Delightful experience
TCO was top notch to work with. The food at our wedding was phenomenal and guests reached out afterwards to tell us how good it was. They even worked with us to integrate syrup from blackberries my father in law grew into our cocktails, which was such a fun touch at our event.
In the Charlottesville area their quote came out higher than our other vendors but was also the most honest of the quotes. All the other caterers in the area left off important rental items such as “ silverware” and “the things needed to actually cook the meal you want”.
I highly recommend them, we had such a great wedding day!

as a native of charlottesville, virginia, courtney has strong ties to the community and great relationships within the wedding and event industry. after attending the university of virginia, courtney immersed herself in the hospitality industry, locally and internationally, for over a decade. prior to joining the catering outfit, she has worked as an event coordinator and catering director building a great professional reputation with local venues, businesses and vendors within the charlottesville area and beyond. in addition to serving as the wedding planner for many of her brides, courtney is knowledgeable in all aspects of wedding and event management. with an inherent love for all things weddings, coupled with a calm demeanor and drive for perfection, courtney is a great fit for the catering outfit team.
settling in charlottesville from san diego, california and harare, zimbabwe, walter launched his catering company as an undergraduate at the university of virginia. an owner-operator, walter is actively engaged with all aspects of planning and executing events. he works closely with the catering team to ensure each member’s individual success. in a love affair with food, drink, and entertaining, walter dedicates his professional career to crafting your beautiful moments. walter has a b.a. in economics from the university of virginia. when away from work, walter enjoys fishing and cooking with his daughters, sophie and calla.
After Salvatore's university years, he decided to attend culinary school at Delgado Community College in New Orleans. While completing his culinary apprenticeship he worked for the renowned Brennan family at the Palace Café.
Salvatore then moved to Los Angeles to work for “The Two Hot Tamales”, Mary-Sue Miliken and Susan Fenniger at The Border Grill in Santa Monica. Following cooking stints in Chicago, Tampa and Stuttgart, Germany Salvatore landed in San Francisco.
In the Bay Area he embraced a different side of the culinary world by becoming a full time catering chef. There he freelanced for several companies including Rebecca Jean Catering and Events and Daniel Ripley Catering. With that catering experience in hand Salvatore relocated to Charlottesville and ultimately found a new home at the catering outfit.
Salvatore enjoys traveling, visiting his extensive family and camping when he has time away from work.
