Happy non-traditional bride

I really enjoyed working with Unbridaled. I started looking for my dress almost 2 years prior to our wedding. I found many wedding dress boutiques very difficult to schedule time with this far out, but Unbridaled was happy to work with me.

I specifically worked with a woman named Amber. She was always so cheerful and happy to see me. Remembered me always, kept in touch but was not pushy. Extremely pleasant experience!

The dress I ended up with was by Alexandra Grecco, it was the second or third dress I tried on. But I went back and tried many different dresses (probably 50 in all) before settling on it. It's not every day that I wear a gown like this and it took several sessions to see what different shapes looked like.

Amazing experience with Ali at Unbridaled

Ali was amazing at Unbridaled! She contacted me even before my appointment to ask if I had ideas of what kind of dress I was looking for. Then she sent me some dress ideas from a few designers that was just what I was looking for. She showed me the first dress, and it was The Dress! She was so helpful and encouraging as I navigated one of the most important decisions of our wedding. Thanks! I would highly recommend Ali at Unbridaled!

Highly Recommend

This place is so cute and Ali was sweet and very helpful. They didn’t have a lot of dresses in the style I was looking in and she was so honest about other places I could try. She truly cared about me finding MY dress versus just selling me a dress from her store.

Perfect place to pick a wedding dress

I had no idea where to start with picking out a wedding dress. I went to Unbridaled based on other reviews and I am so happy I did. I loved picking out my wedding dress there. The staff is extremely friendly and made me feel so comfortable when trying on dresses. They were also not judgmental when it came to my budget and helped me find my dream dress within my price range.

A wonderful dress-buying experience

Ali and the Unbridaled team were incredibly helpful, friendly, and thoughtful throughout the entire dress purchasing process. When I first came into the story I had tried on 30+ dresses and not only did I find the perfect one, but Ali made it the best experience by far. I can't thank Ali and the team enough for everything they did for me. Wherever you are in your dress-buying journey, I definitely recommend making an appointment with Unbridaled in Austin.

Beautiful dresses

I found my dress! Unbridaled has the most beautiful dresses. The staff was super friendly, and made sure I found a dress that flattered my body type. I am very short, and she was able to order my dress cut to the length already to save on alternations too! Excellent experience! Highly recommend checking them out

Gorgeous Gowns + Helpful Staff

Amber and her team were so sweet, welcoming and helpful throughout the couple of visits we made to the bridal salon. They had an array of beautiful, unique gowns and accessories. I ended up finding my dream dress during one of their designer show cases and couldn't have been more in love!

Best Bridal Salon EVER

Unbridaled was my favorite vendor of my whole wedding. I ended up buying my dress, veil and accessories there, and used their preferred tailor. Amber, one of the Austin ladies, even helped me several times when I was having a dress emergency close to the wedding date. I had the hardest time with the wedding dress process. So many of the stores I went to were pushy, and wanted to pick dresses for me, or would only allow me to pick a few per appointment, or charged a lot for their appointments. Unbridaled was the complete opposite - all the ladies who work there are so nice, laid back, and sincerely care about making you happy. On top of that, they had an amazing selection of dresses with really reasonable price points, and often had sales and sample offerings. I cannot recommend Unbridaled enough!

Amazing service and gorgeous gowns!

Unbridaled is a dream of a dress shop. I received such personal and thoughtful service from the very first moment I walked through the door. We initially went in just to look and didn't come back until 2 months later to try on dresses. The same woman who helped me the first time I came in not only remembered me, but helped me every other time I came by. She made me feel so special - as if she was just excited about my wedding as I was. She even steamed my dress and veil the day before the wedding so it would look perfect. The dresses are so gorgeous. It's a great place to look if you don't want a cliche dress, but have more unique style. I wasn't finding anything along the lines of the dress I wanted at other shops. When I went to Unbridaled, they had so many perfect options that I had to decide between multiple dresses in the end! Also, our experience as we tried on dresses was far better here than any of the other shops!

Keep an eye out for trunk shows!

A relaxing dress shopping experience

After feeling completely overwhelmed by the pomp and circumstance that surrounds wedding dress shopping at a traditional boutique, I made an appointment with Unbridaled. Thank goodness. I finally could relax and focus on the task at hand! It was very nice and pretty, and Amber took great care of me, but it wasn't over-the-top and bougie. Their dress selection is great, and prices are fair. Absolutely would recommend this for someone looking for a less in-your-face dress buying experience.

Dream Makers

I can not thank Unbridaled enough for helping me find my dream dress! I found a dress I loved there, but was ultimately on the hunt for a black dress that was within my budget. They reached out the vendor who agreed to custom make my dress in black, something they had never done before. I later found out that Unbridaled had reviewed the dress while in the making and made a judgement call on the beading...which was the one thing I was worried about and they knew that. They had the vendor switch the beading color, so when the dress arrived it was exactly as I envisioned it. They kept me up to date on the status of the dress and all of the ladies were extremely helpful and excited about my dress. I could not have asked for a better dress or a better company to help me find my dress!

The Perfect Dress

From the minute I arrived, Amber was amazing! She looked at pics of the dress I was looking for and brought the perfect one from the back of the store. She was so helpful and friendly, and never once made us feel rushed or like we were not a priority. The dress selection was varied, and I did not have to sacrifice what I really wanted to stay within my budget. I recommend Unbridaled to all future brides searching for the dress of their dreams!!

I got my Venus dress at Unbridaled, and really enjoyed my experience shopping there. The location was perfect, close to where I lived and worked, and the ambiance of the shop made it a fun and comfortable place to be. I mostly worked with Kelsey and Amber, who were both very friendly, helpful, and gave great advice. They also humored my overthinking tendencies and my multiple visits to the shop to try on the dress to “make sure” before I purchased it. I even came back a few times afterwards to make sure the shoes and jewelry I’d picked out would be complementary, and, as I was usually alone, Amber did a great job of standing in as a gal pal and helping me make some fashion choices. This was the first bridal shop I went to when looking for my wedding dress. It was the place I was most excited to go because it has more unique styles. My wedding dress was the second dress I ever tried on. It was amazing! The staff were all so helpful and they really wanted me to find the right dress. I highly recommend checking out Unbridaled for wedding dresses.

I got my wedding dress from Unbridaled and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The consultants really helped me narrow down my ideal dress style and made me totally comfortable while trying on the sample dresses. I found two dresses that I loved but I was having a hard time deciding between the two and they helped me talk through the pros and cons of each and decide which would suit my personality and wedding best! They also provided great recommendations for alterations and I was pleasantly surprised when my dress arrived a month earlier than they originally estimated. Overall I had a great experience and loved their unique, gorgeous selection of dresses.

The woman that work here are truly a blessing. Because of an illness in my family, I moved my wedding up from 9 months to 2 months and they worked so hard to get my dress. The owner called the designer of my dress and was able to get it rushed shipped in 4 weeks. I could not have imagined my wedding without my perfect dress and these woman made it happen and helped make my wedding complete. They were amazing to work with.

I had recently moved to Austin, Texas at the start of my wedding planning. I had already gone to a few dress salons, but never found anything I loved. A new coworker had recommended Unbridaled to me because I had expressed I wasn't a typical or traditional bride. After work, I decided to give it a try just for fun. Turns out, that was the evening I would find my dress! The boutique-style space was stylish, but also warm and inviting. I never felt pressured or as if I was an a "sales" environment. I told the front desk where my budget was, and I was directed towards the section where my money would be utilized the best. I was assigned a staff member to help me out, but I had the freedom to browse through the dresses at my own leisure. Ironically, after I had chosen a few, the staff member pulled a dress from the corner and said the style fit was I was looking for. I was willing to try anything, so I didn't object. I'm so glad I didn't! As soon as I had gone through the other dresses and put on the one suggested to me--I knew I found my dress. It was a sample dress off the rack, so it was extremely discounted as well. Right then and there, I took the dress to the front and purchased what I would wear on my wedding day. No hassle, tears, or stress. It was such a wonderful experience and I recommend this salon to everyone who wants to break the mold and try something a little different.

Unbridaled was the first appointment I made to try on wedding dresses. At the time, I was living on South Lamar and would always see the store when I drove by and want to go in. Luckily when I got engaged I finally had an excuse! I brought along my mom, sister, two aunts, grandmother, and best friend/MOH. I honestly was not expecting (or really wanting) to have a huge crowd but they all came in town so they all came! Lindsey was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. She was so sweet and just made the whole experience that much better.

The selection at Unbridaled is so unique. They have so many different types of dresses all along the spectrum of super traditional to super funky. I wanted something a little bit more traditional but with an edge, and I definitely found that in the gorgeous Ivy & Aster Sophie gown. For my alterations, they gave me a list of their preferred vendors and I went with Lupe. Boy, is she an interesting lady! She did a great job. My bridesmaids also got their Jenny Yoo bridesmaids dresses at Unbridaled, and since not all were local, they made it so easy for them all to order their dresses based on their measurements. Unbridaled has an amazing selection of dresses, but even more importantly have impeccable customer service. Thank you, Lindsey!

Thank you, Unbridaled, for being my first and last appointment for this portion of our planning! It was almost too easy to find the perfect dress thanks to the personal attention I received and the honest advice that the staff here provided for me. To make a long story short, I called all of my other bridal appointments and canceled them, I had found the one that was for me and it took less than an hour thanks to their selection and expertise. Not only did Unbridaled help me find the perfect dress at half of my budget, they were very accurate in telling me the adjustments that I would likely want to have made and were knowledgeable enough to take what those alterations would likely cost into consideration with my budget! The dress that I chose was the third one that I tried on in my first bridal dress appointment ever and I am still completely at ease and pleased about my decision. I loved my experience at Unbridaled. It was the first place I went and found my dress with the help of Amber. She was wonderful and helped me find a beautiful gown that was in my price range. She was sweet when helping me get in them as many were smaller sample sizes that what I needed. But I felt beautiful. They were very easy to do business with! I highly recommend shopping here.

To say I love Unbridaled is an understatement!!
Long story short, I am not a "bride bride," yes, I want a pretty dress but I don't want all that "froofy" stuff attached to it (I'm already curvy, I do not need fabric coming out of every nook and cranny)! Other bridal salons did not understand this simplicity I was striving for, and they definitely would not let me try on dresses that were smaller than my size. I was about to resort to prom dress when I found Unbridaled on google maps! I emailed them that I'd be in town that weekend and within a few hours I had a response and an appointment for that time.
The sweetest ladies greeted me and allowed me to touch all the dresses, with many to choose from in all price ranges, and even managed to make me feel beautiful in dresses that were definitely not my size! Plus there was no froof!
If it wasn't weird to wear wedding dresses all the time, I would definitely buy more dresses from them!

I felt so looked after here. Eileen was incredible and so attentive. She took my call or email every time, answered quickly, and was so understanding when I made a last minute Thursday appointment. I found the perfect dress and enjoyed every minute at Unbridaled. I haven't stopped raving about them, and I LOVE my dress. If you're looking for a unique gown and expect excellent service along the way, ABSOLUTELY go here.

Unbridaled is FABULOUS!!! They were by far the nicest, most helpful and most customer friendly of any wedding dress venue I tried dresses at. Other dress shops were short with me, tried to kick me out the second they closed and not very friendly or caring.

I loved how honest the gal that helped me was (I believe her name was Mallory?) She did a great job pairing my dress with a super unique head piece, beautiful earrings and bracelet.

My dress and bridesmaid's dresses were also SUPER affordable!! And the colors were just what I was looking for. I would recommend Unbridaled to any future bride!!

I went to Unbridled because their website advertised a designer that I was SURE had the dress I would love. The shop is smaller than others but has lots of great dress options. The service was great and there wasn't any pressure to buy something I wasn't totally in love with. When I did find my dress they even let me know that if I waited another two weeks to buy it that I could get a 10% discount. They were also very accommodating when my wedding was moved up and I needed the dress sooner than expected. There was a rushing fee but my dress arrived on time and perfect. They don't offer alterations so be aware that you'll need to get that done at another location.

Unbridaled is amazing! The staff there makes all the difference. I called to make an appointment for their sample sale, and they recommended that I come in before the sale to find styles, fits, and designers I liked, so I could come in on sale day knowing what I was looking for. This was great advice. After the pre-appointment, I walked into the sample sale knowing what I wanted, and I walked out with an amazing dress for a great price! I worked with Lindsey at the pre-appointment and the sample sale. She was wonderful--it was like working with friend. I highly recommend Unbridaled!

I bought all of my accessories here, two during a sample sale and one at full price. I saw no decrease in service even thought I purchased my dress elsewhere. The staff is very friendly and there is no high pressure sales environment here. The dresses are lovely as well.

These gals were great!! I found my perfect dress within the first 10 that I tried on. But, I was nervous to commit and wanted to sleep on it. They were so sweet about understanding my big decision, and telling me to just call first thing the next day they were open to purchase it.

All of the gals made me feel so comfortable, and certain in my decision when I found the dress, and then went back to bring it home.

They recommended a great tailor, spot to get a fancy strapless bra and the place to get it dry cleaned. I definitely recommend visiting this store- plus they have great dresses in a wide range of prices!

Great experience finding my wedding dress at Unbridaled. I always received prompt responses to my emails regarding appointments and questions. They have a great selection of styles and brands. They were also very helpful with accessories and gave great recommendations for alterations and cleaning.

I came here because they sell the designer I wanted (Stephanie James Couture). The particular dress I wanted was not among the dresses they had so they got one sent to the store. As soon as I tried it on I knew it was the dress. They kept in touch with me to keep me updated on when the dress would be ready and they gave me great suggestions for alterations. They even gave me great advice for shipping a dress (I had a destination wedding). They were fun to work with and they made the process easy. I didn't try on many dresses here since I went in knowing what I wanted but it looked like they had a wide variety of dresses and headpieces. Thanks, Unbridaled! My dress was perfect!

Unbridaled is AWESOME! They are the ONLY place in Austin with unique and different style wedding dresses for brides who don't want the typical magazine style dress, or poofy dresses. We had a boho themed wedding, and I LOVE the Rue de Seine line they carry - this is the brand I bought from and got SO many compliments on my dress. :)

I had a tight budget for my dress but they definitely made it happen! Once they knew that I had very little wiggle room they offered to pull past sample gowns that I could buy off the rack. They tried everything they could to give me the largest selection in my style and price range and ended up finding me a beautiful dress! Two amazing ladies helped me in my two trips and they are always super helpful and nice on the phone as well.

I loved my dress from the moment I saw it. I went in with a friend for her needs and had to try on that dress. You don't need an appointment on weekdays, and they were so kind and helpful. I ended up getting that dress at their sample sale and got a great deal! The quality of my dress was fabulous.

I bought my dress at Unbridaled in Austin, and the experience was amazing. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient. My first time in, I had only the slightest idea of what I wanted. And, there it was! After already nixing the dress once because it was strapless, they told me they could customize it how I wanted and it became THE dress! They were helpful in choosing the style that I wanted to customize it in. It came in a timely fashion and they were on top of it the entire time. After a few snags with alterations, and the straps coming from the designer not exactly how I pictured, they were able to help me come up with a solution and even covered the costs! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend this boutique to anyone looking for a dress that's not quite traditional.

I bought my dress at Unbridaled, and everything went really smoothly. They're a small shop, but they have an amazing selection of unique dresses far from the typical David's Bridal Vera Wang collection (not that those aren't also beautiful). I chose Unbridaled because they carried the Ivy & Aster dress that I wanted. The staff was very friendly and experienced, and the entire experience went by very smoothly. My dress was made on time, and there were no problems. I love their selection and would recommend them to anyone looking for something outside the box.

I cannot thank Unbridaled enough. I had the most amazing experience in this store. I had pretty much already decided on a dress at another shop, but it was way out of my budget. I promised my dad that I would shop around and see if I could find something more reasonable. I walked into Unbridaled a week later and the girl who helped me was named Lindsey! She had my name! And she was one of the single sweetest girls I've ever met. I had such a great time with her looking at dresses. She knew what I wanted the moment I started talking. I loved all of the dresses she pulled for me and fell in love with Lumiere by Ivy & Aster. It is the most perfect dress. It is high quality, in my budget, and I want to cry every time I put it on because I love it so much.

You should all go to this shop to find your wedding dress. The entire staff is wonderful and the shop is super cute. I cannot recommend this store more highly.

I absolutely loved my experience at Unbridaled. The staff was friendly and helpful. After my first appointment I went back in several times and tried on my top 3 dresses for friends and family. On my 3rd trip I made my decision and was so happy with my dress and the service that I received. I recommended Unbridaled to my friend that is getting married in November and she was able to find her dress there as well!

Unbridaled is an INCREDIBLE place to shop for your unique and perfect dress. It was the first place I looked, and even though I looked other places before deciding on a dress, it was hands down my favorite place I went. The staff is great, it isn't stuffy, they let you take pictures, they have a wide price range to choose from, and they make it so FUN. I found my dream dress here and I would recommend it to anyone!

I LOVE unbridaled. They are the perfect bridal store.

I went there with my best friend. They are so wonderful and friendly. They aren't like the other annoying pretentious bridal shopes I've been to in the past. They totally let us take as many pictures as we liked (which i think is VERY important when picking a dress!) and they agree! They think it's ridiculous that other places wouldnt let you take pictures.

I came back to try the dress on 2 other times to be sure and they were happy to help me each time. They were fantastic and I wouldnt' have bought the dress anywhere else.

I am indian and married an good ol' white-guy so I needed an american wedding dress that fit the fusion wedding we were having. The selection at Unbridaled was perfect for my needs. The dresses were original, affordable and perfectly unique. I loved everthing about it!

The gals at Unbridaled were wonderful. I came in and left with a dress in no time at all. They kept the champagne flowing, were knowledgeable, and took their time making sure that we felt important. It was a wonderful experience.

When I walked into Unbridaled it was calm and they gave me the freedom to look around and were not pushy at all, which was good because I was already a little overwhelmed. It was actually really fun and I am not the type of person who usually who would enjoy trying on various dresses. My sister and my BFF found a pattern for the bridesmaids dress but wanted it on a different dress. Unbridaled went to work and made it possible, I was seriously impressed!!!

This store offers a wonderful variety of bridal dresses, some of which are for a more unconventional bride who still wants to wear a white dress. I got the perfect dress for me there! They are the only store that carried a my designer's dresses in Texas, so I'm so grateful I went there! It is a precious smaller store, but a lot of dresses you can't find at other bridal stores.

I am so happy I went to Unbridaled to get my wedding dress! Everyone there is super sweet and happy to help you find your dream dress. My dress was very unique, and I received tons of compliments on it! I felt like a princess wearing it =).

They even steamed my dress and sash for free a few days before the wedding so it looked absolutely perfect for the wedding. Seriously - go here for your dress. It's a local place and may have a few less dresses than some national chain, but you'll be happy you got a unique and beautiful dress that isn't a dime a dozen!

Unbridaled was super helpful and fun. I was super indecisive when choosing my dress because they had so many great ones to choose from. I really wanted an all lace dress and I was having trouble finding something within my budget until the Winfield Inn sent me here. After I got my dress (at a discount woohoo) the girls here were super helpful in picking out accessories, which I went back several times for (and they remembered my name and dress each time!). They also let me borrow their shoes for fittings because I hadn't bought my own yet. I couldn't believe how great their service was and I would send all of my friends here.

Dress shopping at Unbridaled was a fantastic experience. The sales staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, particularly Kelsey. I was treated like a new friend rather than just a customer and I never felt pressured into spending more than I wanted. Their incredible service contributed a great deal to my decision to buy my dress there.

The gown I bought was absolutely perfect for me and very reasonably priced (less than $500). The staff also arranged for me to get custom accessories from one of their designers. Their recommended seamstress, Lupe, did a great job tailoring the dress to be comfortable and flattering.

One caution that I will add is that if you are looking for a gown that is not white or ivory, you are unlikely to find it at Unbridaled. Their gowns are fairly traditional in terms of color and design, although they do have a great selection of short gowns (one of which I chose). That being said, I would strongly recommend this store to others.

With dresses at a variety of price points, Unbridaled is a great place to find the perfect dress. The staff is incredibly helpful and create a relaxed, fun environment to try on dresses. They are also honest on when sales are happening (helped me save a ton on my accessories by saying a sample sale was coming). My dress came in on time and in perfect condition.

Unbridaled is a quaint, beautiful and fantastically fun place to shop for a wedding dress. I found my dress the first time that I went in there! From the moment I walked into the store, they were honest, helpful, and joyful people to share that special experience with. I had a fantastic experience at Unbridaled, which I have been meaning to put out into the inter-webs for awhile. I first spotted my wedding dress in a magazine, and tracked it down at the only store in Texas that carried it - Unbridaled. I live in Dallas, so it was a bit of a hike for me to get down there, but so worth it. Although I had come for a specific dress, I definitely checked out/tried on the rest of their inventory, and I was so impressed with the variety of styles and price points for a small boutique - the consistent element was quality. I worked with Miranda at my appointment, and she was so sweet and exceedingly helpful throughout the process, including recommending a tailor I could trust up in Dallas to do the inevitable alterations. Overall the staff is awesome - you feel like they are on your side and not just trying to squeeze every dime out of you. When I decided to pull the trigger on my dress, they recommended that I wait until the next week to place the order, as they would be having a trunk show then that would save me $$. When there was a mix-up with the sales tax (my billing address was out of state, long story), they handled it with generosity and understanding. I would not hesitate to send any bride here, no matter where you fall on the wedding dress spectrum. Thank you, Unbridaled!!

The staff at Unbridaled was very professional and attentive. The quality of their service is great!They patiently walked me through the process of buying my wedding dress, told me what to expect from alterations and pointed me towards the right places in order to buy accessories from them or other vendors. I was able to try on dresses on more than 1 occasion with different relatives and friends; each time they were very responsive to my needs and patiently answered all our questions. The ladies that work there do not work on commission, which keeps them honest and uninterested when giving you their opinion. The variety of dresses that they have range from all price points and they also have accessories and veils. I highly recommend this store to any bride to be, weather your budget is $300 to $5000 they staff there will make shopping for your wedding dress fun, easy and stress free.

Absolutely loved every minute in this shop. Kelsey was extremely helpful & helped me find the perfect dress with very little time before the wedding. Everyone in the store is super friendly & very nice. I didn't feel like they were trying to push me into a sale; you really feel like their number one priority is to make sure you have exactly what you want for your wedding day.

Initially, I went here because they had 100%cotton dresses I wanted to try on. I ended up going with silk! So easy to work with and made me feel very special. They were really accommodating with all the weird allergies I have. Even down to the thread. AND all the dresses were beautiful.

Fun and Unique!

I loved this store. It has a unique set up and unique dresses. The staff was helpful, and even though I didn't get my dress here, I wanted to help them out by saying how wonderful they were! I felt like this store had the most variety and unique dresses of any I saw. Great store!

I've helped many of my girlfriends look for the perfect dress as they planned their weddings, so when it came to booking appointments for dress shopping I knew exactly where I wanted to go. Unbridaled was meant to be my first stop, but it turned out to be my only stop! The ladies who run this shop are not only passionate and knowledgeable about the brands they carry, but also excellent about giving advice and guiding you through the process. Even though the first dress I tried on ended up being "the one," but they encouraged me to try on other fits and styles.

In addition to having plenty of styles and price points to choose from, they keep their sample dresses in excellent condition. I probably tried on 25 dresses and you could tell that they were all extremely well cared for. I was also impressed at the variety of veils and accessories. I ended up walking away with my entire wedding day look that afternoon!

My mom and I truly enjoyed this once in a lifetime moment and highly recommend this shop.

The girls at Unbridaled made wedding dress shopping fun again. By the time i reached them i was desperate. They helped walk me through what would look best on me and helped pull dresses i never would have thought looked good, but they did! I was able to find a beautiful dress that not only looked good but displayed my personality, and i had not been able to find that at other bridal shops around town.

These sweet ladies let me try on my dress no fewer than 6 times without ever once making fun of me. :-) And the dress I went with was one they picked out for me to try on! It was gorgeous, comfortable, and made me feel like a million bucks. Such a fun shop to visit, too!

I tried shopping at the big bridal chains, but I just didn't feel comfortable entering those stores. When I walked into Unbridaled, I felt at ease. The sales associates were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. I thought a bridal boutique would be more expensive than the chain stores, but I was wrong. I was able to find the perfect dress and didn't have to spend more than my budget allowed.

I got a great deal on a dress here at their sample sale. I made an appointment for my lunch break (they didn't have very many) and went with a friend. The service was friendly and low pressure. I wanted a unique and non-traditional dress and I got it for only $200! I had to alter it of course so that was more money but best deal of the wedding I think.

I have mixed opinions about this place. On the one hand, the dresses are FABULOUS. The quality is so much better than you find in the chains, especially the lower-priced chains, and for the same prices as the other places! I adored the little shop, it is just as cute as can be. I loved being there. I was comfortable to shop on my own and then bring my family back when I was ready to commit to a dress. However. My party of four (sister, mom, MOH and myself) was totally mowed over by a group of TWELVE. 12. We had an appointment, and they ask you how many people you are bringing in, and were halfway through my time when this gigantic group came in. We couldn't pick out any more dresses, because this group swarmed the wracks, it was hard to move around between them. I went to the dressing room, tried on a few dresses, and would walk out to the main pedestal to show the dress to my group who was sitting on the small couch. I went back to my favorite to try it on the second time, and could tell it was "the one." So the sales girl pulled me off the pedestal to two steps over where she put a veil on me...we were about to have "the" moment. But before I could walk two more steps back over to the pedestal, the other bride swoops in and gets on the pedestal. In an instant, my family was completely surrounded and overwhelmed by these 11 bridesmaids. We were physically pushed and nudged to move over a little, there were so many of them. I couldn't get back on the main pedestal to see myself in "the" dress with the veil, and walked back into the dressing area to see myself with the veil on. My mom followed me in there, but when she returned to the couch, a member of the other party had put her purse down on the ground and taken her spot! When my mom complained to the sales girl, she just said, "Oh, sorry." That was it. When I ordered my dress a week later, I asked when it would come in, and she said May (my wedding was in June) and that they weren't taking rush orders. So I placed the order, thinking a month might cut it close but was fine. She called me back that day, and luckily enough, the dress in my size and color was in stock in the warehouse and I received it the next week!! HOWEVER. She told me on that same call that it's a good thing it was in stock, because it wouldn't have been delivered until the end of June, AFTER my wedding. So I basically completely lucked out and would have otherwise been screwed by poor advice from the sales girl. So yes, their dresses are beautiful and affordable and you should go look there. But beware of huge groups (because of the store's small size) and spotty service.

I heard great things about the store and the unique dresses they carried. I ended up purchasing a dress from here, but since it was just me and my sister, we kinda got lost in all the bigger parties that were there. I felt like no one was particularly helpful, nice but not helpful. The dress was a bit on the pricey side but was exactly what I wanted and could not find anywhere else so it was worth it. My only side comment would be that I wish they would carry dresses for petite sizes. It is so hard to pick out a dress when everything about the thing will need to be altered. Also the recommendation they gave me for alterations was AWFUL (Lupita's Alterations) and I was not pleased at all. When I called them to let them know that I was unhappy with the recommendation, they acted like I was wasting their time. GREAT dresses, but they could use some work on the business side.
