Seriously one of the best wedding planning businesses out there! Claire Kasari made our lives a piece of cake getting married in Bend! She helped us through the entire day, keeping us on schedule so we don't have to worry at all about timings or people or vendors, and we got all the time we needed to have our special day. She even went above and beyond printing things locally for us so we didnt have to carry it all the way there, always asking what would make things better or how we could be happier. On top of it she was like a mobile bodygaurd! Constantly shielding us from all-too-talkative relatives, and always keeping us moving or pulling us away to have a special moment. We simply could not have done it without her, and she deserves all the credit in the world. A million thanks to Claire and to the Indigo Bride!!

Angela was an absolute pleasure to work with and truly helped make our wedding day special. From day one she brought calm, clarity, and direction to what can easily be an overwhelming process. She connected us with amazing vendors she’s partnered with many times before, and it showed — everyone was coordinated, professional, and the entire event ran smoothly because of those relationships. Her planning process was organized, transparent, and easy to follow. We loved using the shared Google Sheets, and she met with us both in person and over video to keep every detail on track. She was also incredibly responsive via text whenever questions or concerns came up, which gave us so much peace of mind. On the wedding day, she handled every detail flawlessly. We were able to be fully present and enjoy the day without stress or scrambling because she had everything under control. When my wife broke a nail the night before, Angela even went out to grab supplies to help fix it — a perfect example of how she consistently goes above and beyond. Our vendors enjoyed working with her, and our families kept commenting on how seamless the day felt thanks to her. If you want a planner who’s organized, warm, proactive, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, Angela is the one. We couldn’t recommend her more.

From engagement day to wedding day and even days following, Jackie, with blooming vows was there every step of the way! Whether it was a silly little question, recommendations, emotions, set up, tear down, rehearsal or wedding day she was there at a simple text or by my side. When it came time for wedding day, she was there right on time if not sooner and was ready for me to (what felt like) bark orders when my inner bridezilla came out! She really got to know me and my wishes throughout the planning to communicate properly with the vendors and family helping day of allowing me to focus on me and my girls getting ready. Not only was she focused on keeping vendors on track and things running smoothly, she also made sure to check in on me often throughout the day and keep me updated on what was going on outside the bridal suite (per my request) At first I wasn’t sure about having a wedding planner, but after some thought I went with it and have no regrets! Insuring that vendors go to that one person and not me was such a relief!

We absolutely ADORED working with Leann. She was everything we could have wanted in a coordinator- calm, professional. knowledgeable, experienced, the list goes on. Our one and only regret in hiring Shine events is that we only hired Leann for the Month of Coordination package and didn't go with the full wedding planning package. Had we known then what we know now- we would have 100% had Leann plan the full wedding. She made us feel completely at ease. We knew without a doubt that she had everything under control. I cannot recommend Leann highly enough!

From the first meeting with Dawn our wedding planning stress was gone! We knew right away that she meant business and our wedding was her highest priority. Never once did we have to worry if Dawn and her staff would be able to help and rise to the occasion. Above and beyond does not even begin to describe the attention and service we received. Dawn and Damon are next level! The amount of professionalism displayed alongside the compassion, understanding and warmth was second to none. We are so proud to have had this experience with Dawn and her staff and more importantly are blessed by the friendship that has developed as a result. Much love to Dawn and Damon!!

We decided in June to add a day-of wedding coordinator for my son and DIL October wedding! This turned out to be the best decision we made with wedding planning! Even though we hired him for day of coordinating, he jumped right in and started communicating with vendors we had chosen, meeting with the couple to learn about their vision for their wedding and then, went above and beyond to make that vision a reality. Because of Ron and his team (Christina and Kayla), their wedding was perfect and exactly what they wanted!! His communication was great throughout the process. As an added note, our musician/DJ canceled on Tuesday before the wedding on Saturday. Ron got to work immediately and had replacements within an hour! They were amazing! So thankful to have found Ron’s information on Wedding Wire! We all agreed, best decision and investment made!

Emily and her team made my day go absolutely flawlessly. I never had to worry or wonder what was coming next. They are the magic that is working in the background that makes everything go off without a hitch. I wasn't convinced about spending money on a wedding planner and it was worth every penny.
