The venue itself was beautiful and well maintained, and the owners were consistently kind, professional, and accommodating throughout the planning process. Their communication was clear and timely, which gave us great peace of mind. Even in situations where they were unable to assist directly, they went above and beyond by providing helpful referrals and guidance. It was clear that they genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best possible wedding experience. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a supportive and well-run space for their special day.

My husband and I had the most wonderful wedding, and it's all thanks to the staff at Toftrees. We were planning my hometown wedding all the way from Minnesota, and it all came together perfectly thanks to Katie Clegg and her team! We were SO impressed by the venue, the staff and their friendliness, THE FOOD, everything! The food was truly delicious — I don't mean to brag about my own wedding, but our food was the best I've ever had. Our guests are still raving about our wedding weeks later. They keep telling us how wonderful the staff is, how delicious the food and drinks were and how beautiful the grounds were! Literally all of the banquet staff at Toftrees are just so kind, accommodating and great to work with. I had so many questions and each time I called Katie, she answered promptly and was so friendly and thorough. I know so many people aren't as lucky, so thanks for being wonderful, Katie. My husband and I also had our Rehearsal Dinner and Sunday Brunch at Toftrees in the Silver Maple Ballroom, and both of those were incredible as well! It was such a treat for both my husband and I and our guests. We couldn’t have been in a better place. Thank you so much Toftrees, especially Katie and Jan, for making our wedding weekend one to remember forever. We appreciate all of you so much and we will be celebrating our special weekend for years to come!

We held our ceremony at the historical Montgomery house inside the Marriott. The cocktail hour and reception were both at The Exchange Rooftop Restaurant. Our celebration was on a Sunday so we were able to rent out the entire Exchange restaurant just for our own party. Flexibility on the Marriotts' part and their event coordinator, Redi surpassed perfection. We were originally scheduled for a wedding when a catastrophic snowstorm hit the area and shut the city down. We were able to move everything to two weeks later without a hitch. The venue is one of a kind with floor to ceiling windows, the most picturesque view of the city, especially at sunset, and an unforgettable veranda with the best picturesque skyscape. The food was nothing short of exquisite. They offer above and beyond anything that is on their regular food menu. We are talking extensive meat and cheese boards with all the accompaniments, seafood towers, ahi tuna, oysters, wings, tempura vegetables, hummus, brie bites, lamb kebabs.....and more! That is just appetizers. The meal is then prepared freshly in front of you with an assortment of pizzas, pasta and wood fired oven baked cod and steak along with some creative salads. People were literally blown away by the food selection and the diversity of the meal. I also have to mention the cake was the most beautiful, three tier decorated traditional and actually delicious cake I have ever had at a wedding. The night continued with nonstop, dancing, and our guests were able to stay right on the property and continue the party downstairs at Plough Restaurant. It really was such a great weekend and I highly recommend reserving the bridal parlor and groom's quarters to get ready in as well. It just made the day so much more comfortable and seamless with any schedules and the staff was so attentive. Thank you Redi for one of the most memorable and beautiful nights with our closest family and friends.

We truly could not have asked for a better experience than what we had with Alaina Rineman and the team at Hotel Gettysburg. Together, they made our wedding weekend seamless, stress-free, and truly unforgettable. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but Alaina made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable. From the very beginning, Alaina was phenomenal. She responded to my initial inquiry within minutes and remained just as attentive throughout the entire planning process. She was always available to answer questions, walk through details, and offer thoughtful suggestions. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple, which made her suggestions feel personal and meaningful. On the wedding day, Alaina handled everything behind the scenes flawlessly. Any hiccups were taken care of immediately, and we never felt stressed or distracted. She also went above and beyond for our guests, especially ensuring accommodations for those staying at the hotel and even arranging a to-go meal for a guest observing a religious fast. That level of care meant so much to us. Hotel Gettysburg itself was the perfect venue. Located right in the heart of downtown, it offered a beautiful mix of historic charm and convenience. Our guests loved being able to walk around the square, and the hotel provided so many great gathering spaces—including One Lincoln, the Hotel’s own bar and restaurant. The on-site Starbucks was also a huge bonus! The on-site catering was also exquisite. We chose to do a buffet and the food choices were all delicious! Many of our guests returned for second and third helpings of the entrees. The highlight for me is how incredibly picture-worthy the Hotel is, with stunning spots both inside and outside (the bank vault in the ballroom was a favorite!) for amazing wedding photos. Even with nearly 200 guests, the space allowed for comfortable mingling and dancing. The bridal suite and thoughtful touches like packaged cake slices, chocolate-covered fruit, and souvenir champagne glasses made us feel so special. Pro Tip: I also highly recommend working with Destination Gettysburg. They provided free welcome packets for our guests filled with brochures, discounts, and even kid-friendly items, which enhanced the experience for our guests that stayed the full weekend. Because of Alaina, I felt completely at ease and confident that everything was in good hands. When I look back on our wedding day, she is absolutely part of those memories—not just as a coordinator, but as someone who helped make the day feel so special. Allenberry was a one stop shop for our dreamy October wedding. From the space we used for our reception (Carriage Room) to the food, to the accommodations, to the amazing customer service we could not be happier. Our guests were raving about our wedding and I have to thank Jenna, Ian, and Greg for paying attention to every detail.

Riverdale Manor will always hold a special place in our hearts. Monica our wedding planner, was phenomenal, she would respond to any question within a hour via email, we told her our vision and she executed it perfectly. Her assistant was also very professional and handled everything perfectly. The venue is 110% worth it if you on the fence on this venue. I promise you, you can do indoors or outdoors, it’s all covered so if it rains you won’t get wet at all. The price isn’t bad at all; they work with you. This venue is such a beautiful property right on the Conestoga River, you can mingle outside or mingle inside. Everything about this venue is absolutely perfect and it gave us the perfect experience for our perfect day. I recommend this venue 110%

We got married at the Hilton in June 2022 and had an incredibly positive experience throughout the entire process! Our wedding ended up having to be postponed twice, but the team at the Hilton coordinated these changes smoothly, being more than accommodating to our many needs. The thorough communication and broad access to resources throughout the planning stages was never an issue and we really had the feeling that they were truly there to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams instead of trying to push a product. When the big day finally came, all our vendors had a point of contact at the hotel that was physically present to oversee the set-up, giving us the chance to focus on the ceremony without worrying about the logistics. She even allowed us a sneak peak at the room before the guests entered and was there throughout the evening to help with any issues that arose, as well as being kind enough to run gifts and the card box up to the bridal suite! As far as the quality of the product goes, it was everything we could have imagined. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS (thank you to the chef and team!) and we highly recommend the braised short rib, pistachio crusted halibut, and risotto! Bar selections are broad and moderately priced, with the ability to arrange for higher tiers if we wanted. We also requested wine service at dinner and never felt any lack of attention given to us or our guests. There was ample room for dancing, great options in terms of lighting (even up to us making a last-minute lighting change during our sneak peak), and fantastic angles for our photographers to capture pictures. Overall, we were VERY impressed and appreciative of all the work and attention to detail that the Hilton gave us for the wedding and have memories of that day that will last us a lifetime. We both highly recommend it as a venue for your wedding! Thank you very much to everyone who worked so hard to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams! Side note: We highly recommend 1700 Degrees Steakhouse in the hotel for the rehearsal dinner. Again, delicious food and a high attention to detail. What’s more, all the logistics can be coordinated directly with the same group that facilitated the wedding reception. Just like we mentioned before, we had someone present to oversee the evening and ensure it all flowed smoothly, which was a tremendous help. They were even able to time service around speeches and toasts, and coordinated with the chef to create a last-minute vegan dish in the middle of dinner! Our guests are still talking about how great of a time they had!

If you want an stress-free, stunning wedding experience, this is the place to choose. The Drumore team eased our nerves and provided excellent service and support the entire way, from planning to execution. Marnie was a rockstar on our wedding day and made sure everything ran as smoothly as can be. We received nothing but positive feedback (even hearing that this was the best wedding people had been to in years/ever) ;) Shoutout to this beautiful spot with beautiful people. The appetizers for cocktail hour were also INCREDIBLE - so yummy, my personal favorite part!! lol THANK YOU GUYS!

We only looked at two venues and stopped after finding the musuem. The price you literally can not beat for everything you get with it. We had a small intimate wedding of about 53 people and everyone came up to me at the end of the night raving about the location. They loved being able to explore the museum throughout the night. Half way through the wedding process we got a new event coordinator and there were a few times were there was miscommunication but overall it was a good experience. The courtyard with the trees and lighting was perfect for our ceremony and the exposed brick looked amazing in pictures. The lobby was the perfect size for reception and you dont have to do much to it because it's already so pretty inside.
