From start to finish, we had a great and seamless experience: from taking time to learn about us as a couple and our vision, to answering all of our questions, to going above and beyond during our events. We initially booked Redefined for videography only on our wedding day, but we then added coverage for our welcome reception and then added a photo lounge, both of which we highly recommend. Andrew and his team integrated seamlessly into our events. They were present for all of the key moments without ever being a distraction or too invasive. They were also incredibly attentive. For example, they ensured that we (the couple) made it to the photo lounge before it closed, and they captured some extra dance floor footage before our services ended. We were also able to be present throughout our entire wedding, and we never felt like we had to direct them to get the coverage that we wanted. Our guests loved the Redefined photo lounge experience. We had an outdoor wedding and opted for the black and white photo lounge. Not only did all of the photos turn out exceptionally well, but it was staffed so professionally that many of our guests told us how much they loved the photo lounge photographer. In our opinion, this service is far superior to a regular photobooth and well worth the extra money. As importantly as their work product, Andrew, Megan, and the Redefined team were all lovely to work with. They all have great energy, are very professional, were reassuring throughout the process, and were efficient without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. We’d 100% hire them again.

Hiring Redefined Wedding Films was one of best decisions we made for our wedding. We really wanted videographers who could capture our wedding as authentic as possible and not your typical edited wedding videos. We came across their IG and honestly vibed with their style. The moment we had a phone meeting with Andrew, we knew they were the one! The day of our wedding, we instantly felt like Andrew was our friend. We are extremely happy with our wedding film from Redefined Weddings, and could not have asked for a better team to help capture our special day. They were thoughtful and detail-oriented throughout the entire process and loved the personalized touches they included in our final product which came as such a pleasant surprise! I will admit I was skeptical at first whether having a videographer would be worth it, but after seeing the final product I can say with confidence it’s worth every single penny - it helps to relive the day and to capture parts of the day that you didn’t get to witness as a bride/groom yourself! The entire team at redefined weddings deserves 5 stars as they all did such an amazing job. Everything was so seamless. Megan, the studio manager was also so prompt in her responses and made sure we were happy from start to finish. They got to know us and our vision and they took their time to get it right. On our wedding day. It was almost as if we didn’t even realize they were there, they were so good at getting all the right shots but never being in the way. I’d highly recommend them for any video shoots, they are top notch and we love our wedding video.

There’s not enough words to say how absolutely amazed and grateful we are that we went with Redefined Wedding Films for our elopement videos. The day of our wedding went by so quickly and it had me questioning if things even happened, and it’s unbelievable seeing video of it actually happening and captured in the most beautiful way. My husband and I are not one for videos or pictures, we are beyond awkward in front of a camera, but you wouldn’t believe me if you watched the videos they captured because they made us look beyond professional with our quirkiness shining through in there. There are a lot of companies and people in the video industry for weddings but, Redefined Weddings is the best of the best. You can tell they’ve done this many times before. Packages are detailed out. Easy to pay online. Day of the wedding, the whole team was doing their thing. Everything seemed to be very intentional. Every choice of where to stand to get the shot, how to instruct us, what shots to get. I never felt like, “I hope they get this on video”. That’s what you need during your wedding. Just extreme trust that the team is going to capture these snippets of one of the best days of your life. Andrew and the whole team delivered that and then some. I wouldn’t choose anyone else.
