At Joiful Faith Events we provide event planning services for social event, i.e. weddings.
What common challenges do your clients have that require your expertise as a corporate planner?
The lack of expertise, creative differences, vision, time, organization, financial management, being overwhelmed, and the logistics of the planning and execution of an event. My expertise is required because I am able to provide the attention to detail and time that is needed to successfully plan and execute their event. My staff and I are able to be the eyes and ears of the event. We handle the behind the scene logistics as well as the potential fires that occur without the bride and groom knowing what took place.
How do you solve their challenges?
We solve these challenges by alleviating the weight and some of the stress that comes along with planning a $40,000 wedding with a guest count of 200 or a wedding of $15, 00 with a guest count of 150, eliminating costly mistakes that could have a detrimental effect on their budget and the overall success of the event and ensuring that the event begins and ends on time within the parameter of the mission of the event. We are the liaison, confidant, counselor, and anything else the bride and groom needs me to be to ensure their vision comes to fruition.
