  Your Best Wedding Planner and Team you can have!

  Oh my goodness- everything about Ved makes her perfect for this line of work. She has the strongest personality and the sweetest character. From the very minute, I hired her she never faulted me for making me feel like her #1 priority. We could not have had the perfect day that we did- without her. September is one of the busiest wedding months and she was a TROOPER. If you are needing a wedding planner or just a day of coordinator - Ved with White Wave Events is your girl! I wish I could give her 50 stars because she deserves it.
  If you are currently planning a wedding and are feeling overwhelmed, Ved is the perfect fit as your wedding planner! She put us at ease within the first five minutes of our initial meeting and finally took the stress from months of planning and organizing on our own off of our shoulders. We wished we had contacted her much sooner!
  
  With our Day Of Coordination Package, they provided the needed guidance and structure in order to execute a truly unforgettable, organized, and seamless wedding day. In the weeks leading up to the big day they gave us a detailed final “to-do” list to help us ensure that no stone was left unturned and they took over the duties of calling all of our vendors to establish themselves as the main point of contact. The package also included a final meeting with White Wave Events and the manager of our venue. This meeting provided us with the opportunity to come together as a team in order to review our wedding day itinerary to make sure all logistics were in place.
  
  Our favorite aspect of working with Ved was her fabulous personality and her ability to maintain structure with the wedding party and guests; while also making everyone laugh and enjoy the process! We were also incredibly impressed with their decorating and how Ved and her team were able to bring our vision of the wedding to reality and make it better than we could have imagined!
  
  Hire them! You will not regret having a wonderful team to support you and your vision for your wedding and they will help you to have fun during the process!

  Superb event planner!

  I cannot say enough about our experience planning my daughter's wedding with White Wave Events, more specifically, with Ved, from White Wave Events! We live in Colorado, but the wedding was held in New York, NY, where my daughter and her fiancé met in college. I've had prior experience planning large events and I know the importance of building a good team of vendors and coordinators to ensure a successful outcome. Planning such an important event out of state was initially a concern for me. In doing our research to find a good wedding coordinator, Ved from White Wave Events was recommended to us. After an initial call with Ved, my mind was quickly put to ease, and what began from there was nothing less than a wonderful year of planning and collaborating with Ved that resulted in the wedding of our dreams. There was not a question that went unanswered, or any a detail missed. The vendors we worked with exceeded our expectations in every measure. From the photographer to the florist...the cake to the DJ...the coordination with the chapel and rehearsal dinner venue, Ved was on every detail...and all the while, with a happy, positive, and confident demeanor! My husband was so impressed with Ved that he called her out personally and thanked her during his Father of the Bride speech!
  
  I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, I would highly recommend Ved and White Wave Events for this most important occasion!

  White Wave Events Team is a must have!

  My fiancé and I are so, so thankful to have Ved guiding us through the wedding planning process. She is calm, organized, creative, and efficient. She communicates quickly and clearly, impressively negotiates contracts on your behalf, and fights on behalf of your vision (and your budget). She also leverages her incredible network of contacts within the industry, helping secure the best vendors.
  
  A quick story to demonstrate Ved’s incredible abilities - I had selected, and fallen in love with, a venue and was ready to sign on the dotted line. Fortunately, I asked Ved to review the contract prior to signing... and I am so grateful that I did. She identified several omissions (fees and line items that I did not even know to inquire about) that would have resulted in several, very expensive, last-minute charges. Ved also helped evaluate the ability of the venue’s staff to handle our catering, décor, and layout needs. She candidly warned me that the venue may not be the right fit for our vision. Again, I trusted her judgment, and am so glad that I did.
  
  This left us with no venue and only 3 months until our big day! Under normal circumstances, I would have absolutely panicked, but I knew I had Ved at my side. She was able to pivot efforts quickly, made some phone calls, and was able to schedule multiple site visits for alternative venue options within 24 hours. Two days later, we had already selected a new venue and were finalizing contract details!
  
  She is an incredible ally and resource, and I cannot imagine navigating the wedding planning process without her!

Even though she was in new york and we were in Colombia from there she was able to do everything with the best suppliers and organization.   Highly Recommend

  We could not be more thankful to Ved and her all-star team for her exceptional month of coordinating of our wedding. We were hosting a multi-venue, dance floor-centric, love-letter-to-Brooklyn celebration and Ved understood our vision and made sure our day was beautiful, flawless, and just SO damn fun. It was no easy task with the mix of vendors and DIY/friend-supported aspects of our wedding, not to mention making our multilingual and ESL guests feel welcome, but Ved killed it. She was super attentive during our walk through and subsequent timeline planning, asking us questions and giving us expert advice on the flow of the day. When the day came, we felt completely supported and taken care of. She adapted the flow of events to our mood, like giving us a moment alone from our guests when we needed it, corralling family for some last-minute adds to our photo shot list, and letting us stay with our guests and forego some of the formalities we no longer felt like doing. We could go on and on. White Wave Events was among the best decisions we made for our wedding and we cannot recommend Ved enough!

  Most Valued Planner

  Of the 17+ vendors we worked with in our multi-day wedding celebrations, Ved was the MVP (the most valued person). I have never left a written review online but I felt compelled to do so because of how good of a job Ved did for us. To start at the beginning of our wedding planning process, we made it our goal for us to be fully present during our events and for the process to not overwhelm us. Ved was the single biggest factor in making those wishes come true. Weeks before the wedding we were feeling relaxed and ready to go. We were so prepared that we were working regular work days right up to the start of our wedding weekend. Ved is an excellent communicator. She responds quickly via email and text and ensured that our vendors were on-point and ready to deliver every step of the way. She is organized and comes well-prepared - she consistently showed up to all of our meetings a few minutes early. Lastly, without a doubt, Ved helped us stretch the value of our dollar by optimizing the use of the venue spaces and by helping us avoid unnecessary expenses on many occasions. We highly, highly, highly recommend working with Ved!

  Their passion is our perfect event!

  My husband and I are both so very grateful to have had White Wave Events as our all-inclusive wedding planners. Ved is so easy to work with and truly listens to what you want your big day to be/look like/feel like. She is very good at paying extra attention to the factors that you care about the most, while also making sure that the small things are taken care of while making sure nothing, regardless of how small detail, falls through the cracks. Ved is VERY talented in decor and design and was SO kind to take it upon herself to self-curate bridal party floral bouquets for our wedding day, after knowing our low budget for florals. Ved and her team are very respectful of whatever budget you bring to the table, and are willing to work with you on discussing the reality of your budget and your vision, and how it can be done.
  
  In regards to planning prior to the wedding weekend, we could always trust that she would respond to our messages in a timely manner. Was able to manage relationships between vendors, despite how difficult they got at times. Vendor recommendations that they made were all on point, definitely saving us in a few areas with trustworthy teams that they recommended.
  
  During our wedding weekend, they executed things flawlessly and troubleshoot any issues without us even knowing in most instances. Our guests and families loved the team, with nothing but great things to say about Ved and her team. Our wedding day was actually on time, and I owe that largely to the team and how the day of timelines was thought out and executed. We highly recommend Ved and her team as they made our wedding planning process fun and less stressful as well as a wedding weekend free of worry/tension.

  White Wave Events was my best decision

  Ved did an absolutely outstanding job as our wedding coordinator. She was extremely helpful in picking excellent vendors and her knowledge of our venue from previous events she had planned there was invaluable. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she saved us a ton of work in wrangling vendors and confirming last-minute details. And on the wedding day itself, she and her assistant did an amazing job tending to every little detail so we could enjoy our wedding day to the fullest, with absolutely no stress before during, or after the ceremony and reception. Thank you Ved for a job well done!

  It was a great experience working with the team at White Wave Events. Ved was flexible, reassuring, and very professional! The wedding of our dreams was possible because of the WWE team. So grateful we have her as our day of coordinator!

  Highly Recommend Ved and White Wave Events

  Ved, where do I even start? Words cannot express my gratitude toward this amazing woman whom I’ve nicknamed the “godmother of wedding planning.” My (now) husband and I went to her with an idea of how we wanted our wedding to turn out and she exceeded our expectations. From helping us choose vendors to help me with the overall design and flow of the wedding, to accompanying me on one of my dress fittings, to attending the rehearsal and orchestrating a flawless processional with 11 bridesmaids & groomsmen, to making sure everything ran smoothly the day of, to bustling my dress effortlessly when my MOH needed help, to holding my lipgloss and having it ready for me to reapply, these ladies were truly heaven sent! Our wedding guests all shared with us how nice and professional our wedding planners were. My husband and I will forever be grateful to them for making this day the most AMAZING day of our lives.
