Hoopla Events is a Hudson Valley based wedding & event planning company for proud individualists who like to dance on tables and - outside the status quo. Our goal is to help create epic events for the un-conventional at heart.

Our Month-Of Coordination (aka Day-of Coordination) services are the perfect solution to give you and everyone else who spent one too many highly-caffeinated nights planning your shindig a well-deserved break. We swoop in 4-6 weeks before your wedding and work our magic to make your big day epic!
Here's the skinny on some of the services that are included:
One (1) Lead Planner and assistant on deck for the big day.
Initial meet and greet with venue(s) walkthrough.
Review of all contracted vendor contracts.
Vendor referrals (florists, photographers, transportation, rentals, etc.).
Rehearsal Direction (if needed)
Consistent communication via emails and phone calls (within reasonable hours).
Provide a detailed Day of Timeline of the day's events and distributed to all vendors.
Confirm all contracted vendors one week prior to the big day.
Coordination of guest transportation to and from venue(s).
Work with all vendors to ensure proper order of duties.
Coordination of ceremony and vendor cues.
Assistance with guests.
Set up of personal decor items.
Coordination and management of toasts, special songs, etc.
Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed, and more!

Adina was our month of coordinator and we couldn't be happier how our wedding turned out. I knew from the first call I had with her I wanted to have her part of our wedding team. I am an organized, detailed oriented, designed focused person and Adina is the same way - so she made my months of designing and planning come to life the day of! Adina was always available when I needed her and prompt to respond. 4-6 weeks beforehand (and even before that available to answer all my questions and give recommendation) Adina organized all our contracts, vendors and details in google docs and it made everything so transparent that my OCD personality loved it. Adina did such a great job coordinating and communicating with our vendors and my husband and I with the timeline and wedding weekend, we couldn't be more thankful for that. Our vendors even communicated to us how organized and on top of it Adina was. Adina really wanted to make sure we did not stress the day of and I have to say the day was flawless and stress-free. Our day was SO MUCH BETTER with Adina!!!
Adina was our saving grace on our wedding day. She made everything run smoothly, and ensured we didn't have to worry about anything - even when there was definitely something to worry about it, she took care of it quickly. She checked in every month leading up, and was a great help with vendor recommendations or logistics questions or recommendations. She navigated all of our vendors leading up to the day, with a super professional timeline that kept us right on track. We were actually on time on my wedding day, which is unheard of in my personal life, and all of our bridal party kept complimenting how calm, kind, and fun she was throughout the entire day. All of our vendors already loved her, which made communication and coordination a super breeze. Adina and Her Team Rock!!
Adina was our month of coordinator for our wedding but she was much more than just that! Adina went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect even with our rain storm! She was so organized and on top of every contract and outside vendor we had, to make sure everything ran smoothly. She constantly checked with us each month and put on mind at ease with all decisions leading up to the big day! She reviewed all contracts and made sure each minute of the entire day was accounted for and that each person knew their role. We absolutely could not of done our wedding without here. Not only was she and her team extremely efficient and deliverable but she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Weddings can be overwhelming and stressful but having her support was a complete game changer for us. We highly recommend using her expertise on your big deal.
