Greenock Manor was a dream come true for our wedding day!! We stayed with family and friends the whole weekend, and had the greatest time! Chanel and James had every detail down and the whole wedding went off without a hitch! The only complaint I have is how sore my feet are from dancing on the dance floor all night! Lol We love it here and will be making Greenock Manor a yearly getaway for my husband and I!

We Love Greenock Manor!
Greenock Manor was TRULY a dream come true for us! When describing my ideal venue, I would tell people that I wanted a “manor vibe” with a space for a reception that was “outdoor and covered, but not by a tent” AND I wanted fairy lights over the dance floor. I wasn’t sure place like that even existed, and if it did, I thought there was no way it’d be in our budget. But then I found Greenock, and had a phone conversation with Chanel, who immediately started listing all the things she could do to make it work for us, so we could get everything we wanted and stay in budget. I couldn’t believe it! And after we booked, she continued to go above and beyond when it came to planning and coordinating. She was so kind, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, and our wedding ended up being PERFECT thanks to her (and her great staff!). We will recommend Greenock to all our friends! -

Best Weekend Ever
We got married at Greenock Manor, and it was truly the best experience! It was supposed to rain on our wedding day, but Chanel went above and beyond to keep us calm and had every backup plan ready to go. She made sure everything ran perfectly so we could actually relax and enjoy the day. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous everything was. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to get married! 💕 -

We are so glad we chose GREENOCK MANOR for our wedding. Chanel created a mini wedding just around the time we were getting married. We were able to have all of the perfect moments in 4 hours, without the 8 hour price tag.
Chanel offered to be our event coordinator for a reasonable fee, as well as the owner and operator of the venue. She never missed a beat and kept me on track, so grateful. Our caterer works out of her onsite commercial kitchen and was able to have all the things my heart desired. Real china and glassware, beautiful tables and an amazing serving team. Onsite DJ and Officiant are also available, super convenient and perfect for a busy bride who wants it all!
My guests loved the venue and said it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding and loved the beautiful country feel at the house that is brimming with love and kindness. We made friends that day that will last a lifetime. -

We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Greenock Manor, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Chanel—who not only runs the venue but also served as our wedding coordinator and planner—was truly phenomenal. She is incredibly sweet, attentive, and went above and beyond to help us create a weekend we’ll never forget.
Chanel connected us with amazing vendors, including our caterer, DJ, officiant, and photographer, and made the entire planning process feel seamless. She helped to ensure we were getting good prices, and she was always accommodating, communicative, responsive, and wonderfully organized, which made us feel completely at ease leading up to the big day.
The venue itself is stunning—elegant, charming, and full of character. Our wedding was in late April, and the venue grounds were lush and vibrant with greenery and flowers. One of the highlights was the ample on-site lodging, which allowed the wedding party to stay with us over the weekend. Being able to spend extra time with our close friends and loved ones in such a beautiful setting made everything even more special.
After the wedding, we took advantage of the fire pit on the property, and it turned out to be the perfect way to wind down with our wedding party and share a few more laughs before the weekend came to a close.
We can’t recommend Greenock Manor—and Chanel—highly enough. It was everything we dreamed of and more. -

I couldn’t be happier with our decision to have our May 2024 wedding at Greenock Manor. From start to finish, Chanel, the owner, went above and beyond to make the day everything I dreamed of and more.
As someone who didn’t hire a wedding coordinator, I was initially overwhelmed by the planning process, but Chanel made it so manageable. She was incredibly responsive, keeping me on track every step of the way. She even helped me find additional vendors like my amazing photographer! Her guidance and support were invaluable.
The venue itself was perfect for us. I’ve always dreamed of those stunning backyard weddings you see in 2000s rom-coms—manicured lawns, timeless charm—but neither my family nor I have a space like that. Greenock Manor brought that vision to life without the stress or expense of starting from scratch. The space is gorgeous, and it created the most magical setting for our celebration.
On the wedding day, Chanel served as our day-of coordinator, and I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful she was. I didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about a thing—she had it all under control. I’ve received countless compliments about how beautiful everything looked and how seamlessly the day flowed.

If you want a very planned out and stress free wedding Chanel is your girl. Her concern for the brides well being is just so comforting. The venue itself is very beautiful and vintage that can fit any vibe of a wedding you are trying to have! The rooms are beautiful, but the beds weren't very comfortable which was the only downfall. I had a wonderful wedding and time here at Greenock manor! -

This is a beautiful venue with so much included in the price you pay. I was blown away by how amazing this place was. My fiancé (now husband) and I stopped here first in our tour of venues and in the end could not get this place out of our heads. We are so very glad we chose this place. From the working with us on our nontraditional wedding to organizing us the day of, this place was worth everything and more. The owner Chanel and her Husband Jim do everything in their power to make sure your vision goes off without a hitch. And while its a bit extra to ask for I recommend paying for and using Chanel as your day of coordinator. She absolutely knows what she is doing and understands the area and is a wealth of knowledge and assistance. They also had on property rooms to sleep up to 14 people on property which was a godsend for me as most of my family came from out of town. -

You better book ASAP! I had the BEST day of my life here and it was the most affordable out of anything else around but honestly was more beautiful and organized than the most expensive. Owner/Coordinator responds fast and is the kindest woman I've met. Don't hesitate to check this place out! You won't regret it! -

Chanel was the absolute best!!!!!!!!!!
We got married 10-01-22 in the midst of hurricane Ian. Chanel helped me remain calm and have an absolute stunning plan B.
She helped me make sure everyone was there on the ready and on time for my wedding.
She is such a wonderful person and friend. I can not speak highly enough of her and her husband.
It was amazing to feel like a person and not a paycheck like most other wedding vendors might see you as. She has such a beautiful personal touch in this venue as well. It is very unique. Do not hesitate to book! -

It’s hard to know where to begin writing this review. My husband and I were lucky enough to have just had our wedding at Greenock last weekend. Perfect doesn’t sum up the day or the venue. The setting of the nature, porch, lights, set up for the house and flow of the reception is literal perfection. We received sooo many compliments from guests of how perfect the venue looked and felt to celebrate our day. Chanel, the owner and coordinator, is really the best part of what you get from choosing this venue. When you meet her, you’ll quickly realize how much she cares about your day, and that she is sooo experienced in making it a seamless day. She really has your back and takes so much of stress of the day away. We’re are insanely grateful we found her and Greenock! -

I got married on July 11th 2021. Chanel is such a wonderful person to work with. Even though it rained, she had all the chairs dried off within minutes, and the honeymoon suite was just an amazing cherry on top of the wedding cake (more like a rose because I did have roses). She helped keep everything running smoothly. -

Chanel, Angel and Greenock Manor are such a treasures! It was so clear to my husband and I that her heart is in the marriage part of the wedding day and not the money. She is so sweet and has the couple’s best interest at heart. She won’t hold back of advice when needed (and I needed it ha). You will not find a better or more beautiful place to be married with a venue owner that is more wonderful. Without Greenock Manor and Chanel we wouldn’t have had such a wonderful day. My Husband and I had the blessing of getting married here in October and I think this place deserves a really detailed review so bare with me.
I want to start off with the moment you drive into this stunning slice of heaven. I came here with a book of drawings of what I wanted my wedding to be like down to the center pieces and when I met Chanel, she was God sent. Honestly, she is the most kind hearted, genuine person I have ever met. Wedding planning is incredibly stressful but when you have someone coordinating with you that genuinely adores what she does, it makes life easier.
When Covid hit, she called me and told me that if changed are needed, she is there for me in any way she can. She became more than just a wedding coordinator, she became a close friend. During the build up to the wedding, she remained quickly responsive and patient with me.
She eased any concerns that came to us and took time to communicate with our family as well when they had questions. During the wedding itself, she had our backs the whole time when the DJ caused us issues. She made everything seamless though we hardly got to see her. Everything moved smoothly, worked perfectly and truly turned out to be like a dream all because of her.
Even my bridesmaids became adoring of her because of how she conducts herself and can hold the attention of a whole full room with her voice yet still remain kind and caring while being stern and professional.
She remained accommodating with keeping the temperature to our liking in the manor during our stay and the whole place was truly spotless and felt like living in a dream. She also had incredible recommendations for caterers (including Ashley who is on the grounds there), photographers, DJs, officiants and florists on her website. Anything and Everything you could think of was taken care of made easy by Chanel. I looked at at least 89 other venues, comparing cost and accommodations and you honestly cannot beat the price for a 2 night stay, 4 bed rooms, decorations, coordinator and venue in general for the price that she charges. Its beyond affordable, she deserves so much more than she charges but she graces others with her giving heart by keeping her venue affordable. I still cannot believe I had the chance to stay here, let alone have the most incredible and important weekend of my life at this slice of heaven with such an incredible host.
I cannot forget to mention her sweet pup Angel (name is fitting) who acted as a flower girl/ring bearer and reminded us of our first dog. Every single detail of this location will remain in our hearts forever as the greatest weekend ever. If you are thinking of visiting or having your wedding here, don't hesitate because you wont find a better place with better people that truly care about you.
We will be returning soon to spend time with Chanel and celebrate our marriage as well and we just cannot wait. -

This is an ideal situation for any bride looking for a classy cottagecore vibe! Elegant and timeless!! This venue was accommodating, had decor to borrow, phenomenal price point, housed all my family, and I had the wedding of my dreams! Chanel, the owner, was an angel! Truly a fantastic wedding coordinator, so professional and sweet! My day was perfect and I have Chanel and Greenock Manor to thank for it! -

Beautiful Wedding Venue!
We had our wedding at Greenock Manor this past June 2019 and we feel so blessed to have found this venue and the lovely Chanel. The manor is perfect for the wedding vibe we wanted and working with Chanel made the process so much easier as we did all the wedding planning ourselves. Chanel was able to recommend multiple caterers, and we went with the makeup and catering companies she recommended and the day was magical! She was super professional and provided planning help leading up as well as day of coordination. She was flexible with our needs and wants and really wanted the best for us on that day. The venue has a natural beauty with 5 acres of land and garden, the wrap around deck, the historical charm and so much available decor that allowed us to have a cost effective wedding of our dreams! -

Best day ever
Greenock Manor was amazing! From the layout of the manor and all the decorations it was beautiful even in mid March when nothing is quite green or blooming. The best part was Chanel and Angel. I couldn’t have found a better person to help with our special day. We are beyond grateful for Chanel! She will work with any budget to make sure your day is amazing. And sweet Angel was so cute! Our perfect wedding day!
My husband and I just got married this past weekend. I can honestly say the whole experience before meeting Chanel and Ed had been so stressful from hidden fees to unaffordable packages. When we first met Chanel, I instantly felt more relaxed and she went above and beyond to explain everything. Unfortunately Chanel could not be there on our day however she was messaging throughout the day to ensure everything was going smoothly. Ed was FANTASTIC he was the from the morning of our wedding until everyone had left he made sure the day was perfect in every way. We cannot thank Greenock Manor enough for making our day so perfect and so special. We 100000% will be coming back to visit soon! -

My full review can be found at Greenock Manor's Facebook page. I will do my best to shorten my review. Our visit at Greenock Manor was a weekend package and consisted of two days, if your planning a wedding here ask Chanel about a weekend packaged wedding, you won't regret it.
Chanel was amazing to work with, our day truly would not have gone as smoothly without her help. Because of her suggestions, the flow of our wedding went perfectly. We stayed for two days so we were able to set up during our rehearsal. The day of our wedding Chanel handled all of my vendors, each who told me the venue was wonderful and Chanel very accommodating. Our ceremony was held on the front lawn, framed by beautiful greenery and with the Manor in the backdrop. This site not only created amazing photos but allowed the flow to the cocktail hour/reception to go flawlessly. Our reception was held on the wrap around porch that overlooked the grounds and decorated in fairy lights and chandeliers. Guests were able to visit the house and enjoy the scenery in between events during the wedding. The inside of the Manor was equally breathtaking with a romantic vintage decor that had a modern twist known as the Chanel Factor.
Greenock Manor was a beautiful venue to host our wedding. The day went so perfectly that we wouldn't change a single detail. My husband and I were so happy with how our day went, we are planning to return for our anniversary.

Chanel
Is absolutely the most wonderful person who truly cares about each event! We have had 3 events there including my only daughters wedding and baby shower. She took so much time to really listen and made each event totally personal and exactly what we were looking for. The place is so beautiful too with a homey but elegant feeling. We had our wedding at Greenock Manor this last weekend and we couldn't of been happier. Chanel is so amazing. She handled everything and was so attentive and detailed. I would highly recommend.
