My wedding had a lot of moving parts from eastern family traditions, a nitpicky color palette of orange and yellow I refused to compromise and a Pinterest board. Velencia looked at that board and got it immediately. What impressed me most was their process for building our vendor team. They asked so many questions upfront about our priorities, our families, our non-negotiables and then did extensive research before bringing anyone to us. By the time we saw their recommendations, they'd already vetted everything. We didn't have to hunt or negotiate with with the vendors.

I really could not have done this without you. With the wedding having to take place so quickly and my having a federal trial in the middle of it all, I would have ended up getting married at the courthouse with no celebration!! I will be happy to send a letter and picture to you and will take any reference calls you want to send my way. I will be sure to sing your praises!!! If you don't get the letter from me, please nag me. I tend to get caught up in other things and lose track of what I am supposed to be doing. I will certainly keep you in mind for anniversaries, parties and hopefully, someday, baby functions!

I would like to thank you for all your dedicated service you have provided on several occasions for Terrell Entertainment including the event at the Warner Theatre, two lovely dinners and the special dinner for the homeless family shelter. The meal that was catered was superb! Everything from the delicious food to the beautiful table decorations and arrangements was top notch. You delivered on everything you promised and even threw in some extra bonuses which made the dinner for the homeless dinner extra elegant for the TV web series, HomeBless Life which has over 20.7 million views on social media. The professionalism and friendly disposition from you and your staff made the event very special and memorable for all those who attended. I strongly recommend A Family Affair Management Event LLC. Marissa was so amazing the months, weeks and days leading up to our wedding day. She helped with choosing decor, putting together the timeline, coordinating with vendors, keeping track of all the necessary pieces to execute the wedding day. She lead our rehearsal which she made quick and easy. She was even better on the day of the wedding. Marissa is not just a planner but a do’er, executor, leader. She gracefully ran around put all decorations in place, made decisions on my behalf so that I could enjoy the morning and the day, met with all the vendors as they arrived and guided them to their event space and so much more. If we wanted to make on the fly changes to the timeline she was quick to execute and accommodate. She was also super attentive to details and to our needs on the day of. I would recommend Marissa to all of my friends for their special day. I could not have done the planning and execution without her.
