My husband and I have a fairly expansive and eclectic taste in music. Our entire wedding was about thinking beyond the basic and usual traditions and making them our own. We couldn’t have done that without Toussaint Productions in our arsenal. First, Alex the owner is extremely personable and really wants to understand his customers inside and out. What we thought would be 30 min check-in calls turned into hours of just discussing and talking about any and everything. He truly became a friend and we’d hire him in a heartbeat for any occasion in the future ( i.e. Keith’s 40th is this June, you free Alex?!). Second, his setup on the day was beyond professional and really cool! I truly felt like we were in a club. Third, his staff was just as much fun as he was! They really hyped up our guests and were jamming to the music as much as we were. Fourth, the photobooth! The photo booth was a top-of-the-line situation that allowed guests to take photos, boomerangs, videos, etc. It was a total hit at our wedding, as the bride and groom we spent waaay too much time over there but I wouldn't have it any other way. I especially liked that guests could text or email the pictures to themselves and that I got the full gallery at the end of the wedding. I felt like I didn't miss anything at my wedding. Fifth, Alex mixed our requests and playlists in a way that had every single guest on the dance floor from my 2-year-old cousins to my 98-year-old Grandmother! It was amazing! All in all Toussaint Productions is an amazing Dj vendor whose quality and value surpass the actual price tag. Look no further and book them today! You won’t regret it.

DJ Kyn was absolutely incredible and truly made our wedding unforgettable. She handled our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception seamlessly, and absolutely crushed it on the dance floor, keeping everyone dancing until the lights came on.

Working with her from start to finish was so easy. She was always available to answer questions and offered great recommendations that made planning feel stress-free.

She read the crowd perfectly, kept the energy up all night, and had all our guests on the dance floor. We received so many compliments on the music.

We had a wonderful experience working with Alex. He listened to our music likes and kept the dance floor packed all night. He knew how to navigate the intricacies of the venue and manage their noise restrictions while also making sure the music quality was not jeopardized. He had great relationships with the other vendors and the venue which made the process very easy. He had great mixes and seemed like he was having so much fun the whole night. The fact that our dance floor was packed the whole night speaks for itself. We also wanted to show a video tribute to my dad during the "father daughter dance" and he helped us bring that vision to life. We had a wonderful experience with Alex and Toussaint Productions!

We actually were not going to hire a DJ because a) to save money, b) we believed our guests wouldn’t dance that much, and c) we had been to too many weddings where the DJ didn’t really seem worth it (e.g. had ads play during the music, mispronounced people’s names, played bad music or cut out the song before critical bridges, etc). However, at the end of the night we said, “thank GOD we hired Alex.”

We initially found Toussaint Productions through the Knot… I was initially nervous since all of my other vendors had been recommended by friends. But Alex was an absolute legend! For one, the prices were incredibly reasonable and we super appreciated the healthcare worker discount! Second, we appreciated the level of detail and organization Alex put in. I especially loved the Vibo app which allowed us to organize every aspect of the reception from “must play,” “don’t play,” “slow dance,” “dinner music,” specific time-stamps, to specific versions of songs to play, to specific shout-outs, and specific instructions like “please do not cut out before X.” It was easy to use and sync with spotify so you could directly transfer playlists into the app. The whole host of customizable features allowed me to meticulously plan out to my type-A, anxious heart’s content and Alex followed all of it! Ahead of the wedding, our meetings also gave me reassurance that he knew what he was doing and more, giving us pointers on father-daughter dance timing, etc. It built up trust with him leading up to the day-of. He was also quite flexible, allowing us to make pretty last minute changes without adding any additional stress.

Third, he just was incredibly on-point with the music throughout the night. He played all of our favorite songs, even throwing in songs I wanted but didn’t think were possible (e.g. “Popular” from Wicked), always keeping the right mood, and adding in amazing songs we hadn’t thought of. One of our goals we communicated to Alex was, “we would love for people who don’t normally feel comfortable dancing, to dance at our wedding.” And he delivered! The dance floor stayed full pretty much until the end of the night - from my college friends to my uncles and aunties. It was truly the best dance floor I’ve ever been on in terms of energy.

Toussaint Productions was so fantastic to work with for our wedding. We had DJ Alex and he was so fun. Our guests would not stop raving about the DJ and the music and our dance floor was packed from start to finish. Alex heeded all of our requests so graciously and followed our very strict rules :). He was so nice and truly made our wedding day so seamless and fun. Cannot recommend enough!!

DJ MonTahje, with Toussaint Productions, was the DJ for my wedding and he was AMAZING! He was more than just a DJ, he was an emcee during the dinner service, and a party starter on the dance floor! I had multiple guests come up to me throughout the day to tell me how much they loved him – even my 90 year old Gramma! He truly was the full package and I couldn’t recommend him more! 10/10 best wedding DJ ever.

My husband and I just had Alex as our DJ at our wedding. Working with him was so easy and fun. He went above and beyond making sure that everything we had hoped for went smoothly. He even made custom live mixes for our big day which everyone loved! So thankful for him!! 15/10 would recommend

It was hard for us to plan our DC wedding remotely from Canada. Chris made our experience seamless and was very helpful. He managed the crowd very well and went extra miles to adjust the sparklers for us.

Not sure whether people were more excited for the actual ceremony or Alex at the reception. He was the star of the show and had folks coming up to us during and after the event asking about him and his info. Easy to work with, super in tune, could not recommend him any more highly. He was the best!
