Her extensive knowledge of venues and vendors in the Sonoma area was essential to all our decisions. She was very insightful in providing relevant information to help us make the best choice for our desired outcomes. She was always quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. Her venue layout, timeline planning, and day of event oversight all resulted in a memorable day. You can’t go wrong in hiring Denise to plan and implement your event!

Kelin, Vanessa, and Elizabeth were great wedding coordinators for us. All were very responsive and they worked great as a team. They are also a green company, so that's always a plus. They really helped up make our event as perfect as it possibly could. They asked us tons of questions and were willing to work within our budget. They are super nice and fun too, which is important for me. They were always really responsive, flexible, had great ideas, and helped problem solve along the way. We couldn't have picked a better company to go with!

We had a destination wedding from Chicago and learned that a wedding day coordinator or planner is required by most wineries. We actually hired Amy for the Coordinator services after firing another planner. Amy was a breath of fresh air. She is so organized and professional. She provided recommendations for other vendors that we selected (flowers, food, photography, and bus service) and were very happy with as well. You might be thinking that you don't need anyone to coordinate "the day of" activities just as I thought, but I learned that it was totally worth it. I was so calm on the day since I knew everything was going to run smoothly. I highly recommend Amy Bridges. She was wonderful to work with.

I cannot thank Gina and KC events enough. She was an angel for our rehearsal and wedding day. I'm a highly organized DIY bride and thought I had EVERYTHING taken care of until we came in to a wedding license snafu which we did not foresee and sent our rehearsal off schedule. Gina was so helpful and so calming I surely could not have imagined the day without her. Her and her assistant were punctual, calming and put everyone at ease as she quietly made sure all my plans were executed and that the ceremony and reception were a success. I think we were probably an exceptionally challenging couple to wrangle but she did it with grace and professionalism. I'd recommend Gina to anyone planning an event and hope to work with her again myself!

As a detail-oriented person who usually does everything herself, I found that trusting someone else to execute our vision was a big step. Samar made it easy. She is a stress-free wedding planner who served as the perfect partner throughout the planning process, making it fun and ensuring every question was answered quickly. She met not only with me but also with my husband, daughter, and future son-in-law. She was kind and patient with all of us. The wedding day itself was the ultimate testament to her expertise. She created a seamless wedding-day experience, and everything was handled with such care and precision that I didn't have to check on a single thing. Her team kept us perfectly on schedule, and her constant smile made the whole day even better. If you want a coordinator who is genuinely invested in your day, hire Samar. She is not just an incredible coordinator; she is a wonderful person.

Working with Tina at Oh Splendid Day for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made for our 150 person black tie wedding. From start to finish, Tina was incredibly professional, efficient, and thoughtful in every aspect of the planning process. Our venue came with a lot of logistical hurdles, and she handled every challenge seamlessly while always keeping us calm and confident. She also created a solid rain plan that made us feel completely prepared no matter what happened, and she truly thought through every single detail before we even had to ask. We had a very specific vision and vibe for our wedding, and Tina helped bring it to life exactly the way we imagined it, somehow making everything feel effortless and cohesive. Beyond being organized and dependable, Tina genuinely cared about making our day feel personal and special. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding knowing everything was handled. Tina was an amazing person to have by your side throughout the entire process!!

We got married in Sonoma in August 2025 and had the wedding of our dreams. Melaina truly made our day so special with her kindness, attention to detail, and calm demeanor. Planning with her over many months was fun and easy. Her eye for design is extraordinary! She was open and supportive of all our ideas, which made us feel so confident throughout the wedding planning process. The day was super windy, but she was able to pivot on the fly and make everything work without us even knowing of the hiccups. My husband and I were relaxed and present all thanks to her. She was extremely accessible to not just us, but also our wedding party, guests, and vendors. At the end of the night, we felt so much gratitude for not only our guests who made it to our destination wine country wedding, but also to Melaina and the rest of the team who made it all happen. We could not recommend Melaina enough, our families adore her!

Tyler was an absolute rockstar! I hired her for partial planning for my wedding and I couldn’t be more happier with the service she provided. Her quick responsiveness always made me feel like a top priority, and her efficiency and attention to detail helped curate a beautiful day! From a very detailed timeline, to help with vendor coordination, Tyler definitely proved her worth and beyond. We ended up having to change plans due to rainy weather at the last minute (I’m talking 2-3 days before the big day!) and Tyler immediately got to work and created a new layout that worked out amazing! Her punctuality made the day run so smooth and as on time as a wedding can be! We truly felt like VIP guests on our wedding day, and were able to just enjoy the night and be able to just be in the moment and it’s all thanks to Tyler!
