We offer month of coordination, partial planning and full planning packages to meet your needs wherever you are in your wedding planning planning process. We ensure every little detail (even the ones you hadn't thought of) are addressed in pre-event planning so you can enjoy a seamless day & be a guest at your own wedding.

MONTH OF COORDINATION: (starts at 60 days from event)

- distribution of your tineline & floor plans to your vendors
- 20 administrative hours leading up to your day
- 10 hours of service on the day of your wedding
- single point of contact on day of your event
- logistics: handle complex shuttle services,and vendor load in/load out
- pre-event coordination/overseeing
- overall event management
PARTIAL PLANING: (starts at 6 months from event)
- vendor vetting, negotiation, and securing
- recommendation of the right vendor to fit your aesthetic & budget
- 25 administrive hours
- all items in month of coordination
FULL PLANNING (starts at 12 months from event)
- vendor vetting, negotiation and securing of ALL of your vendors for your day

The BEST coordinator out there!
I know everybody says this...but our day was truly PERFECT thanks to Raquel and her team. The ceremony time was 5:30 on our invites, and at 5:20 she had everyone was lined up and ready to go! Throughout the night, she checked in on me and my husband to make sure everything was going well. Towards the end of the night, a few of my guests started getting rowdy and Raquel handled it like nobody else could! I seriously did not even know that anything happened until my mom told me about it the next morning. When people ask me, "What was one thing you would change or that didn't go well the day of your wedding?" My response is always, "NOTHING!!!"
I have nobody but Raquel to thank for that. If you're looking for a coordinator, look no further! I can only imagine what her planning packages must be like!!!!!!
I also just have to mention that she is such a wonderfully kind human, even outside of her work. I am a teacher and posted an Amazon wishlist to my Instagram for my friends to see, and Raquel purchased materials for my classroom!
