From the very minute, I hired her she never faulted me for making me feel like her #1 priority. We could not have had the perfect day that we did- without her. September is one of the busiest wedding months and she was a TROOPER. If you are needing a wedding planner or just a day of coordinator - Ved with White Wave Events is your girl! She put us at ease within the first five minutes of our initial meeting and finally took the stress from months of planning and organizing on our own off of our shoulders. We wished we had contacted her much sooner!

With our Day Of Coordination Package, they provided the needed guidance and structure in order to execute a truly unforgettable, organized, and seamless wedding day. In the weeks leading up to the big day they gave us a detailed final “to-do” list to help us ensure that no stone was left unturned and they took over the duties of calling all of our vendors to establish themselves as the main point of contact. The package also included a final meeting with White Wave Events and the manager of our venue. This meeting provided us with the opportunity to come together as a team in order to review our wedding day itinerary to make sure all logistics were in place.

Our favorite aspect of working with Ved was her fabulous personality and her ability to maintain structure with the wedding party and guests; while also making everyone laugh and enjoy the process! We were also incredibly impressed with their decorating and how Ved and her team were able to bring our vision of the wedding to reality and make it better than we could have imagined!

White Wave called me when they were looking for a zDJ who can play all genres of music for a wedding. And when I did the event with them. I really saw their professionalism and responsiveness. Especially working with them during the event, They were very detailed in their management of the event. And made it easy for me to do my job, as with the other vendor as well. And made my They made it easy to work with them , and I would look forward to working wth them again, I am a veteran of thousands of weddings, so I could tell the quality of their work .

My husband and I are both so very grateful to have had White Wave Events as our all-inclusive wedding planners. Ved is so easy to work with and truly listens to what you want your big day to be/look like/feel like. She is very good at paying extra attention to the factors that you care about the most, while also making sure that the small things are taken care of while making sure nothing, regardless of how small detail, falls through the cracks. Ved is VERY talented in decor and design and was SO kind to take it upon herself to self-curate bridal party floral bouquets for our wedding day, after knowing our low budget for florals. Ved and her team are very respectful of whatever budget you bring to the table, and are willing to work with you on discussing the reality of your budget and your vision, and how it can be done.

In regards to planning prior to the wedding weekend, we could always trust that she would respond to our messages in a timely manner. Was able to manage relationships between vendors, despite how difficult they got at times. Vendor recommendations that they made were all on point, definitely saving us in a few areas with trustworthy teams that they recommended.

During our wedding weekend, they executed things flawlessly and troubleshoot any issues without us even knowing in most instances. Our guests and families loved the team, with nothing but great things to say about Ved and her team. Our wedding day was actually on time, and I owe that largely to the team and how the day of timelines was thought out and executed. We highly recommend Ved and her team as they made our wedding planning process fun and less stressful as well as a wedding weekend free of worry/tension.

My fiancé and I are so, so thankful to have Ved guiding us through the wedding planning process. She is calm, organized, creative, and efficient. She communicates quickly and clearly, impressively negotiates contracts on your behalf, and fights on behalf of your vision (and your budget). She also leverages her incredible network of contacts within the industry, helping secure the best vendors.

A quick story to demonstrate Ved’s incredible abilities - I had selected, and fallen in love with, a venue and was ready to sign on the dotted line. Fortunately, I asked Ved to review the contract prior to signing... and I am so grateful that I did. She identified several omissions (fees and line items that I did not even know to inquire about) that would have resulted in several, very expensive, last-minute charges. Ved also helped evaluate the ability of the venue’s staff to handle our catering, décor, and layout needs. She candidly warned me that the venue may not be the right fit for our vision. Again, I trusted her judgment, and am so glad that I did.

This left us with no venue and only 3 months until our big day! Under normal circumstances, I would have absolutely panicked, but I knew I had Ved at my side. She was able to pivot efforts quickly, made some phone calls, and was able to schedule multiple site visits for alternative venue options within 24 hours. Two days later, we had already selected a new venue and were finalizing contract details!

She is an incredible ally and resource, and I cannot imagine navigating the wedding planning process without her!

I cannot say enough about our experience planning my daughter's wedding with White Wave Events, more specifically, with Ved, from White Wave Events! We live in Colorado, but the wedding was held in New York, NY, where my daughter and her fiancé met in college. I've had prior experience planning large events and I know the importance of building a good team of vendors and coordinators to ensure a successful outcome. Planning such an important event out of state was initially a concern for me. In doing our research to find a good wedding coordinator, Ved from White Wave Events was recommended to us. After an initial call with Ved, my mind was quickly put to ease, and what began from there was nothing less than a wonderful year of planning and collaborating with Ved that resulted in the wedding of our dreams. There was not a question that went unanswered, or any a detail missed. The vendors we worked with exceeded our expectations in every measure. From the photographer to the florist...the cake to the DJ...the coordination with the chapel and rehearsal dinner venue, Ved was on every detail...and all the while, with a happy, positive, and confident demeanor! My husband was so impressed with Ved that he called her out personally and thanked her during his Father of the Bride speech!
