I had pleasure of working with Geri, he made the experience so special and he always had a response for any of my questions. I got to my appointment he asked me a couple of questions which one was for my inspo pics and just from my inspo pics he was able to pull a dress very similar to what I wanted. I went with that first dress he pulled out for me because it was all my inspo pics in 1 dress. At my second fitting I had some new ideas for my dress as I had lost some weight and he was quick to say yes to the changes I wanted to make. From there my dress became a customized dress yet still the dress of my dreams. He was very communicative through the 10months I waited for my custome gown to come in, I felt so comfortable with Jim’s. At my last fitting everything just felt so surreal and everything was still perfect and everything I wanted and more. I would highly recommend to any bride to be ❤️
