My now husband and I used Leigh & Co Events and couldn't have been happier! Brianne was a joy to work with! Also, as newbies to the DMV area her Vendor Cheatsheet was a LIFESAVER! We selected the Day Of Coordination Package and were placed with Rachel Mumford as our Coordinator. There are not enough good things to be said. She was an absolute GEM and a whiz at her job. It was the best day of my entire life and they ensured I did not have to worry about a thing! I would use them over and over and over again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner in the DMV! -

My husband Jeff and I were having a smallish wedding--about 60 guests--and most of the details such as decor, dessert, were DIY. We had our ceremony and reception in two separate locations that were about a 20 minute drive apart, so I felt very nervous about the day running smoothly, time management, and how the set-up and clean up was going to happen. Heather took all of this weight off of my shoulders with their Wedding Day Management services--from the moment Heather arrived at our rehearsal and started directing people where to go, I knew I could rest easy. Heather advocated for me, checked up on me, and kept us on schedule. Her assistant, Isaac, decorated the reception venue while we were at our ceremony and my jaw dropped when we arrived--this man has a serious eye for detail! I loosely had an idea for how I wanted the decor but left most of it up to his creativity, and it was sooo much better than I imagined it to be. The best part is that I didn't have to lift a finger to set it up or clean it up! Seriously, you don't want to worry about working (or making your family/friends work) during your wedding; hiring them was the smartest thing I ever did and I would do it again in a heartbeat. During the reception, they worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the party stocked and running. If you are on the fence about having Day-Of Coordination, please take it from me (a bride on a budget!) that you will not regret hiring Leigh & Co. Thank you so so much Heather and Isaac! -

Rachel from Leigh & Co Events was an absolute gem, and working with her was one of the best decisions we made. She was always responsive (even when I wasn’t) and helped us feel so much more relaxed in the final month leading up to the wedding. On the big day, Rachel and her assistant Ari set up all our decor and made sure we stayed as close to on schedule as possible (even when other things caused delays). Both Rachel and Ari were incredibly kind and personable—we truly felt like we had the dream team in our corner. We’re beyond grateful for all their support and care! We absolutely recommend Leigh & Co Events, especially Rachel!! -

Leigh and Co is amazing! We went with their day-of coordination package based on our timing and our venue needs and it was perfect for us. We worked with Rachel and she was amazing!!!! She was extremely helpful and supportive in the months leading up to the wedding and of course of the day of. Rachel is super organized and she helped us stay on track and made sure everything was covered and perfectly planned. There were so many things we would never have thought of that she made sure we discussed so I don't know what we would have done without her. On our wedding day, she took care of everything so that we could be totally focused on ourselves and our guests. Highly recommend!! -

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Katherine the last few months leading up to my wedding. Katherine was so kind, professional, and an absolute expert of a wedding coordinator. She was so patient with the hundreds of questions I came up with, and never hesitated to ask for clarification and make sure all our expectations were being met. Not only did she meet those expectations, she far exceeded them. Katherine is the sole reason why our wedding day went as smoothly as it did. I am forever grateful, and could not recommend Katherine enough! -

Mine and my husbands wedding was in July. We needed a day of coordinator and we were originally working with Melonie and she was amazing from the start. She is super sweet and definitely experienced. Unfortunately, she had some personal things that popped up and we had to have a switch last minute. Then came Elizabeth, she was phenomenal at jumping right in and making us feel very comfortable with knowing she was going to make our dream come to light. She helped us go through the timeline, reached out to all the vendors, made sure all of the vendors talked to each other, and that every detail went to plan. On the morning of my wedding, I was surprisingly calm knowing that Elizabeth was taking care of everything and that it was all going to come together. She did exactly that! The entire day she was on top of every situation and adjusted as needed. We cannot thank you enough Elizabeth and to anyone who is wondering for their special day.... just do it! It is worth every penny and I cannot stress enough how amazing this company is and how great of a help having a day of coordinator is! -

Melonie is amazing and helped make our wedding day perfect! She helped us make sure we had everything done, corresponded with our caterers on final decisions and confirmations, and created a flawless timeline for the wedding day. She gave great advice and asked us questions we didn’t know we needed to answer so that nothing fell through the cracks on the day.
Day-of, Melonie and her assistant did a perfect job coordinating the day. We were actually running ahead of time! I honestly didn’t feel like I needed to ask questions or check in on anything because I knew Melonie had it handled. It helped us (and our families) really be able to relax and enjoy the day.
We used Leigh & Co’s partial planning service. When comparing vendors, it was a fair price compared to similar services in the area.
If you’ve some of the planning yourself but need someone to help you make those final decisions, nail down the logistics, and keep you on track, I cannot recommend Melonie enough! -

I worked with Brianne for almost a year and then after some scheduling issues, Elizabeth had to catch up to my whole wedding and take charge with only 2 months before the big day and was my month of coordinator and day of on the wedding day. She helped me organize my timelines, reached out to vendors, and was running around my entire wedding day making sure everything was set up the way I asked. I noticed one thing that catering had set up incorrectly, which wasn’t a big deal but Elizabeth knew how much it meant to me— so without hesitating, she went back and redid it for me. There were some things I put into the timeline at the last minute or ideas I mentioned to her, and she remembered every single one and made sure they happened. Having someone to take care of all the last minute details was amazing because I didn’t have to remember anything other than to enjoy my day. Very appreciative of Elizabeth and her team!! -

We hired Jenna Byrne from Leigh & Co. Events as our day of coordinator and we were so thankful we did. Jenna provided much more than day of services, and was with us months in advance finalizing the schedule, coordinating with all the vendors, and answering all of our calls/texts/emails. She was incredibly helpful and we were lucky to have worked with her. During the wedding, she handled everything perfectly, including a mishap with the shuttle services and venue. We could not recommend her enough! -

Truly so so happy with our decision to work with Leigh & Co.! We hired for day of coordination, and truly feel like we got so much more support than that for an amazing value. We worked with Jenna leading up to the event and day off, and I cannot recommend her enough. She executed my decor vision so wonderfully and handled any hiccups along the day seamlessly. We had a backyard wedding so I really wanted to make sure my parents felt as stress-free as possible, and she did just that and more. She was truly a pleasure to work with and I am so happy with our decision! -
