I really enjoyed working with Unbridaled. I started looking for my dress almost 2 years prior to our wedding. I found many wedding dress boutiques very difficult to schedule time with this far out, but Unbridaled was happy to work with me.

I specifically worked with a woman named Amber. She was always so cheerful and happy to see me. Remembered me always, kept in touch but was not pushy. Extremely pleasant experience!

The dress I ended up with was by Alexandra Grecco, it was the second or third dress I tried on. But I went back and tried many different dresses (probably 50 in all) before settling on it. It's not every day that I wear a gown like this and it took several sessions to see what different shapes looked like.

This place is so cute and Ali was sweet and very helpful. They didn’t have a lot of dresses in the style I was looking in and she was so honest about other places I could try. She truly cared about me finding MY dress versus just selling me a dress from her store.

I had no idea where to start with picking out a wedding dress. I went to Unbridaled based on other reviews and I am so happy I did. I loved picking out my wedding dress there. The staff is extremely friendly and made me feel so comfortable when trying on dresses. They were also not judgmental when it came to my budget and helped me find my dream dress within my price range.

Ali and the Unbridaled team were incredibly helpful, friendly, and thoughtful throughout the entire dress purchasing process. When I first came into the story I had tried on 30+ dresses and not only did I find the perfect one, but Ali made it the best experience by far. I found my dress! Unbridaled has the most beautiful dresses. The staff was super friendly, and made sure I found a dress that flattered my body type. I am very short, and she was able to order my dress cut to the length already to save on alternations too! Excellent experience! Highly recommend checking them out

Amber and her team were so sweet, welcoming and helpful throughout the couple of visits we made to the bridal salon. They had an array of beautiful, unique gowns and accessories. I ended up finding my dream dress during one of their designer show cases and couldn't have been more in love! 

Unbridaled was my favorite vendor of my whole wedding. I ended up buying my dress, veil and accessories there, and used their preferred tailor. Amber, one of the Austin ladies, even helped me several times when I was having a dress emergency close to the wedding date. I had the hardest time with the wedding dress process. So many of the stores I went to were pushy, and wanted to pick dresses for me, or would only allow me to pick a few per appointment, or charged a lot for their appointments. Unbridaled was the complete opposite - all the ladies who work there are so nice, laid back, and sincerely care about making you happy. On top of that, they had an amazing selection of dresses with really reasonable price points, and often had sales and sample offerings. I cannot recommend Unbridaled enough!

Unbridaled is a dream of a dress shop. I received such personal and thoughtful service from the very first moment I walked through the door. We initially went in just to look and didn't come back until 2 months later to try on dresses. The same woman who helped me the first time I came in not only remembered me, but helped me every other time I came by. She made me feel so special - as if she was just excited about my wedding as I was. She even steamed my dress and veil the day before the wedding so it would look perfect. The dresses are so gorgeous. It's a great place to look if you don't want a cliche dress, but have more unique style. I wasn't finding anything along the lines of the dress I wanted at other shops. When I went to Unbridaled, they had so many perfect options that I had to decide between multiple dresses in the end! Also, our experience as we tried on dresses was far better here than any of the other shops!

After feeling completely overwhelmed by the pomp and circumstance that surrounds wedding dress shopping at a traditional boutique, I made an appointment with Unbridaled. Thank goodness. I finally could relax and focus on the task at hand! It was very nice and pretty, and Amber took great care of me, but it wasn't over-the-top and bougie. Their dress selection is great, and prices are fair. Absolutely would recommend this for someone looking for a less in-your-face dress buying experience.
