My company is well equipped to handle weddings of any size. We have successfully handled many weddings with 160 guests and more. We have never had a dissatisfied client before. Not all of our clients have taken the time to provide a review on this website but they have sent post cards, emails and notes. So this one review does not reflect GlamFab Affairs overall performance in the wedding industry. We strive for excellence and provide our clients with excellent customer service and professionalism. We make it our duty to stay proactive with our clients especially if it is a Rehearsal and Day of package. We do not have our hand in the planning process for the entire year, so it is imperative that our clients keep us up-to-date of any changes that will take place on their wedding day. When working with clients who sign up for our Rehearsal and Day of package, we do ask that our clients provide all the necessary information that we request prior to their wedding date. We also ask all clients who hire GlamFab Affairs for the Rehearsal and Day of package to either sit down with us and prepare an itinerary or have one prepared for us. We also ask clients to have written instruction that includes what time and when the other vendors are suppose to provide service and their duties for that day.

We did our best to accommodate Darmika and her family to the best of our ability. She was asked a week prior to her wedding date if she was comfortable and happy with everything as far as our service and we were told yes, so we very shocked about her review. If there were problems or concerns Darmika had ample time to voice her concerns. Everyone that she felt was important in playing a role in her wedding had our toll free number and a personal cell phone number for contact. We made our self available to Darmika, giving her and her family permission to call anytime, which they made use of quite frequently even outside of my normal business hours. Darmika received a respond to all of her emails and phone calls in a timely manner. We offered to sit down with Darmika to create an itinerary but Darmika chose to do it herself. We were assured by her that an itinerary would be provided but it never was. We even reached out to her a couple of weeks prior to her wedding date and sent her a sample itinerary. We had to construct one based on the general wedding day events. We offered assistance to Darmika numerous times but was told by her that she has it covered.

We were never given any of the items requested except for a program the day prior, which was insufficient to use in order to complete an itinerary; the only vendor we had contact with was the DJ who had a basic outline of what songs the couple wanted to be played and when. There was confusion between the DJ and the Band as to when they should play which we believed all should have been worked out prior to the event. Minor detail that matters would have been worked out by GlamFab Affairs prior but because there was no communication between the vendors we were forced to address them as they occurred. We had to provide the caterer with one of our itineraries, because they were never provided one either and they were confused as to what time events were taken place. We made several copies because based on our experience we knew that the other vendors would need one.

We were also told that the photographer would deliver a large framed picture for the guest to sign and he never did. Although this was not a part of the package, we knew it was important for Darmika to have this momentum therefore we found an alternative method to attach it to the easel so her guests could sign it. Another issue that presented itself was the seating arrangement. No seating chart was provided which delayed the seating of the guests. We quickly separated the guests into two category of bride and grooms party as soon as a message was delivered to me from Darmika by one of the members’ of her bridal party. We reacted and made the necessary adjustments to an unorganized event and successfully accomplished last minute changes and requests. Darmika was very organized when it came down to the wire except 2 day prior to the wedding. When was contacted for information we were told that someone else would forward the information which took several contacts before the information was received. This should have never happened because prior to her wedding date she was contacted via telephone and also emailed requesting the necessary information to make her day a success.

We did our best to address unforeseen circumstances, given the cards that we were dealt. We are equipped and accustomed to adjusting to any situation because no two events are ever the same. We believe in making sure our brides have a wonderful experience. Her wedding was very beautiful, they both looked gorgeous and despite it all they had fun.

From our experience over the years working in the Wedding industry we have learned that no matter how much you go above and beyond to provide the best service possible, not everyone will be satisfied.
