Best Planner Ever!
Gabby is, without a doubt, the best wedding planner you could ask for.
I first met Gabby when she planned my best friend’s wedding in Siesta Key, and I’ve now had the joy of experiencing a “Gabby-run” wedding twice. Each time, she has exceeded every expectation.
Leading up to our wedding, Gabby was more than just a planner—she was my therapist, my friend, and my calm in the storm. Our frequent check-ins covered everything from logistics to my emotional well-being. Any stress I felt melted away after our meetings, and I always walked away feeling confident and reassured that everything was under control.
Gabby’s communication is top-notch: she’s responsive, professional, and incredibly kind. Her organizational skills are unmatched—from monthly checklists to a meticulously detailed day-of timeline. Thanks to her, I didn’t have to think about any logistics at all on our wedding day. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, which is truly priceless.
On the day of the wedding, I received many comments about how calm I seemed—and that was 99% because Gabby and her amazing assistant planner, Kelsey, had everything handled flawlessly. Gabby navigated sensitive family dynamics, managed tricky vendors, and even came to the rescue with tissues and a lipstick touch-up (multiple times). She’s thoughtful, creative, and has a gift for elevating your wedding vision with elegance and style.
And yes—if you spill anything on your white bridal accessories, Gabby will swoop in and remove the stain like a pro!

If you’re even thinking about hiring Gabby as your wedding planner, take this as your sign to do it — without hesitation. She was truly our saving grace, and I honestly don’t know how we would have made it through without her.
When I first reached out to Gabby, I was overwhelmed trying to plan a wedding while working full time. After countless tears and breakdowns, my fiancé and family encouraged me to find help. I had come across a few planners, but something about Gabby stood out. I sent her a long, emotional message pouring out all of my frustration, and she responded with so much compassion and reassurance. Even before we officially booked her, she was already offering support — and after our discovery call, I told my fiancé, “We need Gabby.”
We originally hired her for month-of and day-of coordination, but I quickly realized I couldn’t do it all on my own. I reached back out and asked to upgrade to full-service planning. When she said yes, I felt an immediate sense of peace — like I could finally breathe. From that moment on, I was able to enjoy our engagement and trust that we were in the best hands.
Our wedding was intentionally small and intimate (less than 30 guests), and Gabby made it feel just as meaningful and magical as a large-scale celebration. We planned everything in just five months. After walking away from our original venue, Gabby helped us find the perfect space for our ceremony and reception — something that reflected our style, priorities, and budget. Our budget wasn’t very big, but Gabby handled it with so much care and intention. She was incredibly mindful of every dollar spent and made sure we felt confident in every decision without ever feeling limited or discouraged.
Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, and she handled communication and logistics so seamlessly that I didn’t have to stress. Throughout the process, Gabby was incredibly attentive, organized, and thoughtful. Her attention to detail blew me away. She checked in constantly, reassured me during stressful moments, and genuinely cared about how I was doing. She always looked for ways to lift burdens off my shoulders, and I could feel how invested she was in not just the wedding, but us as a couple.
When our big day arrived, the peace I felt knowing Gabby was running the show was indescribable. She and her amazing assistant, Kelsey, were everywhere — making sure things ran smoothly, supporting our families, and taking care of us at every turn. We felt so taken care of, and because of that, we were able to truly be present and soak in the joy of the day.
And let’s talk about Gabby’s design skills — AMAZING. From the initial mood boards to the final setup, everything was timeless, romantic, and breathtaking. She took the vision we had in our hearts and brought it to life with so much artistry and care. Every detail was intentional, and her execution was flawless. Our family and friends still talk about how stunning everything was and how amazing Gabby was.
If I could go back and have Gabby from day one, I would do it in a heartbeat. But we are endlessly grateful we had her for the part of the journey that mattered most. She brought peace, beauty, and joy to our wedding season — and we couldn’t be more thankful.

Book watters & co!
When I first reached out to Watters & Co, I was still in the early stages of engagement and touring venues. During my initial conversation with Gabby, I mentioned the dates of some upcoming tours I had scheduled, and she actually followed up afterward to see how they went — before I was even officially her client. That small, thoughtful gesture instantly made me feel seen and cared for, and it showed just how attentive she is, even without any obligation. From that moment on, I knew she was the one for us.
Throughout the entire planning process, Gabby became so much more than our planner — she became a friend and truly felt like family. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She’s incredibly talented, organized, thorough, and genuinely kind. Communication was always effortless and reassuring, and I never once felt like I was doing anything alone. She kept us on track with detailed timelines and checklists, making everything feel manageable and smooth from start to finish.
On our wedding day, everything ran seamlessly. Gabby brought our dream to life in every way. Gabby was a God send for me. I knew I wanted to be involved in the planning process and started reaching out to wedding planners/coordinators to hire for my big day. During our first initial phone call I knew I was going to hire her. She immediately sent me her planning website and I was able to log in and find helpful notes and articles and interactive layout generator, table seating planning, list and organizing tools. She answered all my questions and was always available when I needed her, she referred wonderful vendors and was always available to bounce ideas off of and we met and walked the venue several times before the wedding. The day of my wedding I was so calm because I knew she had it handled and we had everything on the planning website that she provided me. Gabby is so talented, professional, efficient and kind. I highly recommend her! -

Gabby was the biggest help of our day. She is truly a knight in shining armor when it comes to the wedding world. Not only is she cool calm and collected but she is always looking out for the best interest of her couple.
She excels at organization, prioritization, and time management. She’s creative and really melds her vision to that of the couple. She becomes not only your biggest cheerleader day of but she becomes a friend. It’s almost more de esta ting that the day is over because it means less time with the incredible Gabby!

Ever since my first phone call with Gabby, it felt like we found the missing piece to make our dream wedding become a reality! We had most of our big vendors booked but felt overwhelmed with so many moving pieces and little details left. We opted for the Event Management package which covered vendor communications starting a couple months out, timeline and floor plan design, day-of coordination and so much more! Gabby was available for all our questions, to bounce ideas around, and most importantly kept me on track which gave me peace of mind throughout the process! It seriously felt like a huge weight off my shoulders once we booked her.
Gabby set us up on Aisle Planner which was such a helpful and easy to use tool to keep track of our checklist, vendors, payment schedule, and included helpful tips and guides about wedding stationary, gratuity for vendors, music, photo shot lists, etc. She always came to me with amazing ideas and talked things through with me without ever making me feel overwhelmed. There were so many planning aspects that I didn’t consider (or had never even heard of) and Gabby was there every step of the way offering her advice and guidance. We had a Friday the 13th wedding in October and had a spooky theme throughout. That’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but Gabby was so supportive and jumped right onboard with the theme and made everything feel so personalized.
Before our wedding even took place, one of my friends booked Gabby for her wedding next year after hearing me rave about her. During our rehearsal and throughout the wedding day our family and friends were so impressed with Gabby’s organization and ability to thrive in this (sometimes hectic) environment.
I was so thankful to be able to relax and enjoy my wedding day (and have our whole wedding party enjoy the day) because Gabby had everything handled. I’m honestly bummed that wedding planning is over because I miss working with Gabby already!! -

I would recommend Copper River + Co. to all of my family and friends a million times over. And that is no joke. Gabby truly went beyond means to give my husband and I our wedding vision, our sanity, and our best interest at heart. She was extremely responsive to any concerns, questions or opinions (and I needed a LOT of opinions) I asked of her throughout our 16 month journey with Copper River + Co. No one tells you how difficult and specific the details of planning a wedding are. Luckily for us, we didn't have to worry about any of those details because of Gabby. Her natural instinct of wedding planning was such a pleasure to watch and learn from. She is honest, pays such close attention to detail, and doesn't let you feel like you are doing this alone. If you are reading this and considering hiring her, my husband and I can absolutely promise you will have the wedding of your dreams working with her. Where do I even start? Gabby of Copper River + Co. was by far simply amazing. My fiancé and I got engaged a little over a year ago and we thought we wouldn’t need a wedding planner or coordinator, until we met Gabby. When we met her we knew she would be the one to help us and plan one of our most special days. She made us feel relaxed from the start of planning up until our wedding day. She was so reliable, professional, and organized. No detail to big or too small went unnoticed or forgotten, she was on top of everything the whole time from start to finish. Gabby loves what she does, she has so much wedding knowledge and especially an eye for design. Copper River + Co. was my planner for our destination wedding in St. Augustine, Florida. When we got engaged, all we knew was wanted to get married in January in St. Augustine during the Nights of Lights. And being newly engaged with 10 months to put our special day together, I had no idea where to start – and honestly how much goes into planning a wedding. But as the realization of how much I had to do hit me, I fortunately connected with Gabby of Copper River + Co. And we have her to thank for creating the wedding beyond our dreams.
Gabby instantly made us feel at ease from the start of our planning. She’s an endless source of wedding knowledge, a wealth of design insights and an organizational master. We decided to go with the full planning Summit package, and we are so thankful that we had her full services and guidance on hand through the entire planning process and on the big day.
Through designing our wedding vision with Gabby, we felt that every detail for our wedding was intricately crafted around who we are. When choosing a location, it was Gabby who helped us find the perfect place, one that reflected us as a couple in the city we loved. Both the ceremony site and reception spots were wonderfully unique to us, making our day feel like no one else’s.
No detail, big or small, falls through the cracks with Gabby. Things I knew we needed to take care of – transportation, catering, DJ, flowers, etc. – she was on top of finding. And the things I had no idea we needed to think about - and believe me, there’s are a lot of these through the wedding process – she guided us through. She provided comprehensive lists of vendors for us to look at and once we chose our preferred vendors, she managed dealings with them. If we found a vendor outside of those lists, she connected with them ASAP so we could book them. She arranged phone calls and meets with vendors, managed contracts, dealt with any questions we had for vendors and handled all of the day of coordination with vendors. And after the wedding, every single vendor had the same compliment about Copper River + Co.; they had never worked with a wedding planner who made their job so organized, easy, and fun.
For the day of coordination, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I woke up in the morning and knew it was going to be the perfect day. I knew where to be, I knew who I’d be with and when throughout the day, and I knew the order of events to expect. Gabby’s master timeline she works with your through for your day is a bride’s dream. And anything that could possibly come up on the wedding, Gabby has handled. Because I didn’t have to worry about any of the logistics for the day, solve any problems and do any last-minute planning, I was able to simply enjoy every moment of our day. And we did – every moment we felt truly present in because that’s all we needed to focus on.
From the first vendor inquiry to your reception exit, when you choose the Summit package, you get full planning and dedication into every moment for your special day. When we got engaged, it felt like so many brides warned us how stressful and difficult the planning process is - it sounded like this time was one to dread. And our experience on the way to the alter was nothing short of amazing. Because of Gabby, we get to say our planning was actually fun and was filled with memories we will treasure. She made every stage and part of planning feel easy. She made it about us and our unique experience. And ultimately, she made it about our wedding dreams coming to life. We can say, without a doubt, our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and we have Copper River + Co. to thank for designing the most beautiful wedding day we could have imagined.
