For my wedding in May 2019, we hired Giancarlo Fine European Pastries to create an authentic Swiss wedding cake. My husband and I had very high standards after tasting my late Master Pastry Chef grandfather’s cakes for years. But Giancarlo blew it out of the park with taste and looks. We also wanted real flowers to be added to our cake and he was able to do it at the venue. He was on time, set up the cake perfectly, and was easy to work with. We loved that they saved a layer of the cake for us to take home and eat after! We hope to be eating Giancarlo’s pastries for years to come!

Giancarlo was one of the recommended bakeries provided to us by our venue. I have never had a better looking or tasting cake in my life! For months after the tasting, I was dreaming about getting to eat that cake on my wedding day. Their pricing is fair, and they are so pleasant to work with. anyone looking for even a birthday cake within 30 miles of this bakery is CHEATING themselves by not going to them. A true 5 star-worthy bakery.
