We signed up for the Partial Wedding Planning package and it was just what we needed for our August 2025 wedding. We were paired up with Katherine, our planner and she helped with all the details 3 months leading up to our wedding including creating the timeline, decor list, shot list, and coordinating with all of our vendors on day of logistics. She even created a vision board to bring our wedding to life in a way where we could see how all of the decor would look like at our venue. Katherine was a joy to work with. She was always responsive when we communicated with her and answered all the small questions we had that helped us through the wedding process. On our wedding day, she had everything under control so we could be fully present during the day. My husband Jeff and I were having a smallish wedding--about 60 guests--and most of the details such as decor, dessert, were DIY. We had our ceremony and reception in two separate locations that were about a 20 minute drive apart, so I felt very nervous about the day running smoothly, time management, and how the set-up and clean up was going to happen. Heather took all of this weight off of my shoulders with their Wedding Day Management services--from the moment Heather arrived at our rehearsal and started directing people where to go, I knew I could rest easy. Heather advocated for me, checked up on me, and kept us on schedule. Her assistant, Isaac, decorated the reception venue while we were at our ceremony and my jaw dropped when we arrived--this man has a serious eye for detail! I loosely had an idea for how I wanted the decor but left most of it up to his creativity, and it was sooo much better than I imagined it to be. The best part is that I didn't have to lift a finger to set it up or clean it up! Seriously, you don't want to worry about working (or making your family/friends work) during your wedding; hiring them was the smartest thing I ever did and I would do it again in a heartbeat. During the reception, they worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the party stocked and running. If you are on the fence about having Day-Of Coordination, please take it from me (a bride on a budget!) that you will not regret hiring Leigh & Co. Thank you so so much Heather and Isaac!

Aleka and Sarah were truly the best. I was not planning on hiring day of coordination but I am so glad that I did. They made the day go seamlessly. I had very little stress going into my wedding day and on the actual day because I knew they were taking care of everything! We had the best day and I know it was because we had a great coordination team. If you are on the fence about it, just do it!!

Rachel was incredible - handeled everything perfectly on the day of, great communication and organization leading up to the day and just good energy all the time!

Rachel from Leigh & Co Events was an absolute gem, and working with her was one of the best decisions we made. She was always responsive (even when I wasn’t) and helped us feel so much more relaxed in the final month leading up to the wedding. On the big day, Rachel and her assistant Ari set up all our decor and made sure we stayed as close to on schedule as possible (even when other things caused delays). Both Rachel and Ari were incredibly kind and personable—we truly felt like we had the dream team in our corner. We’re beyond grateful for all their support and care! Leigh and Co is amazing! We went with their day-of coordination package based on our timing and our venue needs and it was perfect for us. We worked with Rachel and she was amazing!!!! She was extremely helpful and supportive in the months leading up to the wedding and of course of the day of. Rachel is super organized and she helped us stay on track and made sure everything was covered and perfectly planned. There were so many things we would never have thought of that she made sure we discussed so I don't know what we would have done without her. On our wedding day, she took care of everything so that we could be totally focused on ourselves and our guests. Highly recommend!!

We hired Leigh & Co for day-of coordination and were paired with Heather as our main coordinator and Rachel as our assistant coordinator on the day -- both were fantastic and a joy to be around! Heather was very communicative and easy to get in touch with leading up the wedding, which put us at ease. She offered great input in developing the timeline and thinking about the overall flow of the wedding. She brought up several things that we never would have thought of that made things run so smoothly (e.g., suggesting when the officiant should ask to turn cell phones off at the ceremony, how to spread out the toasts during the reception). In setting up the ceremony/reception, Heather and Rachel made our decor look spectacular and kept track of everything special to us (including a few family heirloom pieces), and safely and quickly packed everything up for us at the end of the night. Due to some unexpected heavy traffic in the area, we ended up delaying the start of our ceremony but we didn't worry even for one second that anything would get upended because Heather and Rachel had it covered.
