Vivian Collado Designs is a creative letterpress company that designs the cutest letterpress greeting cards, stationery, baby announcements and wedding invites.  Her cards are sophisticated yet playful, with the highest quality of fabrication. Her cards are letterpress printed on 100% cotton paper and delicately hand-adorned one at a time with a twist of sparkly glitters.  Vivian's studio also offers her letterpress services to the trade and specializes in beautiful & chic wedding invitations, save the dates, and gorgeous reception items.

ORDERING

The letterpress process takes approximately 3 – 4 weeks consisting four steps.

STEP ONE: CREATE IT AND PLACE YOUR ORDER

1. Create It 
Play and have fun! Select your favorite motif, layout, ink color(s), fonts and embellishments. This part of the process is essential to saving you additional time. Please consider all of the different options carefully and select your favorite combination.
2. Place Your Order 
Once you've chosen the design elements you would like to incorporate into your stationery, fill out the order form, sign it and a 50% deposit is required. All three elements are absolutely necessary to go to the next step.

STEP TWO: DESIGN (1-2 week process)

3. Your Proof 
Once you have submitted your completed order form, you will receive your design proof PDF sent via e-mail within 3-5 business days. This proof will include all of the pieces in your order, based on the details you provided.
4. Approval 
Please proofread all items carefully prior to giving us your approval. Carefully review every piece of your stationery and take the time to verify all of the information. If any edits are required beyond this point, a proof fee of $25 per printed piece will be incurred. Fax your signed/approved proof back to VIVIAN COLLADO. Once we receive your signed/approved proof back and your plate is ordered, deposits are non-refundable.

STEP THREE: PRINTING (2-3 week process)

5. Press Date 
Once all pieces are approved, we will coordinate your press date, shipping details and final payment and contact you within 2-3 days after your final proof is received. Any changes (i.e. quantity changes, additional printed pieces, additional embellishments, etc.) to your order will be applied at this time. Final payment must be received at this point before your cards are printed.

STEP FOUR: DETAILS (optional - up to 1 week)

6. Finish Work 
Once your printed pieces are complete, our skilled assembly team will undertake any finish work (i.e. lining envelopes, setting grommets, mounting invitations on pocket folders, tying ribbons, stuffing envelopes, etc.) which you have chosen. This process can take up to one week.
7. Shipping 
Our standard method of domestic shipping is UPS ground, which takes up to 5 business days. Expedited and international shipping are available, please let us know in advance if you require these services.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Rush Orders 
Rush orders are available: Orders requiring a 3 week turnaround are subject to a rush fee of an additional 25% of printing costs. Orders requiring a 2 week turnaround are subject to a rush fee of 50% of printing costs. Any expedited shipping required for custom embellishments such as ribbon or pocket folders will also be billed.

Early Envelopes 
Please let us know if you wish to have the envelopes shipped separately to you or your calligrapher. Envelopes may also be printed ahead of the rest of your stationery and sent separately. An additional press time charge of $100 (retail) plus shipping charges will be added to the invoice. Please note that VIVIAN COLLADO does not proof read any addresses nor are we liable for the work of any outside calligraphy service.
