It was a 3 weeks before the wedding and I decided I needed someone to take over... I was so lucky when "Your Happily Ever After" had an opening. My wedding would have not been pulled off with out them. They contacted all of my vendors for final timelines, our parents, our bridal party.. they ran the rehearsal, they were with me ALL day while I was getting ready if I needed ANYTHING and they even bit the bullet and took over baby sitting duties with my nephew so my sister could walk down the aisle and be my maid of honor with ease! They came to my house before the wedding to pick up all of the extras and made me list after list of reminders. My guest talked so highly of them and how organized and how smoothly the wedding ran... I know if I didnt decide to hire them, the wedding would have not been the same! Vanisha - Karen and K - you guys are AWESOME! Thank you for everything!

Our wedding had been pretty much planned for nearly 1 1/2 years. However, I felt the stress becoming apparent when 7-8 months before the wedding. So, we decided to hire a wedding coordinator for the month of planning. Vaneisha was AWESOME. She was there when I had misunderstandings concerning our wedding with relatives and bridal party members. She is a true gem.

Also, I would like to say that she is very detailed oriented and gives everyone in the bridal party detailed timelines/instructions. No one will ever say they didn't know because more then likely Vaneisha has already took care of the situation for you. She is always on time and will keep you on time.

I would definately use the companies services again for private events.

We planned our wedding months in advance and felt we needed a day of the wedding coordinator. We hired a company that will remain nameless; they did nothing that they were obligated to do. We were very unhappy with the services but realized that we could not fire her because of clauses in the contract.

Understanding that we needed quality services to relive stress from us on our wedding day, one week before our wedding we found Vaneisha at Your Happily Ever After; our stress was literally over after our first meeting with her. We sat down for a few hours and went over the details of the wedding. Not only did our Vaneisha call all of our vendors and bring them up to speed with short notice, she created and emailed every member of our wedding party a detailed itinerary of the wedding weekend, yes the entire wedding weekend!!!! She told us that she knew we were unhappy with our initial coordinator that we hired and that she would be willing to work with her, but she reassured us that we have nothing to worry about, and she was right!

The wedding weekend but more importantly the wedding day was a huge success. Vaneisha made sure that everything was done in a timely fashion and made sure that we didn’t worry about a thing. After our honeymoon we only heard about things that were going on behind the scenes, things that Vaneisha shielded us from during our wedding day. With her services, we had nothing to worry about. We don’t know what we would have done without Your Happily ever after.

Vaneisha is amazing. If you want people on the day of your wedding saying, "You look too relaxed," you want Vaneisha. I chose partial event planning and it was one of the best decisions I ever made in this process. It's easy to get swamped with the steps you have to take to make sure you have a wedding that's truly yours. She can suggest vendors but is willing to work with new people. She can take a silly idea and make it a beautiful reality. She can take a crazy, detail-overloaded day and make it manageable. Most of all, she does it with a smile, no matter if it's 90 degrees out and we're taking too long getting our makeup done! If you work with her, you WILL have fun at your wedding and know you have nothing to worry about. I had a perfect wedding, and I know it's mostly due to Vaneisha!

Hands down, Vaneisha was simply fantastic. We were planning our wedding long distance so my first interaction with her was an 'interview' over the phone. She instantly blew me away with her organizational skills, attention to detail and incredibly sweet personality. We were sold! We hired Vaneisha for her Ariel Wedding Package (she takes over 1 month before the wedding) and she definitely went above and beyond. She was one of the first vendors we hired so she had us for the long haul (we had a 18 month engagement) =) Vaneisha kept us on track throughout the planning process and was extremely accessible by email/phone with any questions that came up along the way. Everyone kept commenting to me that I seemed so calm leading up to our wedding day and I truly believe it was because of Vaneisha. We had full confidence everything would be well taken care of and we could simply be guests at our own wedding and just enjoy the day - which is exactly what happened. I would highly recommend any couple consider hiring at least a DOC ... but I would most definitely recommend they talk with Vaneisha first!

Your Happily Ever After event planning is a fantastic company! They were crucial to my wedding planning, especially during the month leading up to the "big day." Vaneisha Brown is an incredible person who exudes a professional, warm, and organized approach to all that she does. Her team is phenomenal and I had wonderful experiences with every person. My wedding was a dream day for me and it was due to the effort, creativity, organization, and never ending help of the Your Happily Ever After team. Your Happily Ever After Events did an exceptional job with my wedding! At first I was hesitant to hire a day of coordinator, but in the end I am so glad I did - it was worth EVERY PENNY. They were wonderful and helpful leading up to the wedding and were part of every decision I made. At the wedding they did everything (set the schedule, made sure everyone was there on time, set up the reception room, "ran the show" behind the scenes so everything was perfect!). There is no way my wedding would have been as great without them. I also would have been much much more stressed - all of my bridesmaids were surprised that I was so relaxed on my wedding day! I knew my wedding was in good hands and I am so grateful for their help.

They will go above and beyond to make sure that your wedding is a success and that you are happy and enjoying every minute of it. Especially when it comes to details - such as delivering bottle of wine to a relative of mine who had a tough flight, calling the next day to make sure I got my marriage license, etc. All of my vendors loved working with them. I can't say enough good things about this company - they are the best! :)

I hired Your Happily Ever After Events after about 5-6 months of wedding planning. I had a medium sized wedding (215 people) and a fair amount of details. When things started to get complicated and I started having dreams about none of the details getting done, I asked around and Vaneisha came highly recommended. I contracted Your Happily Ever After for the one-month package, and it was the best thing I could have done. We met with Vaneisha several times to go over all the details (and there were many) and she helped to organize my thoughts and our timeline. She also offered a lot of great suggestions and really helped to pull everything together. Vaneisha is very sweet, but also knows how to be stern and knows how to get things done. She is detail oriented and doesn't let anything get past her. I am so thankful her and her team were there the day of my wedding. We decided to take pictures before the ceremony and my dress got really dirty...I think I even heard someone say it looked like it had tire marks down the back, but Vaneisha and her assistants somehow got my dress spotless for the ceremony. There were a few other gliches, but I honestly didn't have to worry about a thing...they were there to take care of everything and it went off without a hitch. The horse and buggy and the sparklers coming out of the church were spectacular. So many of my family and friends have commented on how it was the best wedding they have ever been to and everyone loved the details we added to make to make it extra special...and I highly doubt it all would have gotten done with out Your Happily Ever After. There are too many instances to write about on this review, but I can not recommend Vaneisha enough. Thank you so much for making my wedding day absolutely perfect! I am so thankful to have found you and would highly recommend Your Happily Ever After to any bride. To all you brides out there...at a minimum, the day-of or month-of coordinator is worth the money...make room in your budget. You will be so thankful and will enjoy yourself so much more on one of the most important day's of your life!

Vaneisha did a great job helping us with the final day of details and she and her girls did a great job getting things set-up. It was a little frustrating how fast they zipped out at the end of the night and some of our other vendors complained about being left to do things that were not in their job deion and that the DOC should have handled but other than that the day went well. A couple items never got packed up and made it back to us but I would still consider recommending her to other brides.

I LOOOOVVVVEEEDDDD Vaneisha from Your Happily Ever After! I hired Vaneisha about 7months from my wedding for DOC services; she jumped on board the minute I hired her! She was professional, patient, firm, organized, and very detailed oriented. She also exuded such a positive and excited energy which was very important to me in selecting the vendors that would be part of my day. She got my vision and executed it PERFECTLY! I could not have asked for a better person to help me make my dream wedding a reality. On my wedding day, everything... I mean EVERYTHING was on time! ..and I had a Nigerian wedding!!! LOL! Really, I could go on and on... you simply cannot go wrong by hiring Your Happily Ever After for your wedding planning services!

Vaneisha was incredible! We weren't sure whether or not to get a day-of-coordinator, but we're so happy we did. She's incredibly organized and takes initiative which is exactly what I wanted in a coordinator. It was great having Vaneisha doing all the confirmations with vendors instead of me dealing with it a week before. She made great timelines for everyone and even called everyone the day before the rehearsal to remind them where to be and when. I had DIY centerpieces that Vaneisha and her assistants set up for me and they looked fantastic. When I was getting stressed about the shuttle situation between the hotel and reception venue, Vaneisha stepped in and suggested using the limo for one of the trips since we still had it booked. Her and her assistants made sure everyone got back to the hotel safely and drove guests back when there was a problem with the shuttles. She really made sure our day was stress free and was a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough good things about her.
