Connie at iCON Bridal knows her craft very well! I purchased a sample wedding dress elsewhere and the bridal shop I purchased the dress from was unwilling to perform alterations on sample dresses. However, iCON Bridal performs alterations on new dresses purchased in-store as well as dresses purchased elsewhere and other clothing – thank goodness! There were a few scheduling mishaps and few more trips than expected, but I understand that alterations are an iterative process and thankfully I do not live too far away. It all worked out in the end, and she did a PHENOMENAL job and the dress looked AMAZING! Thank you, Connie!
