What can we say?! Val and her team are for lack of a better word Amazing. She stayed in touch with us via e-mail and phone throughout the entire planning process. We showed up with a box of salmon that we brought from home in Alaska and walked away. Our reception venue was the one variable that we were unsure we would be able to make look as beautiful and magical as we had hoped. When we showed up, Val and her team had transformed the venue into an intimate, romantic and enchanting place that literally took our breath away. Being from Alaska we were a bit apprehensive about how the salmon would be prepared but that was quickly put to rest with one taste. Even now over a year later we still have people talking about the food at our wedding. We just attended another wedding in LA recently and even the bride and groom stated that their food was not as good as ours and they were at the Four Seasons Hotel! When it was time to serve the food and to clean it we never once noticed Val or any other members of her team it was like they were catering ninja's. One moment the food was there then we started to dance and have fun and all of a sudden it was all cleaned up! I would highly recommend Val and her team to anyone she is a warm loving person who you can tell truly enjoys making your special day memorable. Thank you Val!
