The Cold Spring Bakery is a premier provider of wedding cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes and dessert tables in the Central Minnesota area and beyond. As a full service bakery, we can also provide donuts, cookies, pies or your favorite dessert for your wedding reception.
Our award winning decorators will create a cake designed just for you. We also offer the option of a personally designed display cake that can be the center of your wedding reception while your guests choose cupcakes or mini desserts from your custom designed dessert table. Wedding cake delivery is available in Central Minnesota, Alexandria, the Brainerd Lakes area and the Minneapolis/ St. Paul metro area.
Wedding cake tasting is available by appointment Monday through Saturday. Choose a time that works best for you on our online appointment calendar.
