We had an outstanding experience with this venue! They were easy to work with and made our wedding day special with so many things coming together just how we had hoped for. The space worked well for our group of over 140 and it was very convenient being able to have the wedding ceremony and reception at the same location. Our day of coordinator did a great job and ensured everything was in place and communicated clearly with all parties involved. The waterfront setting was beautiful and the indoor areas are thoughtfully arranged allowing for easy transitions to different portions of the event. Catering is provided in house and you can not go wrong with the large number of quality options available and their ability to service guests with dietary restrictions. Parking is limited but we did feel like there were enough spaces for family of the bride and groom to be prioritized. This venue took care of us from start to finish even including having our decorations organized and ready for pick up easily the next day after the event. Sharon was the best!

We just had our daughter’s wedding at Silver Swan and can’t say enough about how perfect the evening was. The venue is beautiful without the flowers and wedding decorations. It is open and bright, with a beautiful fireplace and tastefully decorated creating a great canvas to plan your wedding. The staff is amazing. Dana with Silver Swan was our wedding planner and she was so efficient and on top of every detail. We chose the items for decorating, left them with her and she expertly placed everything perfectly with added special touches of her own. The food was delicious! We chose a DJ recommended by Silver Swan, Steve Moody. He was professional and a fabulous master of ceremonies. Between he and Silver Swan’s staff of Dana, Peggy and Paula, the entire evening played out flawlessly. The view for the 6 p.m. ceremony was the Chesapeake Bay. It was awesome with the sun setting during the reception. We highly recommend checking out Silver Swan. You will not be disappointed. We cannot thank them enough for making the evening magical.

Wow! The Silver Swan Bayside has the perfect intimate location off the beaten path on the Chesapeake Bay with view of the Bay Bridge! The beautifully renovated indoor space opens up to the glass reception area and then to the beautiful lawn and small beach on the bay. Our coordinator Mandie was warm and friendly and nothing but top notch with excellent communication, attention to detail and guiding us thru the process and decision on making our wedding day nothing less than perfect! She is the absolute best! During the whole process and day of the entire staff was welcoming, attentive and truly amazing.

I highly recommend this venue if you are planning a wedding in the future. I have gorgeous wedding pictures to treasure for a lifetime that were taken right by the the water and the views are absolutely breath taking. The staff is very friendly and professional! I highly recommended Caitlin Farrell she did an amazing job planning all the specifics and making sure my big day went exactly as we planned !

My husband and I had our wedding here in September and it was absolutely perfect. Silver Swan is a gorgeous venue, and Sharon lead the team immaculately. Sharon was so understanding, knowledgeable, flexible, and communicated like she was a lifelong friend. She made myself and my husband feel extremely comfortable during the entire process of our wedding. Even on the day of the wedding, Sharon was an excellent communicator and was able to handle any changes we threw her way. The whole team helped make our wedding day perfect! We could not recommend Silver Swan for your wedding any harder!

I can't say enough great things about Silver Swan! Everyone was awesome, but I have to give Caitlin major kudos. She was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. My guests raved about how beautiful the location was and how great the food was. Selecting Silver Swan was a great decision.

Silver Swan Bayside is an amazing venue!
My wife and I got married this summer and chose to do a brunch wedding here.. Most waterfront venues in the area could not accommodate the morning wedding. The staff were fantastic from start to finish. Emily was our venue coordinator and she made sure we didn’t miss anything for our special day. The views and atmosphere are unmatched and the in house catering provided by Chesapeake Chef Service was phenomenal. We keep hearing from our guests how great the food was. The venue was even able to accommodate some special requests for our bar. We can’t recommend them enough and look forward to hosting our next big event there.

We had the most spectacular experience with Emily & team at the Silver Swan. Everything was beyond our wildest dreams amazing and beautiful, and we were able to stay within our budget. Cannot recommend it more highly! We are so grateful!!

My husband and I had our wedding at Silver Swan Bayside on 3/18/17. We can't say enough good things about this entire experience! We chose the venue after finding it on Weddingwire and after it was recommended by our amazing photographer, Carly Fuller (Carly Fuller Photography). We visited the venue in the summer and it was like going on vacation-- so serene and peaceful! Gorgeous views of the Chesapeake Bay. The reception area is gorgeous as well- very coastal shabby chic, recently remodeled. They really try to have as many weddings as possible outside, but if the weather is bad they move it inside to the "pavilion" which is basically a huge sunroom with floor to ceiling windows so you still get the view. Our wedding ceremony was outside, cocktail hour was in the pavillion, and the reception was inside, with dancing and the bar afterward back in the pavilion. It was the perfect flow. They also have a fire pit and lawn games and a sparkler send off option that you can add onto the package for extra charges, which we did and our guests loved. The people at SSB are so friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. We mainly worked with Jessica in the planning process, but the week leading up to our event, and day of, we worked with Caitlin and Dave. It was a seemless transition (Jessica was on maternity leave but still helped set up the day of the wedding that's how dedicated she is!). Everyone worked together so well to make it the best wedding ever. We got so many compliments on how beautiful it was and how delicious the food was. The catering is done on site and it's sooooo good. Just a pro tip- no need to go overboard on decorations. We kept it very simple and nothing was lost because this location is so breathtaking! Wedding planning can be stressful, but it wasn't for us! SSB made everything so easy and with such positive vibes- there was NOTHING to worry about. They are worth every penny!

What can I say, the wedding was perfect. Everything was so smooth that all we had to do was sit back and enjoy the ride! The staff was perfect, the food was perfect, the weather was perfect (September 20th). It was a daytime wedding and we didn't regret that one bit. Everyone that attended was complementing the entire time, i think a couple guests asked if they could have their wedding at that location also. Thank you guys for making it the best day of our lives.
