My husband had worked with Chef Stavros at previous weddings so we had known that he was the Chef for us. However, I had never tasted his food so our wedding was the first time I would be experiencing his cooking. His food was delicious! Everyone at our wedding raved about how amazing his food was,starting with the salad, to the mashed potatoes, fish, pulled pork and chicken. For days afterwards our guests were still talking about how good the food was and saying they wished they were able to take some home after ( they could've we just forgot to ask!).
