I have participated in wedding/bridal shows with Sweet Cakes by Rebecca and was able to taste some of her products. The cakes were delectable and artfully decorated.
Sweet Cake by Rebecca has the most outstanding cakes, they are out of this world. I can not say enough good things about her and her cakes. They were totally awesome! Completely professional, quick responsiveness to any questions I had and most important was very flexible with my wedding personalization.
I would recommend Rebecca's cakes to anyone and everyone even my worst enemy. Best deal around for customization and quality all in one!!!

Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings? We offer complimentary tastings and design consulations.
What are your tasting hours? We schedule tastings Monday through Thursdays starting at 6pm and on select Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 6pm
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes? We start our pricing at $4 per serving, including fondant covered cakes.
Does the price include the top-tier of the cake? We do include the top tier into the price of the cake. We do not freeze cakes at our bakery so we have a hard time suggesting freezing the top of the cake to be eaten a year later.
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles? We pride ourselves in providing custom cakes. We do not have a catalog from which to choose from, we do have a book of past cakes we have made to show our ability. If a bride wants us to recreate a design we will not say no, but we will make sure that it is exactly what fits their individual style and preferences.
What (if any) dietary restrictions, such as kosher, can you accommodate? At this time we are not Kosher certified, nor do we provide eggless or gluten free cakes.
On average, how far in advance of the wedding day do you prepare the cake? It depends on the design of the cake. Cakes that have sugar flowers will be started weeks in advance. The cakes themeselves are baked 2-3 days prior to the wedding day.
On average, how many wedding cakes do you do for a weekend? We don't have a set number of cakes that we will do in a weekend. It depends more on number of servings (size) and design. We have done as few as 1 and as many as 5.
Will you work with the bride's florist to garnish the cake? We love to work with the bride's florist to provide the flowers for the cake. It will ensure that the cake flowers will match the rest of the reception.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out? We have a variety of cake pedestals and stands available which can be rented to enhance the display of the cake.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee? yes, of course!. We actually recommend we deliver the wedding cake. Our delivery prices, including set-up, start at $30.
