Kayla was beyond incredible—truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From start to finish, she went so far above and beyond that it’s honestly hard to put into words. The entire planning process and our wedding day felt completely seamless, calm, and actually fun, and that is 100% because of her. She is the perfect mix of effortlessly cool, incredibly kind, and insanely on top of every single detail. She knows exactly when to step in and hype you up, keep the energy high, and make you feel like the most special person in the world—but at the same time, she is constantly working behind the scenes making absolute magic happen. Every vendor she recommended was phenomenal, and she helped us curate the most unreal dream team. Everything came together more perfectly than we ever could have imagined, and we truly got to be fully present and enjoy every second. We are OBSESSED with Kayla. She is worth every penny and more. We cannot recommend her enough!

Liz & her team at LA Events were a god sent to me during my wedding planning process. Liz’s experience helped me make decisions regarding details that I didn’t even know i had to make for my big day. She knew just what to say when I was frustrated & overwhelmed. Liz was always a phone call or text away, she was always available to me whenever I needed her. Not to mention her, Kimmy, & Kimmie are the sweetest people & are lovely to be around. I had multiple other wedding coordinator candidates but no one compared to Liz & her team when it comes to affordability, availability, & expertise. Also, they have many items you can rent for your big day in terms of decor, table settings, etc which really helped our budget. I can’t recommend LA Events enough! Thank you so much! You are awesome!

Laura was exactly the wedding planner we needed. She helped us think through every detail so we always felt prepared and confident throughout the planning process. Her availability and willingness to meet with us made everything feel manageable, even when a lot was happening at once. On the wedding day, Laura and her team kept everything running smoothly. They knew TPC Sawgrass well, worked well with our vendors, and handled the details so we could focus on the day itself. We highly recommend Laura and First Coast Weddings to anyone getting married in the Ponte Vedra Beach area. Karina was delightful! She was easily reachable for any questions leading up to the wedding, and then on the day she seemed to be everywhere at once, making sure everything lined up perfectly. Her assistant was also very efficient. I was able to enjoy my wedding day with virtually no stress.

Karen went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was flawless, we are so happy with how it all turned out and every one of our guests feel the same way. Everything is thought out to the last detail, no stone unturned. If there was something we wanted to add Karen would do her best to find us contacts that she trusts which cut out so much headache for us. All our meetings were flexible with our schedules and they were to the point and painless. I could not recommend Karen and her team enough, the are the best of the best!

I LOVE Elisabeth!! Our wedding day would not have been the same without her as our amazing Day of Coordinator. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and reassuring - which made the planning process so much easier! I planned my wedding from afar in Los Angeles, she was there on the ground in JAX catching packages and walking the venue for me! She is incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and has such a sweet, calming demeanor. On the wedding day, she handled everything seamlessly so we could truly enjoy every moment without stress. I couldn't recommend Elisabeth enough! My family was so impressed with how she ran our Ceremony Rehearsal the day before She is the perfect balance of professional and kind, and absolutely worth the investment. We’re so grateful for everything she did to make our day so special! P.S. her "Something Borrowed" inventory is a GAME CHANGER!!! I saved so much money by being able to borrow decor from her storage unit - everything was high end and beautiful!

We truly cannot recommend Tanya enough. From the very beginning, she was organized, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. She made sure every detail was handled. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly and stress-free because Tanya was always one step ahead. She kept us calm, handled vendors seamlessly, and solved issues before we even knew they existed. Her professionalism, kindness, and eye for detail made such a difference.

Taily is absolutely incredible. She KNOWS weddings and gave us the most perfect wedding day. Wouldn’t think about hiring anyone else! All of my guests raved about her and the bridal party adored her! I feel like I’ve gained a forever friend. 🤍

Lexie King was the absolute best wedding planner ever! We hired Coastal based off of their great reviews, and Lexie helped us plan the wedding of our dreams.  We did not do our wedding by the book at all - we had a fully bespoke three day celebration, with many different moving parts, lots of different colors and floral arrangements, and massive amount of food and decorations. Lexie not only helped us smoothly navigate the complexities pf planning an out-of-the-box wedding in Saint Augustine, but she truly made it our dream celebration!  Lexie was incredibly communicative, easy to work with, always prompt and on top of deadlines, and was very helpful in making sure that the vendors we chose were in line with our vision. She’s a great wedding planner, yes, but she is also a great person, and that made all the difference.

As a bride living in Kentucky wanting a destination wedding in Florida, I was skeptical on who to trust. Sun and Sea Beach Weddings truly outdid themselves. I was beyond thankful for everything they did for me. From day of coordinating, florals, photography and so much more, I was the least stressed bride. They made mine and my husband’s experience magical. I truly recommend them. There was nothing I would change about our magical day!!!
