Located in Orange, Virginia, GREENOCK MANOR is a historic venue available for weddings. Built in 1870, the manor home is accessed by passing beneath 100-foot towering trees on a country road. Situated on five acres of gardens and farmland, the venue invites couples and guests to dance the night away under the stars, or socialize on the wrap-around balcony and outside deck. Our hope is for each guest to have an unforgettable experience at Greenock Manor. (please note we were never a plantation Greenock has always been a happy property filled with much love and all good things)
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can expect to host 130 confirmed guests to their Manor celebration for wedding ceremonies, receptions, elopements, bridal showers, or engagement parties. In case of inclement weather, the owners have a huge tent on-site that features lovely fairy lights and the ability to seat all your guests. The facility is dedicated to providing the services necessary to ensure everyone has a great time, and can provide separate locations for pet-sitting, if needed. A private bridal suite is also available for the bridal party to become wedding-ready. Guests can park at the venue, with the option for valet service, and there is wheelchair access.
Services Offered
All-inclusive packages are offered to couples interested in a fully planned and comprehensive option. While they allow outside vendors, the manor also supplies an in-house bartending team, which can serve any alcohol supplied by the couple for the occasion. The venue keeps event items such as the following on-site:

Accommodations
In addition to an event venue, GREENOCK MANOR is also a bed-and-breakfast that can host guests in their private guest rooms. Each room includes a private ensuite bathroom and is beautifully decorated. Guests will have access to free high-speed WiFi during their stay. A honeymoon suite is also available with a large jetted tub, should couples want to spend the night at the venue after their exciting day.
To Book: Kindly text or call us and please pay your first non-refundable payment installment of $500 to book your date. Once this payment has been made we are happy to set up a monthly payment plan to pay off your full venue hire.

Spring Wedding
Chanel offered to be our event coordinator for a reasonable fee, as well as the owner and operator of the venue. She never missed a beat and kept me on track, so grateful. Our caterer works out of her onsite commercial kitchen and was able to have all the things my heart desired. Real china and glassware, beautiful tables and an amazing serving team. Onsite DJ and Officiant are also available, super convenient and perfect for a busy bride who wants it all!
My guests loved the venue and said it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding and loved the beautiful country feel at the house that is brimming with love and kindness. We made friends that day that will last a lifetime.

Chanel connected us with amazing vendors, including our caterer, DJ, officiant, and photographer, and made the entire planning process feel seamless. She helped to ensure we were getting good prices, and she was always accommodating, communicative, responsive, and wonderfully organized, which made us feel completely at ease leading up to the big day.
The venue itself is stunning—elegant, charming, and full of character. Our wedding was in late April, and the venue grounds were lush and vibrant with greenery and flowers. One of the highlights was the ample on-site lodging, which allowed the wedding party to stay with us over the weekend. Being able to spend extra time with our close friends and loved ones in such a beautiful setting made everything even more special.
After the wedding, we took advantage of the fire pit on the property, and it turned out to be the perfect way to wind down with our wedding party and share a few more laughs before the weekend came to a close.
We can’t recommend Greenock Manor—and Chanel—highly enough. It was everything we dreamed of and more.

As someone who didn’t hire a wedding coordinator, I was initially overwhelmed by the planning process, but Chanel made it so manageable. She was incredibly responsive, keeping me on track every step of the way. She even helped me find additional vendors like my amazing photographer! Her guidance and support were invaluable.
The venue itself was perfect for us. I’ve always dreamed of those stunning backyard weddings you see in 2000s rom-coms—manicured lawns, timeless charm—but neither my family nor I have a space like that. Greenock Manor brought that vision to life without the stress or expense of starting from scratch. The space is gorgeous, and it created the most magical setting for our celebration.
On the wedding day, Chanel served as our day-of coordinator, and I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful she was. I didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about a thing—she had it all under control. I’ve received countless compliments about how beautiful everything looked and how seamlessly the day flowed.

Greenock Manor is absolutely gorgeous both indoors & out! As a wedding photographer, I've had the privilege to photograph an all outdoor wedding there and 8 hours just wasn't enough to capture it's beauty for that particular wedding.
