Melanie received a Culinary Arts Degree from the Art Institutes International of Minnesota and a baking and pastry degree from Johnson & Wales University. The Desserts Were The True Stars of the Show
I’m typically not a huge dessert person because most desserts just taste like a bunch of sugar without the actual flavor of the ingredients—but she did an incredible job creating desserts that weren’t just sweet but delicious. They were perfectly sized so you could have multiple without feeling sick.
She also made our wedding cake, which I absolutely loved—but I have to admit, the desserts were the true stars of the show for me. I’m so glad our wedding planner saved us a box to take home because we got to enjoy them all over again in the days after.
I don’t plan on getting married again, but I’ll definitely be placing another order with Perfect Piece Sweets.
