Naomi made our wedding so beautiful, relaxed, and joyful (and most importantly: seamless!). The kind of care, creativity, and kindness she brings to her work is rare, and we feel unbelievably privileged to have had the chance to organize our celebration with her.

Afterwards countless friends and family commented on how effortlessly everything flowed together. A true feat given that we were abroad for nearly all of the planning! I credit Naomi entirely.

It truly was the very best day for both of us, and we're still reeling from the magic of it all. It wouldn't have been the same without her. Don’t hesitate: her experience, network and support is the wedding gift you can give yourself.

My wife and I truly could not have been any happier working with Naomi. She is absolutely one of a kind. Even though we initially weren’t sure that we needed a coordinator, we are so happy that we chose her. She made sure that everything went smoothly on the wedding day and she was there every step of the way during the planning process.


When we decided to hire a wedding planner, we interviewed a number of different people before talking to Naomi. Others were okay, but once we spoke to Naomi we knew that this very positive person was the right wedding planner for us as soon as we hung up the phone. My wife and I consider ourselves pretty organized, but it is nothing compared to Naomi. She is incredibly experienced and was prepared for everything. When we were planning the wedding, Naomi was easily reachable and promptly responding to our questions. She was always on top of things, making sure that we had everything covered and that us and other vendors were all on track and prepared for all contingencies. Naomi made the planning process pretty straightforward, seamlessly coordinating with all other vendors, and was truly our advocate whenever needed.


And more than just being a great wedding planner, she is clearly an incredibly nice and caring person. A great example of this was when she realized that, because of the schedule, our photographers would not be able to have dinner at the same time as other vendors. To make sure there was enough food left for them, Naomi worked with our venue to take special care and have the food ready when our photographers were free to sit down and finally eat in their hectic schedule.


When the day of our wedding came, we were at ease knowing that she was there to make sure it all goes smoothly. She was always there whenever we had any questions, and also constantly working with other vendors and setting up. Quite a few of our guests and vendors later told us how they thought that Naomi was great and how they couldn’t believe that our wedding was completely on schedule, all thanks to Naomi who kept it all on track. She was able to perfectly balance steering everything and getting ahead of things before we knew what needed to be done, while at the same time making sure we had enough space to enjoy our big day and have fun without any of it being rushed.


Naomi is such a positive person and absolutely the best - we can’t recommend her enough! She made our wedding day perfect and we are so happy that we chose her.

Working with Naomi was an absolute dream. We hired her for 3 month planning for our wedding in July. It was the best decision we made. Naomi was attentive, professional, very calm when stress increased, and the perfect help for our big day. On the day of, our family and friends were so impressed with how Naomi took on every situation – helping with a medical emergency, taking care of every single detail, and working with such professionalism with all of our vendors. Truly – Naomi was such a team player. My husband and I had a truly perfect wedding weekend, and that is largely thanks to Naomi!! Highly Highly recommend!!!
