We're native New Yorker wedding planners & coordinators specializing in Brooklyn and the NYC area. With over 500 events under our experience, we can confidently say we KNOW weddings. Whether your wedding is being held in a raw space, a rooftop, an NYC landmark, a high end hotel, or a private residence, we provide quality service each and every time.
We offer month of coordination, partial planning and full planning packages to meet your needs wherever you are in your wedding planning planning process. We ensure every little detail (even the ones you hadn't thought of) are addressed in pre-event planning so you can enjoy a seamless day & be a guest at your own wedding.

SERVICES WE OFFER OUR CLIENTS:
MONTH OF COORDINATION: (starts at 60 days from event)
- walk thru at your venue
- provide a detailed spreadsheet to keep you organized
-timeline creation
-floor plan creation
- distribution of your tineline & floor plans to your vendors
- 20 administrative hours leading up to your day
- 10 hours of service on the day of your wedding
- single point of contact on day of your event
- logistics: handle complex shuttle services,and vendor load in/load out
- pre-event coordination/overseeing
- overall event management
PARTIAL PLANING: (starts at 6 months from event)
- vendor vetting, negotiation, and securing
- recommendation of the right vendor to fit your aesthetic & budget
- 25 administrive hours
- all items in month of coordination
FULL PLANNING (starts at 12 months from event)
- vendor vetting, negotiation and securing of ALL of your vendors for your day
- venue scouting
- create and maintain wedding budget/investment

My partner and I are wedding videographers. Raquel and Rochelle were an absolute joy to work with! From the start of the wedding day, and all the way to the very end of the night, they were extremely kind, approachable, professional, organized, and communicative.
