Specializing exclusively in day-of coordination, we'll take care of the details and allow you to enjoy your precious day!

We are geared towards brides who desire to handle their wedding planning and have control over the process, but want to enjoy their wedding day hassle free. Details of the Day handles all the behind the scenes details that must occur on the big day, allowing brides to savor each moment of their wedding day with their loved ones.

The day-of event coordination process actually begins a few weeks before your big day. I work with you to understand the vision that you’re aiming for and your specific needs.  Together we’ll design a process for you day that meets what you’re looking for.  A sample of activities included in the day-of event coordination include the following:

Pre-Wedding
2-3 weeks
• Consultation to understand your desired vision of the day
• Assistance to the bride in confirmation of vendor commitments for the wedding day (caterer, photographer, reception location, etc)
• Assistance in creation of wedding day timeline

1 week to 2 days before the wedding
• Final confirmation with reception location and vendors (distribution of timeline)
• Attendance at wedding rehearsal to gather final details and meet wedding party

Wedding Day
• Direction of timeline at ceremony and reception locations
• Supervision of ushers and seating of guests at ceremony
• Collaboration with reception hall coordinator to supervise decoration and set-up (flowers, seating cards, guest book, etc)
• Management of guest seating at reception location


About me
I have 10 years of client service and years of experience coordinating events, managing all the details that go into making an event run smoothly. I LOVE working behind the scenes, tending to the details and logistical coordination (its like directing a stage play!).  I have a sharp eye for detail, superior organization and an expertise in executing events. My biggest satisfication is seeing all the guests and the hosts (thats you!) relax and enjoy the celebration!
