I am still in awe of the incredible experience we had with 1979Hawaii for our destination wedding in Hawaii, all the way from Texas! Morgan and her team were absolute angels to work with from start to finish. They took care of every single detail, allowing us to relax and enjoy the journey. We chose the Hibiscus package, premium catering and bar package, and some amazing add-ons like the lounge area, kids lounge, and lei making workshop. We created a vision board on Pinterest, and Morgan's team brought it to life with their exceptional planning skills and attention to detail.

The planning process was seamless, thanks to the genius planning form that kept everything organized and in one place. On the wedding day, everything was executed flawlessly. We had three coordinators who handled the setup, vendor management, and communication with the bridal party with ease and professionalism.

The ceremony was perfect, the cocktail hour was entertaining, and the food and drinks were TO DIE FOR! Our guests are still raving about them months later. The kids loved the kids lounge, and the adults enjoyed the photobooth, hula show, and lei making workshop. The lounge area was the perfect spot for our families to connect and bond, which was one of my main goals for the wedding.

The dance party was electric, thanks to the incredible DJ who packed the dance floor in minutes! Our wedding day felt like an absolute dream, and it would not have been possible without Yarden and her lovely team. 1979Hawaii coordinated every aspect of our destination wedding. From our first virtual meeting to our last, they were very understanding and accommodating with our time differences and busy schedules. Yarden and her team are experts in their craft and will ensure that they bring your wedding vision to life. With not living in Hawaii, we were able to turn to Yarden to give helpful advice and guidance. On our wedding day, we were welcomed by Yarden and her staff, and they were very warm and friendly towards us and all of our guests. Yarden was especially attentive towards me as the bride, and was kind, helpful, and supportive. From making sure my dress was perfect for every photo to assuring our timeline ran seamlessly, I don’t know what we would have done without her and her team!

Hawaii 1979 was amazing! Yarden was so kind, caring, and professional from the start. My now husband and I only knew the venue we wanted in Hawaii. Hawaii 1979 was recommend by the venue. Neither of us had a specific vision for our wedding. Yarden was able to take the ideas and inspiration we had to make a perfect wedding day.

I booked with 1979hawaii for the paliku wedding package that came with everything that you can think of. The wedding turned out to be spectacular! Better than we couldve ever imagined. Yarden knows what the hell she is doing and made it as stress free for us as possible. I put all my trust in her and she delivered and THEN SOME! All my guests told me our wedding was the best that they've ever been to. The food was delicious and plentiful. Desserts were delicious! We planned from out of state and have never seen the venue so when we arrived on our wedding day for the first time .. holy shit..that we were in awe. The venue itself is beautiful but the small details made it even better. It was just gorgeous and amazing i cant even put into words. The pictures online dont do it justice. Like any bride, we stressed ourselves out for no reason but I am very thankful yarden and her team were there for every step of the way. I'm glad she took the reigns and knew what vendors were the best. You will not regret it. She made our day such an unforgettable experience. I would book her again and again and again! If you're the type that doesn't like to plan or would like for someone to take over.. she is the one to do it. She's been in this business for over 15 years. She knows what she's doing

Since we were going to be planning remotely, we needed someone who was going to be great at communicating and someone we felt we could trust. From the first meeting with Yarden, we knew we wanted to work with her. She really understood what we were envisioning, what our priorities were, and made us feel so at ease. She has such a beautiful and calming energy. And as we continued to work with her through the planning process, we could just feel how genuine and caring she was with making sure we were going to have an incredible wedding. Yarden was so great understanding who we are as people and as a couple,and gave us such great guidance and advice as we got things all set up. Especially in the week leading up to our wedding she was so incredible at getting everything into place - weddings can be so stressful but truly we felt so at ease with Yarden and her team! We were both just blown away when we got to our venue and saw everything coming together. We also have to rave about 1979Hawaii’s Catering and Bar services -our guests are still talking about how delicious all the food was! Everyone loved the pina coladas, and the bartenders were so much fun. Yarden showered us with so much love that day, and Laurie was a phenomenal lead-coordinator keeping things stress-free and reminding us throughout the night of all the joy around us. Everyone really went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful to have worked with Yarden and her team!

Our dream wedding was made reality - and a pretty stress-free one at that - by Yarden and 1979 Hawaii. The ceremony and reception was a respectful balance of universal marriage familiarity and tastes of the local culture, perfectly suited for us two recently relocated mainlanders with guests who too were mostly flying in. Yarden's advice and guidance provided a most memorable day and pleasure working into it. The staff were fantastic, food was incredible, and all our guests were blown away. This is a very over due review but one I have thought about almost every day. I kept putting it off thinking, how can I express my deepest gratitude. I felt a great responsibility in writing this review, and for good reason.

Yardin and her team at 1979 were phenomenal.
Going into the planning was extremely stressful for me.
My better half (love of my life Shawn) was kind enough to do most of the coordinating with the team.

When the big day came I was expecting to have some sort of problem at some point with the wedding planner or team.
In my experience with weddings I had been to and even a part of, the bride ALWAYS had at some point was upset with their wedding coordinators. I just thought this was part of the process 😂
Yardin and her team were extremely organized and so patient. Everything went so smoothly and there was not one time I had any stress. NONE. Like, my wedding was literally a dream come true.

I am so blessed to have had 1979 plan the most special day of my life.
I have such deep gratitude to the whole team.
In a drunken state at the end of the night my husband and I have gave what cash we had on hand thinking it was sufficient. Once awake and sober in the morning and asked what the service charge was I quickly realized what we gave was certainly not enough. I felt absolutely horrible and reached out immediately to ask to meet to give cash gratuity.
They couldn’t have been more humble and kind about it! Yardin and her husband even invited us to a beach party with music and hooping! 💓 The second day after our wedding we were ready to meet with Yardin. We contacted her and learned that her and her team had left the island to help with the Maui fire. The news has broke that morning of this devastating fire and by the afternoon Yardin and her team were already on their way out.

I mean, these people are genuinely compassionate and caring people. One of a kind, beautiful inside and out. Everything they did for my wedding showed their character traits. If you are looking for a team to make your wedding day special and full of LOVE. Look no further, I cannot recommend them enough.
