Awesome cake. Good price. I'm still full!

we used lunds/byerlys for some of our catering. the food was delicious and we received many compliments. its nice not having to put your order in too early so you can have an accurate guest count.

My wedding flowers were perfect. They made it exactly according to what I wanted. The white flowers and green leaves combination were perfect.
They delivered it before the wedding day and it was fresh.

a good cake, and much more affordable than using someone who just does wedding cakes

Byerly's was good. Not great though. The cake tasted great and everyone liked it. The cake that we picked is out not the one they ended up making. It was smaller than we had picked out and the designs on it were not what I asked for, but I didnt care that much. After all it is just a cake..but you know what I mean. We had some issues communicating with the Bakery team/catering team. One issue was that I was told I could use a silver/metal cake stand provided by the baker. When I brought up the question of how big it was and what it looked like she never returned my emails and the catering corp dept had no knowledge of her offering a cake stand. The cake was pretty but it could have looked better. All in all it was okay if we were to refer someone to Byerly's for their wedding cake it would be for taste and price. If you want a beautiful custom cake I would go elsewhere.

I loved my cake from Lunds, I had a number of ppl tell me it was the most beautiful cake that had ever seen. Also, the cake tasted great, it was very moist and the fruit flavors were very pronounced, I would highly recommend Lunds, it was cheaper than going with a place like buttercream or gateaux and was fabulous!

Our cake was one area we didn't splurge. There was no need - the cake was beautiful and great tasting. It wasn't quite as elaborate as some we have seen at other weddings, but it tasted just as good.

We purchased a "Vine and Leaf" cake from Byerly's. Mm....red velvet with cream cheese frosting. All of our guests said it was one of the best cakes they had ever had. It was moist, excellent flavor, and the frosting was perfect and not too sugary. The look of the cake itself was gorgeous, I have had many friends ask where we purchase our cake. When I told them Byerly's, they were shocked and said they were definetly going to get their cake from there as well!!!

We used our local Lunds and our cake was gorgeous - exactly what we wanted! And not only was it beautiful, all of my guests raved how wonderful it tasted. Great job! Thank you!

I lived 850 miles from my wedding location, so when I could only describe the cake I wanted over the phone they made it almost exactly how I wanted it. The only thing they didn't do, which I had asked, was to not decorate the top because I had a cake topper. They did, but it was so lovely anyhow that the cake topper ended up going beside the cake instead. It was set up in a timely fashion and I never even knew they were there. We had fondant frosting and filling, which was delicious. The quality was as good or better than the fancy cake decorators, and our two-tier cake plus a matching sheet cake for the kids only cost about $250 total. Best of all, if you live nearby they give you a free cake on your one-year anniversary so you don't need to eat old cake. We couldn't do this because we live too far away, but it's a great idea.

It was so easy working with Byerly's -- much more so than visiting stuffy cake shops or caterers. We were able to taste several different kinds of cake before settling on something, and Byerly's did a great job of matching our wedding colors to the icing they used. They cake was wonderful, and as a bonus, on your one year anniversary, they'll give you a new cake topper so you don't have to worry about freezing the original one for a year and eating nasty cake a year later!

Unlike many brides, the wedding cake was the least of my concerns. My only demands were that it be square, not fruity, and NO FONDANT! Byerly's created a beautiful, simple, and elegant cake with their irish cream torte and decorated with the same black ribbon that was used for our invitations and bouquets. It was perfect, tasty, and reasonably priced. I was thrilled!
