This review is for the Men's Wearhouse in Wyomissing, PA. My daughter's fiancee picked this vendor for the tuxes. My husband (father-of-the-bride) was fitted for his tux with reasonable promptness and attention; however, when we went to pick up the tux and try it on there were obvious fit issues. The sleeves were too short. The length of the pants were too short; there was no pant break to even speak of. The whole purpose of coming in and trying it on before the event was to check for fit. The sales ladies brushed off my concerns and acted like they knew best. They made no attempt to rectify the fit issues. So my husband walked our only daughter down the aisle in an ill fit suit. Then while watching my daughter exchange her vows with her groom, I noticed the groom's suit (and his best man's suit) also had an extremely poor fit (it was way too wide in the shoulders). This was such a noticeable fit issue, it literally distracted me from a portion of the ceremony. After the wedding, I was discussing this with my daughter's maid of honor (who's only twenty years old, and you might think wouldn't know much about fit) who also noticed the poor fit of the suits and mentioned that the best man's sleeves were also too short. I will never recommend Men's Wearhouse to anyone.

This is for Wyomissing,Pa. Mens Wearhouse. We rented tux's for our outdoor wedding and they went out of there way to see we all had the right kind of tux for hot weather. I would highly recommend men wearhouse to anyone. C. Hertzog

We used the Mongtgomeryville Men's Wearhouse for our recent wedding and were really happy. The staff there was friendly and very helpful. My biggest complaint was the day before the wedding I got a rude phone call from someone there asking me who I was without identifying them and then telling me our ring bearer didn't pick up his tux (he didn't order one from there).

I initially went to the Mens Wearhouse in Exton PA were the service was terrible. It just seems like nobody gives a crap what is going on and they don't really help you at all. I finally decided to fo to the store in Plymouth Meeting and the service I recieved there was wonderful ( maybe because it was a female??) anyway I was able to make all the decisions I needed to there. Overall Mens Wearhouse came through for me. I Just suggest not going to the Exton PA store for assistance.

I was able to walk into the store and pick out my tux and my groomsmen tuxs within 15 minutes.
They had a wide selection of colors and styles for any occasion all at a reasonable price.
They even had an incentive program that resulted in the groom getting his tux for free with set number of rentals.
However, when we went to pick up the tuxs, they weren't at the locations requested for pickup.
FYI, the pant legs are a little wide on the rentals.

I loved the suits that we rented however the groom was given the wrong shirt size. Luckily, he checked before the wedding and was able to make an exchange. I think the service is really dependent on who works with you. You may get lucky or you may not!

This review is for the Exton, PA Men's Wearhouse. First I will start off with the Quality of Service:A DISASTER! The manager was never there when we went to the store and a younger salesperson that was trying to help us seemed clueless. The 2 of them obviously never communicated because they lost our information and never called to let us know. So when the 9 kids in the wedding went to get measured, the salespeople had no record of them. My husband and I had to leave an appointment to go back to the store immediately to straighten things out. It was embarrassing. They said that they would let us know if they could work out some kind of deal since we were renting 26 tuxedos from them and they never got back to us with an answer. They said that they thought that they could work with us, so we went with them and then they acted like we never even asked them. Responsiveness: Losing our information in the beginning was one thing, but when you get measured, you would assume that the measurements will be correct. In 4 different instances, the shirts were either way to big or way too small. Our one groomsmen (31 years old) was told that since the shirt was too small to just leave his jacket on and no one will ever notice. That is a ridiculous response. The shirt barely buttoned around his neck and the sleeves were half way up his forearm. They FINALLY agreed to get him a new shirt after he said that he wanted to speak to a main manager. Did he really need to do that???? Professionalism: They barely looked at us and the anager acted like we were a burden when we actually did see him. He NEVER smiled at us. Enough said! Value for cost: THe men's tuxes were nice, but when you have to pay $160 each for 9 kids, and one of the little boys is 3 years old, that is outrageous. They said in the beginning that we could buy the 3 year old's tux for $60 instead of renting then when it came down to it, they told us that we couldn't do that anymore. Flexibility: More of the same!
I would not recommend Men's Wearhouse and I would definitely not recommend the EXTON store.

This is for the Cherry Hill, NJ Men's WearHouse

They were fantastic. They were actually giving me- the bride- a tux to wear. That is no easy feat. But they treated me professionally and fitted as best they could to me given the confines of the rental. In the end, I just chose to wear the vest and the tux shirt -- and wear my own pants.

My wedding party was well organized thanks to their coordination for wedding parties. Everyone looked great. It was easy to pick up and return from any Men's Wearhouse.

We barely got the tuxes in time, they ordered the wrong sizes for 2 groomsmen, and my dad and bro went to one in NJ and had smiliar issues. This caused undue stress to an already stressful planning process.

THEY WANTED TO CHARGE FOR BRINGING BACK THE GROOM'S RENTAL LATE BUT THEY DID NOT CHARGE SO THAT WAS FLEXIBILITY ON THEIR PART. THEY CHARGED MORE THAN I THOUGHT IT WAS WORTH. THE SELECTION WAS SMALL WHEN IT CAME TO VESTS AND EXTRA TOUCHES.
