We are a locally owned bakery and gift boutique with 10 cake flavor options, 4 Bundt cake size options, and a Gluten Free option at a Kosher Dairy Certified Bakery. We specialize in wedding cakes and shareable bite-sized treats for everyone! Our cakes are also used for engagement parties, asking your bridesmaids, anniversaries, cake centerpieces, and party favors! Check out our photos for cake inspiration!

Flavors of Bundt Cakes include Classic Vanilla, Red Velvet, White Chocolate Raspberry, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Lemon, Carrot, Confetti, and Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Sizes of Bundt Cakes include Bundtinis (bite-sized), Bundtlet (personal-sized), 8" Bundt Cake (serve 8-10 people), 10" Bundt Cakes (serve 18-20 people), and Tiered Bundt Cakes (8" over 10").
Some of our sweet cake services include a personal Wedding Coordinator, complimentary cake tastings, delivery options, and a FREE anniversary cake every year!

Couples interested in Nothing Bundt Cakes (Minnetonka) for their wedding cakes and desserts get a free tasting of our available flavors. You get a complimentary box of Bundtinis, which includes 12 bite-sized cakes with flavor labels. Couples may chose to try every flavor or select which flavors you are interested in. Please contact Mimi Daniels, at 952-546-1406 or minnetonka@nothingbundtcakes.com for inquiry or to set up your free tasting! You must be able to pick up the tasting at our location.

Hi! My name is Mimi, Event Coordinator with Sweet Cakes LLC dba Nothing Bundt Cakes! I have a Bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry/Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island. I moved to Minnesota in 2020 to take a position with Nothing Bundt Cakes. I have a love for bringing joy, connecting with people and getting to be a part of "The Best Day Ever" for so many couples!

Hi! My name is Kim, Owner of Nothing Bundt Cakes in Minnetonka! I opened my store back in July of 2015 with the motivation to give back to my community and make connections!
I tried a Bundt Cake for the first time and instantly wanted to open up my own store. Here I am, 7 years later with an amazing crew, brand, and community!
