He is passionate about not only creating delicious menu items customized to your specific requests but also ensuring the food is nutritionally beneficial. Chef Minded Farms does not use any seed oils and avoids factory-farmed proteins, sourcing animal protein from their own farm or other local regenerative farms in Hawaii. Some of their specialties include whole roasted pig with Balinese sambal, assorted sushi rolls, crispy chicken bao buns, and lilikoi cheesecake.

Best Ever!!
A True Delight
They were able to cater an entire weekend for us, two full days of meals. Everything was served family-style and they paid very careful attention to the plethora of dietary restrictions and needs our families come with. The ability to grow and source much of their own food says a lot about their values and commitment to the island of Maui.
Operationally, they are full-service, communicative, and honest with what they offer. We got sample menus well in advance, had many phone chats and it was quite easy to organize everything from the mainland. Once at our destination, they were already setting up and ready to go with very few questions for us, all helping to keep our wedding intimate and focused. Its obvious that Ryan and Jon's commitment to excellence cascades down to every member of the team. Everyone is friendly, knowledgable, and attentive.
We couldn't be more pleased with our experience, and will be talking and reminiscing about these memories from CMF for years to come.
