The first time attempted to search for my dress - I arrived for my appointment and wasnt impressed with the rough woman that insulted my 13 year old and was bringing me dresses that werent of the style that I had explained. She was pushy and aggresive. I left the store without purchasing anything nor did my friends.

I made another appointment after searching the website and found several more dresses that I just knew were going to be THE ONE! I requested not to be set with the previous person and arrived for my appointment on time only to wait 30 minutes until she was allowed to clock in. Moving on... She was awesome. I wish that I could remember her name! We found the dress witin the first 2 that I tried on. Perfect! With alterations I probably spent abound $700.00 and it was all worth it. I didnt want to spend that much at first but my fiancee insisted :) gotta love'm

Bridesmaid dresses were purchased here - they were the color of Truffle and matched the guys shirts just right. Very Happy with the dresses and they were under $100 plus the girls purchased their shoes there and they were adorable, black with bows on the toes - sexy and could wear them again.

When I went on David's Bridal website, I was a little surprised to see invitations for sale. I ended up taking a chance and purchasing my invitations through them. They were absolutely amazing! They looked very nice, classy and expensive. They always have sales on their invitations too, and if you sign up for their site, they send you additional promo codes you could use to save even more money. Completely wonderful, and highly recommendable!

I purchased my wedding gown, accessories and gown alterations from the David's Bridal off Brodie. I found my dream dress at this store, and absolutely loved it! However, the customer service at this location is sub-par. Considering that they work with a lot of brides and clients preparing for very important, big events, I think the staff should be much friendlier and professional. I visited this store several times, and rarely was I ever greeted or helped. The store itself looks a little dated and isn't the cleanest. Also, the staff lacks proper knowledge on foundation garments and sizing, and they tried to put me in several items that didn't fit properly. I loved my dress, but looking back would have preferred to purchase it elsewhere.

I absolutely love my dress! Although the process of getting it wasn't exactly how I pictured it would be. While trying on dresses the sales lady kept disappearing to help other customers which made it take longer than it should have. When I finally found my dress I had to order it a size bigger if I wanted it before the wedding since I was ordering it 10 weeks before and my size was on backorder. Which meant spending a lot more money on alteration. They did an wonderful job on the alterations. I was really impressed since they had to do it in half the time they normally take and because the dress had a lot of detail beading.

I bought my dress at David's Bridal in Austin on a short time frame (10 weeks from my wedding). The lady that helped us was extremely pushy, which got a little frustrating. I was getting married on January 1st and she told me she would have my dress for me on December 25th! I told her that wouldn't be enough time. She later came back and told me she could have it on December 5th, but acted like I was asking for the moon!

I did have my dress in plenty of time - it came at the end of November and was exactly as I wanted. So I LOVED my dress, but I think that David's Bridal made that process more difficult than necessary!

David's Bridal has hundreds of dresses to choose from, in almost any style a girl could dream of. I wasn't happy with the price of my minimal alterations, which cost over half the price of my dress. They are a very busy place, and it's sometimes hard to give quality service to everyone. I was given one dressing room (without asking if we'd like seperate ones) for both me and my friend to try on bridesmaids dresses. The woman that originally helped me find my wedding dress kept bringing me dresses that were nothing like what I liked. She just didn't get it, although she was very sweet. Altogether, they are very highly priced, but a company that gets stuff done on time for a wedding.

I got my dress from Davids Bridal about 6 months before my wedding and went back to get it altered about 3 months before the wedding. The sales people were amazing and always giving their honest feedback which I loved! They kept their attention on me and were able to go out to the salesfloor and pick out dresses that I would like just by a small deion of what was in my head. So the process of finding the right dress for me and my bridesmaids was amazingly easy! When it came to alterations though it wasn't very much fun anymore. I was told the alterations would not total more than 200 dollars and 400 dollars later I had all of my alterations done. They messed up the alterations twice and kept calling me trying to get me to come in and get fitted on days when I was at work and getting frustrated when I was like I have work that day. It took 5 fittings for them to finally get it all right and we still had trouble with the dress after (fitting a bit to tight and the thing that you put up the train with kept getting messed up) But even with all of that I still LOVE my dress!

Ordered my dress online for $99. It was gorgeous, ballroom skirted with organza and satin trim. I wore a huge Cinderella petticoat that I borrowed from a friend.

I found my dream dress on the rack of David's Bridal. So many people complain about it being such a big store that isn't personal, but I had a different experience. They catered to my family and I to the max. Treated us very well and assisted us when we were ready to purchase. It was a great experience.

I almost did not go to David's bridal b/c the guy taking my appointment down I guess just assumed that I knew what to bring. I have never been married before and have never gone dress shopping. I really wanted this to be a very comfortable and fun setting but it wasn't. The girl helping us was very nice but did not provide feedback on the things I was trying on. If you need alterations done be sure you ask how much first b/c they don't volunteer that information.

They had good service. Good appt. availability. Did a good job on my bridesmaids dresses.

I bought a oleg cassini gown at David's Bridal that was just absolutely beautiful. The staff at the brodie location is somewhat helpful, but always make you feel rushed. You are pressured into buying all acessories and when you walk out you have spent a fortune on a rather inexpensive dress. The alterations were the worst part of my whole experince with David's Bridal. They completly messed up my dress and attempted to fix it about four times. Not to mention that alterations were more almost the cost of the dress. They refunded me all of my money and made my dress wearable for my wedding a day before my wedding. I was not happy but there was not time to get it fixed. I was very upsent and would not recommend anyone do alterations with David's Bridal.

It didn't matter to David's Bridal that I was an older, second-time bride, choosing a brisdesmaid dress for my wedding dress. They treated me like I was a first-time bride, buying that white dress.

I suppose this is a "you get what you pay for" example. The sales staff is adequate, and my bridesmaids were dressed in perfectly adequate dresses for a one time wearing. However, you need to be absolutely certain that what you buy is exactly the right size and exactly what you want because there are no returns and no exchanges.

I found a nice dress at a good price. I loved my dress, but I had to bring it in before the wedding to have a hem fixed.
