it all up while my bridesmaids and I were getting ready. My family and friends were with me the whole day because Shawna was taking care of everything. That was priceless! She even took all of our gifts to our hotel room while we were still celebrating. I don't think we could've done it all without Shawna. I can proudly say that our wedding was PERFECT. Thank you so much, Shawna! I recommend Flawless Occasions and Shawna 100%!

Flawless Occasions (Beth especially) were truly a blessing for us. Not only did they exceed our expectations, they ensured everything was taken care of, so we could enjoy our celebration! Wonderful experience working with Shawna! She was my day of coordinator (but was availabe for questions/ideas before the wedding). If i had to recommned one thing to any bride is to AT LEAST hire a day of coordinator!!! A wedding planner if that is in your budget. Overall they know the industry and have a lot of recommendations and ideas. Shawna was very prompt in responing to my e-mails and answering questions. The day of the wedding, I was able to relax and get ready without worrying about setting up at the venue. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLAWLESS OCCASIONS :)

We knew from the get-go that we needed help planning a wedding- mainly to save our sanity and allow us and our family and friends to enjoy the day. We are so happy with our decison to hire Beth- she kept us on schedule (even through my full indecisiveness), recommended vendors who were amazing, set up our day of schedule, and took over so that all my husband and I had to do was fully enjoy the day. Her services were worth every penny and many more (both my husband I tell people that hiring her was the best money we spent during the entire process). We spent over a year planning, and Beth was always a phone call or email away. We truly had a fantastic wedding, and it's due in large part to Beth.

Shawna was so great to work with. From the moment I met with those at Flawless occasions, I knew this would be a great experience. Their recommendations were amazing, plus Shawna kept me on a timeline and on point as to what needed to be done. The day of I didn't have to worry about a thing as she made sure everything ran smoothly and was set up correctly. They were professional, so helpful and worth every penny. Shawna was the wedding planner for my November wedding. Shawna helped me develop the ideas that I already had, and suggested ideas that I would have never thought of. I decided to use all the vendors that she recommended, and I was more than pleased with all of them! Shawna helped us with all the setting appointments, reviewing contracts, organizing the arrival of all the vendors, and setting a wedding day timeline to help things run smoothly and help my husband and I know what to expect! The day of the wedding, Shawna had set up everything to exceed my expectations. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our big day, knowing that Shawna was handling all the details! Everything was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of a day we will never forget!

I hired Beth very early in the wedding planning process to be our wedding planner, and she was by far the best money we spent on the wedding! Beth was very responsive, reliable and accommodating, and recommended great vendors to us. I'm a bit of a control freak, but I trusted Beth and her staff so much on the day of the wedding that I was truly able to just let go and not sweat the small stuff. Beth is the best! Beth was my day of coordinator. She took care of all the small details and working with other vendors the day of the wedding so I could relax and have a stress-free day. When the timeline was running behind, Beth still kept everything running smoothly by working with the other vendors to get things back on track. In the months leading up to the wedding she was always there if I had a question about etiquette or needed any suggestions or advice. She was always very quick to respond to my emails.

Christina was my day of coordinator for my wedding. I am so glad that she was there to help. Every detail of the day was amazing, I remember thinking at the end of the night, what a perfect day! The outdoor ceremony, the tables inside, everything was set up beautifully and just as we had envisioned. She also made sure everything ran smoothly, that everyone was where they needed to be. When we did our walk through of the venue, Christina had such great recommendations and solved all of the things that I was unsure about. She also helped me go through all of the details that I hadn't thought of or didn't know to think of!

I highly recommend hiring Flawless Occasions for your wedding. Without Christina's help, I would not have covered all of the details, would not have thought of everything. I would also have been out there setting up tables myself on the day of to ensure they were perfect if I had not had Christina. I was able to enjoy my time before the wedding with my sister, mom and best girl friends and did not have any worries.

Shawna, Beth and Christina of Flawless Occassions made us feel like a special couple from the very beginning. Our initial meeting began with a fantastic overview of what levels of planning they could provide for us. Even though we selected the Day Of Package, the trio were an integral part in our planning efforts. We were able to ask them for ideas on vendors and they provided us with their recommendations. Their knowledge of vendors and ability to give us insight into the world of wedding planning made the selection of quality vendors easy and left us feeling confident leading up the wedding day.
A few days prior to the wedding, we sat down with Beth to discuss the day of the ceremony. Beth had reviewed with us the many items that were needed for the rehearsal dinner and actual wedding day. Her list of items to review identified numerous things that we had not thought about; which meant that we were able to solve them before the wedding day! Thank goodness! Beth contacted all of our vendors to make sure that all the vendors were lined up for the wedding day, which alleviated one of the many things we were working on for the day. Even prior to the wedding day, Beth was coming up with solutions to items, Flawless Occasions was able to suggest a violinist for the wedding.
On the actual wedding day, Beth and Christina made the day perfect. Beth and Christina were there at every moment in the day to handle any issues. My fiancee's hairdresser had a mix-up and Beth was all over solutions. At one point, my fiancee had a moment where she needed a bobby pin, BAM! Beth and Christina had a whole roll of bobby pins (That's how prepared they were).
The violinist worked great. They made sure that everyone was relaxed and enjoying the actual day! During the reception, anything that I needed was taken care of (at one point, I asked for a glass of water, and Ta-Da! it was done).
My wife is saying that this review is going a bit long; so to make a long testimonial short, choose Flawless Occasions. They made our day great and we are sure they can do it for you.

At first I was hesitant about hiring a ‘day-of’ coordinator but I can honestly tell you it was the BEST decision I made! Shawna was such a huge help throughout the wedding day and not to mention before the wedding. Every question I asked her she had a detailed answer right away. Beth Carrick was my wedding planner and I can not say enough good things about her! Her prices are incredibly reasonable, but she works as if you're paying her four times as much! My wedding was perfect in my eyes, and I attribute that to Beth Carrick. She helped me pick a phenomenal venue, helped ensure that all of my vendors were the absolute best, and then ran a tight ship on the day of the actual wedding. Her organization and professionalism amazed me. Throughout the process, she truly acted as a friend as well as a wedding planner, and she did an amazing job of easing my anxieties throughout this stressful process and always going the extra mile to ensure that I would be happy with everything.
