From the first phone call, we knew Naomi would be an instrumental part of our wedding in the Catskills at the end of September 2024. She came highly recommended from our venue, and now we know why. Even with the first introductory phone call, she provided guidance and resources from the onset, and her kind, gentle, and calm demeanor shined through. Her attitude and presence were critical in the time from planning the wedding and day-of, and throughout the months leading up to the wedding, she provided helpful reminders on what to consider and decide upon, different ideas on what would work well, and was exceptionally communicative, reliable, and dependable. Naomi is also extremely detail-oriented, and as someone that also loves details, she helped talked through all scenarios. From a logistics standpoint, she handed all of the shuttle busing schedules, took over all vendor contact in the three months leading up to the wedding, collected all COIs required, and more. We had multiple planning calls and a detailed venue walkthrough, and she made the wedding planning process enjoyable and we looked forward to speaking with her every time. Before the day of, she was there during the rehearsal and helped us iron out remaining details and questions, and also manage anxieties of our families and parents. On the day of, she was everywhere and also invisible to us, orchestrating all 120 of our guests in a seamless, beautiful, and perfect day. She set up the dinner area beautifully and arranged the antique table with all of our family photos in a way that was so sentimental and told the story of our families. A medical incident occurred one hour before the ceremony, and she stayed calm and was so supportive as she helped us seek medical support and determine what to do next. Despite a very scary incident with the father of the groom, we still started the ceremony on time! As someone that is very Type A, I and my now husband were able to relinquish the reins to Naomi and trust in her completely. This allowed us to completely enjoy our time with our family and friends and not worry about the details or logistics. We let her guide us through, and there wasn't a moment of lull or delay because Naomi kept everything moving. She knew every detail backward and forward and executed the vision of the day flawlessly. She also was the ideal quarterback of our vendor team, and it's clear that from a vendor perspective, they all love working with her. We could go on and on about Naomi, but you need to experience her magic firsthand. She was an amazing coordinator, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her planning and coordination services to anyone planning a wedding in upstate NY/the Hudson River Valley/the Catskills.
