The Holiday Inn Dulles features two enclosed courtyards. One with a gazebo and path (perfect for pictures!), the other with a tiled floor and white tent during the spring/summer/early fall months (great for ceremonies!).
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Wedding packages are typically priced per person and include room rental for 5 to 6 hours.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Tables, linens, silverware, china, glasses, dance floor, mirror tile centerpieces with hurricane globe and taper candle, etc. are all included with the wedding packages.
Specialty linens, ice sculptures, chocolate fountains and more are available for an additional fee.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
Typically the staff to guest ratio is:
-1 server per 25 guests for a plated meal
-1 server per 30 guests for a buffet
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
We do not require brides to use specific vendors. However, we do have recommended vendors if brides are interested in suggestions.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
Brides are welcome to bring in their own musicians.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Full wedding packages include a complimentary whirlpool suite for the bride and groom. Additional space for the bridal party to get ready can be provided based on availability.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Outside alcohol is not permitted.
What restrictions (if any) on noise levels?
A firm noise level restriction is not set. If noise becomes an issue for other hotel guests, the hotel will work with the band and/or DJ to adjust the volume to an appropriate level.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
The Holiday Inn Dulles has several event spaces. It is possible for more than one event to occur at the same time.

Yes, there is a $75.00 attendant fee for the night.
