Oysters Hawaiʻi is Hawaiʻi's first and only mobile oyster shucking and caviar catering company. We provide a one-of-a-kind experience of mobile oyster shucking and caviar services for any occasion. We source high-quality oysters and caviar with an array of condiments made with premium local ingredients. Our oyster and caviar chefs are extensively trained to provide a sophisticated experience you will never forget.
Our company is locally-owned, minority-owned, certified, and female-owned. We do not require any rentals and can set up anywhere. As a mobile caterer, we will bring our own gear and clean up our own trash so that you can focus on enjoying your celebration!
