We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding! Turf Valley has it all - great ballrooms, delicious food, indoor/outdoor service locations, hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests, and an absolute spectacular staff! Wendy & Mia were extremely easy to work with and provided everything we needed to ensure how day went off without any glitches. My guests are still raving about the food, how easy the "flow of the day" went, and how all of the support staff were very friendly and accommodating; go cannot go wrong by choosing Turf Valley for your wedding or any other event!

I can't say enough good things about the Vandiver Inn in Havre de Grace, Maryland! My daughter and son-in-law were married there in February and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Not only was it a beautiful place to have a wedding, the food was delicious, and the staff was beyond compare! Courtney, our wedding coordinator, was amazing!! She helped with every detail, answered any question that we had, gave us names for the hair/makeup studio, and was everywhere! The Vandiver was the first and only place that we visited. We definitely made the right choice!

I just had my reception at The Grand Baltimore September 2023 and I cannot say enough good things. I will start with the venue coordinator, Nina, who was instrumental to the success of our day, and then move to the venue itself. The Grand was just the second venue we toured and we signed shortly after, so we had been working with Nina about a year and a half from contract date to wedding date. From day one, she went above and beyond to be as welcoming, patient, flexible, and transparent as possible to make our experience a better one. She went far beyond the expectations of her position to ensure that we were getting everything we wanted and needed, from letting us get ready at the venue when we had no other space, to making an extra entree just for us to try when we misread the menu for the tasting. Over that year and a half of countless email back and forth, late-night texts, meeting my family during several visits, Nina became a friend who was such a big part of the day. Now the venue itself can speak for itself just with pictures alone, but I will give a little extra. Like I said, we only toured two places before deciding on The Grand, but it's because there was no point seeing any more. After stepping foot into the building, we knew nothing else would compare. Built in the 1800s as the freemason's headquarters and boasting the most stunning stonework and architecture you'll see in the city, The Grand has not only the elegance I wanted, but the history and character of a building made to impress. It has multiple ballrooms, each with their own individual style to suit your event vibe. We were having a celestial wedding, so it was a no brainer to choose the Mirror Room for our reception, which had spectacular star-shaped light fixtures dotting a ceiling the color of the night sky. The adjacent room was used for our cocktail hour and looked like it came right out of a story book. People raved about the food and the day went off without a hitch. It is expensive, but you get so much for the price: attendants, bridal suite, amazing hors d'oeuvres, open bar, all tables/linens/cutlery, three course dinner, cake and coffee service. So yeah, it was a lot of money but I loved it so much I actually cut my guest list down just to be able to afford it and don't tell the people who got cut, but it was totally worth it and I'd do it again haha The wedding pictures I got from this venue, the memories I got for this venue, the friendships I made from this venue are priceless and beyond compare. 10/10 would get remarried here hahaha

We had a wonderful experience working with Jules and Sharon for our wedding at Silver Swan Bayside. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and the day turned out exactly as we had hoped. We appreciated their organization, their support, and their attention to every detail throughout the entire process. They made things incredibly easy for us and helped ensure that everything ran right on schedule, exactly as planned. Silver Swan boasts stunning views, and the cherry on top was the beautiful sunset that made our day even more special.

Our wedding went as planned thanks to our venue! Mr. Grace was so attentive and flexible. As soon as something changed I was able to email him quickly and he made the adjustments and he made sure things ran smoothly the day of with what was in his control and his domain. I would recommend the Westin for weddings over and over again. The bridal suite was wonderful and the staff was great with accommodations within their limits of course. We had a great wedding. All of our guests gushed about the food and the venue!! One of my friends is getting married there next year now because she loved how my wedding was!

Our wedding at Linganore Winecellars on September 27, 2025 was everything we dreamed of and more. The property is absolutely breathtaking — the ceremony site overlooking the acres of vineyards felt like something out of a movie. Even with a little rain in the forecast, the views and atmosphere were still magical. Guests kept telling us how beautiful and unique the setting was, especially the mix of outdoor elegance and rustic-chic charm. From the beginning, the venue team was wonderful to work with. They were responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Communication was always clear, and they were flexible with last-minute details and changes, which helped ease so much of the pre-wedding stress. Every question we had — big or small — was met with kindness and professionalism. Our Day-of Coordinator, Brittany, deserves her own standing ovation. She went above and beyond from start to finish — keeping us calm, managing the timeline perfectly, coordinating vendors, and somehow being everywhere at once. She even had a backup plan ready when the rain rolled in and made sure everything transitioned flawlessly. I barely had to lift a finger because Brittany had already handled it before I even realized something needed attention. She truly made it possible for us to be fully present and enjoy the day. We’ll never forget how cared for we felt — not just like another couple on the calendar, but like our day truly mattered. Linganore gave us the romantic, warm, vineyard wedding we’d always envisioned, and Brittany made sure it unfolded effortlessly. If you want a venue that’s picturesque, professional, and filled with heart, Linganore Winecellars is it. And if you’re lucky enough to have Brittany as your coordinator, you’ll be in the very best hands.

We could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day than the one we had at The Belvedere. From start to finish, everything was truly exceptional. The ballrooms are absolutely stunning. They are grand, elegant, and full of historic charm that made our celebration feel so special. Our guests are still raving about how incredible the food was. Serving crab cakes in Baltimore is no small feat, and they absolutely nailed it! A huge thank you to Olivia, who made the entire planning process so much easier. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. And we can’t say enough good things about Harmony, our wedding day coordinator. She kept everything running smoothly and anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. One of the most thoughtful gestures was when someone discreetly ran across the street to pick up my husband’s exact drink of choice without us even asking. Just one of many examples of how attentive and caring the team was throughout the day. If you are looking for a venue with beautiful spaces, incredible food, and a truly dedicated staff, look no further than The Belvedere. They made our wedding unforgettable.

When we looked for wedding venues in Baltimore, we kept running into places that charged thousands just to book the space. The Mt. Washington Tavern, on the other hadn, was in our budget, wonderfully unique, and run by a professional and welcoming family. They do it all in house: food, drink, flowers, cake, decor, tables and chairs, candles--all included in your price! Our coordinator, Mary, ensured that our day went off without a hitch and that the few outside vendors we needed (DJ and photographers) knew exactly where to be. Holly was fantastic for creating flower arrangements, bouquets, boutonnières, and unique cuff corsages. The staff kept the party flowing and made sure everyone had a great time. We loved the touches of Baltimore, from the crab cakes and oysters during cocktail hour to the Preakness decorations. Check out the Tavern if you want a space that will treat you like family and won't cost an arm and a leg!

Our experience with Eagle’s Nest was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Working with Jennifer was truly exceptional, she is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and very Type A in the best possible way. Although she stepped into her role only about four months before our wedding (after a change in coordinators), she jumped right in, got up to speed quickly, and made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. The food was absolutely fantastic and received so many compliments from our guests. The staff were all extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the entire day feel warm and effortless. And the views…absolutely breathtaking! The scenery created the most perfect ambiance and served as a breathtaking backdrop for photos. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a better team to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend Eagle’s Nest to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable wedding experience.

The team at the Pendry made our wedding weekend truly incredible. First off, the venue is absolutely stunning, and has a depth of character that is rare at a hotel. We were originally excited about getting married right on the harbor, but had to pivot to the rain plan, a ceremony in the ballroom, and honestly I think it was even more gorgeous. The arched windows as a backdrop were breathtaking, and then it they managed a complete transition into the party space as guests had cocktails in the ballroom lobby area. The space is also perfectly designed for a party. We had nearly 200 guests and it never felt tight or crowded. One of the biggest perks of hosting at the Pendry was how much stress it eliminated. I never once had to worry about the food, it was truly delicious, and the team was great about handling guests with special meal requirements. The event staff were wonderful about guiding guests between the different spaces throughout the night, so everything just flowed. And when we threw some last-minute changes their way (switching up a signature cocktail, adding more food to the bridal prep suite), they handled it all without missing a beat. Speaking of the bridal prep suite: it was fantastic. I had something like 20 people in and out at one point between bridesmaids, family, hair and makeup, and our photographer, and the space handled it beautifully. Our hair and makeup team actually told us it was one of the best setups they'd had to work in. They were right in front of the windows so the natural light was gorgeous, and there were plenty of tables and chairs for them to spread out. Then when it was go time, it was just an easy walk down to the ceremony. The whole flow of the day felt seamless. Many of our guests stayed in the hotel (or walked over from close-by hotels and Airbnbs at different price points), which created such a fun, everyone's-here-together vibe for the whole weekend. We also got so many compliments from guests about how wonderful the hotel staff was across the board, not just the events team, but everyone. They truly went above and beyond to take care of people, and it meant the world to us. Finally, a huge thank you to Kat, our events manager and main point of contact. She knows the venue inside and out, had great suggestions to help us achieve our vision, and her passion and attention to detail was incredible. During the event she was on top of everything, seamlessly handling anything that came up so we never had to think about it. And on a personal note, she hyped us up right before we walked down the aisle, which was exactly the energy we needed in that moment. She made us (and especially my parents) feel so special and taken care of throughout the whole process. We really can't say enough good things about her. If you're considering the Pendry for your wedding and it's in your budget, do it. The building is gorgeous, the ballroom is a showstopper, and the people behind it all are genuinely kind and excellent at what they do.
