Best Planner Ever!
I first met Gabby when she planned my best friend’s wedding in Siesta Key, and I’ve now had the joy of experiencing a “Gabby-run” wedding twice. Each time, she has exceeded every expectation.
Leading up to our wedding, Gabby was more than just a planner—she was my therapist, my friend, and my calm in the storm. Our frequent check-ins covered everything from logistics to my emotional well-being. Any stress I felt melted away after our meetings, and I always walked away feeling confident and reassured that everything was under control.
Gabby’s communication is top-notch: she’s responsive, professional, and incredibly kind. Her organizational skills are unmatched—from monthly checklists to a meticulously detailed day-of timeline. Thanks to her, I didn’t have to think about any logistics at all on our wedding day. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, which is truly priceless.

The Best Decision We Made – Gabby Was Our Wedding Lifesaver
When I first reached out to Gabby, I was overwhelmed trying to plan a wedding while working full time. After countless tears and breakdowns, my fiancé and family encouraged me to find help. I had come across a few planners, but something about Gabby stood out. I sent her a long, emotional message pouring out all of my frustration, and she responded with so much compassion and reassurance. Even before we officially booked her, she was already offering support — and after our discovery call, I told my fiancé, “We need Gabby.”
We originally hired her for month-of and day-of coordination, but I quickly realized I couldn’t do it all on my own. I reached back out and asked to upgrade to full-service planning. When she said yes, I felt an immediate sense of peace — like I could finally breathe. From that moment on, I was able to enjoy our engagement and trust that we were in the best hands.
Our wedding was intentionally small and intimate (less than 30 guests), and Gabby made it feel just as meaningful and magical as a large-scale celebration. We planned everything in just five months. After walking away from our original venue, Gabby helped us find the perfect space for our ceremony and reception — something that reflected our style, priorities, and budget. Our budget wasn’t very big, but Gabby handled it with so much care and intention. She took the vision we had in our hearts and brought it to life with so much artistry and care. Every detail was intentional, and her execution was flawless. Our family and friends still talk about how stunning everything was and how amazing Gabby was.
If I could go back and have Gabby from day one, I would do it in a heartbeat. But we are endlessly grateful we had her for the part of the journey that mattered most. She brought peace, beauty, and joy to our wedding season — and we couldn’t be more thankful.

My wife and I often joked that we didn't pay Gabby nearly enough for the incredible amount of work she dedicated to our wedding weekend. No stress, lots of fun!
Ever since my first phone call with Gabby, it felt like we found the missing piece to make our dream wedding become a reality! We had most of our big vendors booked but felt overwhelmed with so many moving pieces and little details left. We opted for the Event Management package which covered vendor communications starting a couple months out, timeline and floor plan design, day-of coordination and so much more! Gabby was available for all our questions, to bounce ideas around, and most importantly kept me on track which gave me peace of mind throughout the process! It seriously felt like a huge weight off my shoulders once we booked her.
Gabby set us up on Aisle Planner which was such a helpful and easy to use tool to keep track of our checklist, vendors, payment schedule, and included helpful tips and guides about wedding stationary, gratuity for vendors, music, photo shot lists, etc. She always came to me with amazing ideas and talked things through with me without ever making me feel overwhelmed. There were so many planning aspects that I didn’t consider (or had never even heard of) and Gabby was there every step of the way offering her advice and guidance. We had a Friday the 13th wedding in October and had a spooky theme throughout. That’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but Gabby was so supportive and jumped right onboard with the theme and made everything feel so personalized.
Before our wedding even took place, one of my friends booked Gabby for her wedding next year after hearing me rave about her. During our rehearsal and throughout the wedding day our family and friends were so impressed with Gabby’s organization and ability to thrive in this (sometimes hectic) environment.
I was so thankful to be able to relax and enjoy my wedding day (and have our whole wedding party enjoy the day) because Gabby had everything handled. I’m honestly bummed that wedding planning is over because I miss working with Gabby already!!

Having her expertise and guidance made our wedding day, and entire wedding process much more enjoyable and successful. Whenever we felt worried or stressed about anything, we would schedule a call with Gabby and instantly felt better about the situation.
She was always available whenever we needed anything, and whether it was a two-hour long meeting, or a quick phone call, she always had productive solutions, recommendations, and a positive attitude.
