Vavoom events did the decor and florals for my wedding at the oaks waterfront inn. Everything was gorgeous and exactly what I had imagined and more! They were great at working with me on a tight budget while still being able to give me everything I wanted. They found beautiful candleabras, unique pieces and chose beautiful florals within my price range.

Leading up to the wedding, amanda checked in regularly and was very quick to answer calls and emails. The day of event they got there early and all my other vendors commented on how efficient, friendly andgreat they were. Amanda and her team work so hard and have fun doing it. if you want to feel relaxed and enjoy your wedding day without having to worry about a thing, go with vavoom for florals, decor or the entire event planning!

We used Vavoom events for our Day of Coordinator and to assist us in the decor for our wedding in March. At my initial meeting with Amanda I could tell that she was super knowledgable about the wedding business and had a lot of creative ideas. I live out of state so I needed a lot help getting my ideas in order for the decor and making sure that everything would run smoothly the day of. From start to finish Vavoom was amazing! Amanda not only helped me figure out my vision for the wedding but she helped me execute everything perfectly. We emailed back and forth for months and she was so incredibly helpful! Without a doubt I would not have been able to keep track of all the details without her! In terms of the decor planning, I was able to have things shipped to her ahead of time and she ordered things for me that I did not have time to order. The day of she just made everything so easy for me! She was there to steam my bridesmaid dresses, set up our linens, set our place cards, and so much more. In terms of the day of coordination, she was also super helpful with this. She reached out to our vendors, created a day of timeline for us and made sure everything went as planned. Her assistant on the day of, Alice, was also very sweet and very helpful. I also had some interaction with Jenna as well. She helped me with invitations and gave me lots of ideas. I can honestly say she was also super nice, responsive, and helpful. Overall Vavoom is great! These ladies are energetic and have fresh and fun ideas. They will see your vision through and make sure everything goes perfect for your special day!

Amanda did a wonderful job managing everything! I had an amazing time at my wedding and so did all of my guests. The room looked beautiful, and the whole event went off without a hitch. The day of I had zero stress because Amanda and her team took care of everything! So worth every penny. You can have an amazing wedding and enjoy it at the same time! Thank you so much Amanda!

Amanda was amazing! Just as the wedding planning was starting to get way too stressful, Amanda came to the rescue. She helped with all of the vendor contracts, she made a personalized itinierary for the wedding day. The day of i was so at ease. She fixed broken necklaces, steamed wrinkle dresses, went baxk to my house to get my shoes i forgot!!! Her and her assistant were AMAZING!! If i had to get married again, my first apointment would be with Amanda!!! Thanks for an amazing day!

Amanda and her team at VaVoom Events were extremely helpful and dilligent prior to and throughout my wedding day. with so many things to do, she and her coordinator made sure all was taken care of and helped to keep me feeling calm and confident that every detail was taken care of. I felt like a princess on my wedding day and without a doubt Amanda P. was my fairy Godmother(but a very pretty, young one). I met Amanda in Feb 2011 when I went in for a free cosultation about wedding planning. I lived and breathed wedding planning from the moment I got engaged and really was confident I had no need for a wedding planner- I had it all under control. Then I met Amanda and I felt like we just clicked, she got me and I felt she wanted to make my wedding as perfect as I wanted too, if not better! We booked day-of-coordination and I requested her- Best decision in entire wedding process! Wedding planning can be a little overwhelming- it's like you will go to the ends of the earth to make the day unforgettable. And there are so many great things to buy & make to personalize it- you just don't want to miss anything- and Amanda made sure I didn't. She also was so conscious about my budget that her ideas were friendly on my wallet too. She got vendors to throw in things for free. She was just incredible. The day of I can't even describe what she did to my reception room- it took my breath away!
My husband who was the most budget conscious about the wedding (he wanted to spare no expense from the honeymoon) was on my case about hiring a day of coordinator because he knew how organized and on top of everything I was. Then the day of the wedding he saw how Amanda solved every mishap before I even knew what happened- kept us calm, made everything come together, made the room gorgeous! That night he said to me "Amanda- worth every penny, i'm recommending her to anyone I know getting married" and we both have!

Amanda was my day of coordinator for my December wedding. She worked with me for months prior to the date to ensure everything would go smoothly the day of....and it sure did. Everything went off without a hitch! The reception was decorated so beautifully and everything was executed exactly how I had envisioned. She and her assistant were professional, sweet, dedicated, and got along so fantastic with everyone. I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you!!
